My Powersports experience has been so amazing I just had to share it with others. I have interacted with several members of the staff over the last two weeks while I was in the process of purchasing my Yamaha FZ6R and its been my best sales experience. I first met Liam (Sales Manager) who was very knowledgeable and was quickly able to point me at a couple bikes that fitted what I was looking for. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he went out of his way to get information for me even after the sale was complete (not always the case in my experience). I also dealt with Tarek (GM) to work my deal for the bike out. He was easy to deal with and we came to what I considered a fair deal easily. He was not pushy at all when I told him I wanted to sleep on it and it felt like he truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase regardless of where I purchased. I also dealt with Angela (Business Manager I think???). She is super friendly and committed to providing good service. When I came into Powersports to finalize the deal/paperwork, she had yet to eat and it was late. Even though I was early she still wanted to sort out my paperwork and was not in a rush by any means. I bought all my gear at Powersports too. Joanne and Willa are awesome to deal with, super easy to talk to, and patient with all my questions. Powersports has gone above and beyond for me, I have dealt with other dealerships for motorsports and no one else compares. For example, after a week the battery went on the bike it was faulty it was a new model from 17 so I understand how it could happen. Tarik immediately offered to get me a demo so I wouldn't be without a bike for even a minute while they got a new battery ready for the bike. Its the things that Powersports staff does that they don't have to do, the little things, and the way they treat customers like friends that sets them apart from the others and is why I will be a repeat customer.

I have been a life long customer, have spent thousands of dollars and purchased 3 bikes from here. After todays experience i will no longer be a customer of Powersports. I wont air the conflict here. But i have never been treated so poorly. I am done with this dealer and will gladly buy my next bike and service from another dealer. Terek, no need to reply, no wanted or expected. In response You tech advised that on my next oil change to get an OEM filter, not prior to the oil change only after the work was done. He did NOT mention to change it immediately as it might fail. He did NOT search the bike for the gasket prior to the original oil change and did fabricate a makeshift gasket that he said would not leak, it did, all over my garage floor. I came back last weds and the tech did put on the new gasket and mentioned again, next oil change to ensure i went and purchased a new oil filter to be installed, Second chance to be informed that the one i had might fail. That was never mentioned. You can throw all the excuse you want, facts are facts, And as mentioned i was lifelong customer and bought 3 bikes, so the service must have been good , then...How i was treated today was inexcusable. As mentioned i was looking for replacement cost of oil and filter that needed to be replaced as my laneways now sits with a three foot wide oil mark. due to the 4L of oil that came out of my bike. I am not looking to assign blame, as i told you when i was there..But based on your comments on other negative reviews its clear to me that your priority is to assign blame back to the customer. There are good ppl that work there its unfortunate that the owner cant take some responsibility . $105 vs Tens of thousands...doesn't take a mathematician to figure it out..

I called to purchase a new dirt bike for my son on Thursday afternoon. I spoke to Adam, in sales. They had 1 left like i was looking for, so i bought it over the phone. I asked if i could get it for the weekend so we could go riding but was told it wasn't likely because there's a bit of a delay in service and a few techs were on vacation. I was a bit disappointed but was ok with it. Then on Friday morning i got a call from Adam saying they were able to PDI it and it was ready if i still wanted to pick it up. Of course i wanted to. So i wrapped up my work day early and took my son to the dealer. I hadn't told him about the new bike but told him we needed parts for his old bike so he would come with me. Adam came to meet us near the bikes. I introduced myself so he knew it was me and he gave me a nod asking if my son knew about the new bike. I nodded no. I had my son sit on a few new bikes and we joked around until he sat on the one i bought, (and the one he wanted). There was a SOLD sign on it and Adam told us it was his last one. So we were both "disappointed". Until i told him it was sold to us and that i already bought for him. He was thrilled! It was alot of fun to see how excited he was. He hung out with it all night in the garage and kept sitting on it and starting it up. Thanks for getting the bike ready so quickly Adam and thanks for playing along with my surprise! We're definitely going riding this weekend !

This place has a lot of great reviews, so maybe I missed something here, but my family definitely got the sleezy salesperson vibe. This review isn’t to turn people away, but to give a heads up to people like me that don’t like the specific sales tactics used. It’s the only one of the 3 dealerships I’ve been in this week looking for a dirt bike that writes the freight and pdi separate from the price. It is on the tag, and the sales person did the the total cost calculation for us. I just found it odd. We went in to look at Honda. They tried to sell us a Yamaha because it’s all they had in stock that was a somewhat appropriate size. I felt it was a little bigger than we were looking for. There was no information provided on a possible appropriate sized Honda, and we were actually told there is no in between size from Honda or Yamaha. I have since found an “in between size” at the Honda dealer I Kanata. When we said we’d have to think about it, we were told that it could sell any time, and they didn’t know when they would get another one. Fortunately, I don’t do impulse buys regardless of the tactics used because that bike simply wasn’t right for us. I feel like they just wanted to unload in stock inventory even if it wasn’t right for us.

I recently purchased my dream bike, the 2024 Ducati Streetfighter V4S from Powersports Canada and it was the best decision I’ve made. Let me tell you why. I worked with Mike Parker on the sale and he is one of the easiest salesmen I’ve worked with. Mike does anything and everything he can to make your buying experience as seamless as possible. He met and exceeded my expectations- he went as far as helping me find the best insurance rate possible on this calibre of motorcycle- I’ve never dealt with someone so caring before. I also really appreciated Mikes honesty and transparency throughout the whole buying experience- he kept he constantly updated, got me the best deals, and made me feel like I was part of the Powersports family! But most importantly, I made a friend out of this experience- turns out, Mike and I share a couple hobbies :) Special thanks to Tarik, Kathy, Liam and Marty as-well! They were also all so kind and treated me like family- I was a bit nervous jumping from a 500cc Honda CBR to this, but they were so excited for me I couldn’t help but get excited too! I ordered a 2020 Honda CB650R from Mike Parker at Powersports Canada. Mike worked with me closely through the entire process to make sure that it was the ideal motorcycle based on my size, riding characteristics and budget. I had the possibility to purchase a motorcycle from another dealership that was more convenient to my geographical location, but Mike provided me with the confidence that was backed by the team at Powersports Canada. Unfortunately, my family was faced with a tragic situation. I wanted to be there to support my wife, so I needed to postpone the sale, which Mike was totally understanding. Eventually, because my wife required more support than anticipated, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. I'm not sure that any google review can adequately relay how much I adore this team of professionals. From parts, to labour, to sales, there is not one employee who has not been incredible. Mike in sales holds a special place in my heart and I will only ever purchase bikes from him in the future. My experience with another local Ottawa bike store was so horrendous, that I cancelled a sale and walked into power sports and so began a life long obsession with motorcycles. My father is a mechanic, and we grew up fixing engines with him. I may not know a lot about motorcycle engines but I DO know that Mike and Marty and Chris have always taken the time to explain to me what my moto needs and how to fix it, etc. I think that says a lot in today's age of less communication and more emails. I highly recommend this entire team. And I highly recommend spending your hard earned money on a Ducati. Make sure you ask Mike first, because he is a sooth sayer and a truth teller. He's magic. I showed up unscheduled after having ridden 525kms carrying 2 brand new tires on the back of my motorcycle a BMW 1250GSA, my destination was a scheduled appointment at my dealer up the street only to find out that they would not install my tires because I had not purchased them from the dealership. Note, they could not source the tires I wanted in time for my ride which was taking place the next day. When I showed up at PowerSports Canada, they told me that they were booking tire installs into a couple weeks... The counter clerk listened to my dilemma and called in the store manager (Terek) who asked his mechanic if they could fit me in. Amazingly they took my motorcycle immediately and got me fitted in under 30mins. Amazing service, incredible staff and a very service and customer focused dealership. I was very pleased with their service and the overall experience. I will return and I will tell others about this location. Service is where the client game is. Well done and thanks.

We just purchased our first side-by-side utv here, and were met with people who helped us with the process the whole way. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. Tarek helped us with our initial purchase and explained all of our options to us. Angela in the office was super helpful. When we came to pick up the machine, Jim made sure we were comfortable driving and helped make sure the vehicle was well secured to our trailer. There was a follow-up phone call the day after we picked up to make sure everything was working well. I have to give a special shout-out to Karen Fahey who went above and beyond making sure we were in properly fitted helmets. I have a large head and nothing in the shop fit properly, so she ordered some in especially for me to try. I got one that fits super well! Thanks again for an excellent experience everyone!

First of all, Thanks to Mike Parker and Karen for their excellent service, I couldn't have been served more professionally. Secondly, Despite a slight friction with the service guy who didn't seem very happy to have to deal with a Franco who had trouble explaining the problems of the bike to him with perfect words and sound effects lol, I must admit that I was completely satisfied with the end result when I returned to the store to pick up my Ducati Multistrada Rally. The new person who answered me at the service desk was very professional and committed to answering me very respectfully, I felt respected as a customer. Thanks for that. Considering the fact that nothing is perfect and that most people have good and bad days, I still give 5 stars to Powersports Canada who helped me in the purchase of my Ducati Multistrada Rally 2023. What a great bike!!!

I cannot say enough how happy I am with the support, service and advice that I received from the team at power sports Canada when I purchased my first bike - amazing! Jim was friendly and upbeat from the very first time we spoke. He put me in touch with Angela for the paperwork- friendly and professional - I was so impressed with the ease of completing the paperwork that Angela lead me through - she was great!. When we arrived to pick up the bike Jim was informative, friendly, and very enthusiastic helping me with my understanding of the bike. It’s not just the great gear and wide selection that makes this my go-to place when I need something. What makes it a notch above the rest is the exceptional patience and outstanding customer service on display every time I deal with Karen. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and completely trust worthy. She takes time to help you go over all the options and makes sure you get the product that’s perfect for you, which isn’t always the most expensive one! Efficient and fun, she’s been helping me fit helmets to my hard head since I got my first bike a few years ago. BUYERS BEWARE Update: Coming up on a year and 4 months, still no part. No compensation and no part arrival dates. Completely in the dark. Horrible situation to be in. I purchased a new 2021 Honda Pioneer, only put 1100km on and required some warranty work. I have been waiting close to a year now for parts, unable to drive the UTV, while still making monthly payments. No updates on parts possible arrival!!! Reply to comment : I also spoke to a Honda representative, who said it’s completely out of their hands and responsibility is on the dealership. Going forward you may want to disclose the lack of parts to possible future buyers, so they don’t end up in same situation. I’m sure if I missed a payment, I wouldn’t be provided with the same leniency or forgiveness for up to a year

Brought my 2012 Honda VT Stateline in for servicing and a new back tire. Bought the bike here in 2013 and these guys have been nothing less than exceptional. As a female rider they always treat me with the highest respect and never talk down to me. Although I understand the mechanics of a bike, I have no interest in doing any of the work myself. These guys make sure my bike never lets me down, even as it ages ;-). My only quibble with the latest servicing, is they should have called or texted when the bike was done, as they said they would and usually do. That would have made scheduling to pick it up a lot easier. A bit of a pain for me but not worth taking a star off the 5 stars I gave them. ;-)

We just purchased our first family UTV. First we called to ask for availability and we had the pleasure of Mike in sales discuss availability. As soon as we talked on the phone we decided to go into the store to purchase our new 2023 model with Mike answering all my questions and following up with me every step of the way i have to say it definitely was excellent service!! Since we needed some new safety gear to go with the machine, we also got new helmets, Since we had a family of 4 Karen was definitely very knowledgeable about safety and she helped us get the right size helmets. While visiting Ottawa, my wife and I stopped in to explore our developing interest in motorcycles. Although Mike Parker knew we had zero experience, no licenses yet, and hailed from 7 hours away, he gave us his full attention. Not only did he answer all of our questions and give us sound advice on how to get started, he directed us to the perfect bikes for our needs. We were so impressed with geneosity, we travelled the 7 hours again to buy those two bikes from Powersports Canada, rather than buy locally. After purchasing a brand new 2022 Honda Rubicon ATV(at another dealership because I didn’t know about Powersports)I called and spoke to the service folks. They accommodated my initial service quicker than anyone else in the greater Ottawa area(Aug/Sept is very busy for ATVs). Today, I brought my ATV in for a second service and the staff were amazing. They installed a plough and had to custom mount it, no problem!!! Special mention to Johnny in service, Joel and Corwin in parts. Very nice showroom, professional staff, amazing service and attention to detail. They’ve definitely got my loyalty. Thank you and see you for new tires and accessories in the spring.

Been here a lot since I got my first bike and have dealt mostly with James, Jim, and Lisa, and they're all fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lisa helped me tremendously after I bought a jacket which turned out to be damaged. Although I was quite frustrated with not being able to exchange at the time, she continued to offer to help me with the warranty process while remaining proffesional and friendly. She contacted their product representative to see if we could just flat out exchange and kept me up to date on what was happening. Thankfully we turned out to be able to do an exchange and it was thanks to her diligence and willingness to help.

I recently took the bike out of storage for the riding season, and noticed that my rear brakes were very mushy. It made me feel uneasy and was a cause for concern so I immediately contacted a few places for service. Cory from Powersports was phenomenal. Given that the brakes were a safety concern, he was able to have me scheduled in within a week which was amazing considering that other places were quoting for service appointments into late June! I dropped off my bike on a Wednesday, got it back within the same day for a fraction of the price quoted at other places. Will continue having my bike serviced here. I have been a long time customer of Powersports Canada here in Ottawa for longer then ten years. I have to say that I could not be any more satisfied with the service I receive “every” time I go to order or pick up parts or just purchase something required for one of my dearly loved bikes. I have to put a shout out personally about the Parts manager I believe his name to be Joel Ayoub, his knowledge and customer service is stellar. He always seems to go above and beyond to make it a point to insure that the customers are happy with the service they have received and experienced while in the store. Recently purchased a dirt bike for my daughter. The staff was excellent, very helpful and patient. Mike Parker has been fantastic throughout the entire purchasing process. When you need great service and educated staff that can help to inform you about the many options. Powersports Canada is a great place to go. I am a fairly new rider, went in and spoke with Karen. Who is lovely BTW, she answered all of my questions, showed me the options that I really needed. Karen is never overbearing and will help you find what you need. Previously I had a bit of an issue with the service done on my bike, and they were prompt to fix it and make sure that I was taken care of. Great service, they take care in their work, and have management that take responsibility. Can't ask for more...

Hey guys, i am soooo sory for not giving my review earlier. Please accept my apology. I arrived with my old 83 750 yamaha regarding an oil leak issue. I left the bike there and all was ok for the initial oil leak. I also had a bunch of other things fixed up on the same order. I wanted to drive it for a while just to make sure it was fixed. It turns out, there was another problem with the oil leak and the manager Johnny took charge and made it right for me. Great job guys. She is running like a new bike. Again i apologize for the late 5* review. I will definitely be back for your help if needed. Thanks.

Just got a new Shoei lid from these guys, the only people to have stock I hasten to add! Karen F. was an absolute rock star finding answers to my myriad of questions and totally going the extra mile to help me out (including the load of her readers lol!). I had an exceptional experience at Powersports while searching for a helmet today, prompting me to write this review despite rarely doing so. I owe all the credit to Karen, who was remarkably helpful, kind, and fully committed to providing excellent service and guidance. Although I couldn't find the specific option I was looking for due to my rather unique head size =P, Karen went above and beyond by not only ordering a unit for me to try next week but also contacting me later in the day with an additional alternative that might suit me. Karen, I truly appreciate your outstanding service!

I recently bought a Honda generator for my travel trailer from Angela at this location. What a great experience!! She was totally knowledgeable, and friendly. The shop seemed to be well stocked, with a multitude of ATV’s on the floor, as well as having more than one of the specific generator I wanted. Angela, after she had quickly and efficiently completed the sales paperwork, turned me over to a very friendly sales dude, who walked me through the features of the genny and made sure I started it, before he personally carried it out to my truck. What a totally pleasant buying experience!!

Great all-around experience. I was greeted by Adam W (Sales) soon after walking-in. He listened to what I was looking for in a new motorcycle, showed me options that were appropriate for me, and patiently answered all my questions (I had a bunch !!). Next was Angela C. to close the sale (2023 Yamaha MT-03) and that was quick, easy, and no hassles. Karen F. (Apparel Sales) was fantastic in helping me find a new helmet and jackets. She showed me lots of options, explained the pros/cons of each model, and suggested the best choices for my needs. She really went the extra mile.

Good customer service at the front desk but worst service by a technician ever. I was told by others not to go and I should have listened. You’d expect quality but ended up with modiacre tech that didn’t pay attention to detail and cause more problems then the bike even had wich was a simple task to be done. Didn’t even test drive the bike after to notice it wasn’t running well just said everything looks good didn’t even leave the parking lot to discover it wasn’t doing good at all. All that being said just don’t go if you don’t have to unless it’s a basic oil change.

My beat up CBR was in rough shape. I brought it in with a laundry list of issues and a whole pile of aftermarket parts (including all new fairings, a new exhaust and integrated tail light). I was fortunate enough to get Justin on the job. Now my bike not only looks and sounds amazing, but she feels like a brand new bike and Justin’s exceptional attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I couldn’t be happier! PowerSports has always served me well and you should not hesitate to go there for gear, service or some new wheels. Thanks Justin!!!

Tyler in the service department - Thank you for the awesome service. Right from the time he answered the phone it was a positive experience. I had to trailer my bike there and two of the techs came out were friendly and helped me unload it without having to ask. Also gave me a couple tips if I have to do that again. Inside everyone was happy to help weren't pushy at all but wanted to share information even if it wasn't to make a sale. Definitely would recommend them, and I will go back. It is worth the 2 hour drive for me to get there.

Another great experience working with Mike Parker at Powersports Canada for my most recent motorcycle purchase. I live 7 hours away, with a Honda dealership 45 minutes down the road, but I'll drive the distance to deal with Mike and his team. I posted a while back when I bought 2 CB500xs. This time round, an NC750x for wifey and an Africa Twin for me. (I'll be back in a couple years for the DCT model, and DCT Twin for my wife). Won't buy from anyone but Mike Parker. Straight shooter and won't put you on the wrong bike to make a sale.

5 stars all around! As a new rider a couple of years ago, Mike Parker answered all my questions and took the time to make sure the CB500 I purchased was the right bike for me. His no pressure approach and knowledge was really appreciated! I just recently traded in my CB500 and bought a new 2023 CB650. Same great service and experience as the first time. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new bike or gear to check them out. Great service, great staff and great products!

First time bike purchaser here. The sales staff was well informed and keen to answer any questions I had. I'd rate the place five stars just from that. That being said, the real gem is the business department. Angela prepared all of my documents, walked me through everything, and produced packages that the S.A.A.Q. simply accepted without comment or fuss. Amazing work, fantastic service, and I'll be sure to buy from them again should I be living nearby. Great work!

I purchased a 2023 Honda Gold Wing Bagger here this summer and given how happy I was with the salesperson (Jimmy), I thought I'd try out the Service department for the bikes first major service milestone. Price is the price, hurt a little bit, but I was expecting it. The Service was excellent. Thorough explanation, great communication, quick turnaround and great work. What more can you ask for. Thank you to Chris in Service and to the tech that did the work!

I just bought a Ducati Streetfighter V4S with the assistance of Mike Parker, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience with him. There was never any pressure, constant assistance and availability when I had questions, and the process was made extremely easy because of him. Mike was extremely friendly and he made sure everything was prepared in advance for me. I couldn’t recommend Mike any more to someone looking to purchase a bike through Powersports.

Bought a 2022 Honda Rubicon a month ago. Great service all around, from buying the bike from the salesman Jim, to getting a great deal on a helmet from the lady's in the apparel section and having the guys in parts order a whole winch and plow setup for the ATV and installation to go with it. Will be going back for parts and service and definitely will be back to buy something else in the future. They saved me money when they could aswell! Love the ATV!

Went in as a new rider - the sales guys were a great help and took their time with me and my noob questions. The woman in the helmet section spent time with me explaining different fits. And the best part was....they were able to get the bike delivered to me the next day so I have it this entire long weekend ( would have had to wait until Tuesday otherwise) so kudos to the service department too for the quick turnaround. Extremely satisfied

This is my second time dealing with Powersports Canada for the purchase of a motorcycle. After inquiring about a 2023 Yamaha YZF-R7, I was contacted by Mike Parker who was very professional in his dealings with me and made sure that all my questions were answered and dealt with in a timely manner. Once again, service was top notch! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I would definitely recommend it.

PSC had the bike, with the options and colour I was looking for. Everything was handled online or on the phone. Jim, in Sales was great and gave a thorough briefing on functions and features. His energy and enthusiasm made the experience very positive. Angela had the paperwork ready to go upon my arrival. So, the admin was "Short&Sweet". And Tracy in Accessories was super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10.

Bought a bike from here recently. James did a great job giving me all the information I needed to choose the bike best fit for me. He stayed in contact on the daily throughout the sale even when I changed my choice in bike three times. Angela was also great in setting up my financing and it wad all done quick and efficiently. I would highly recommend this business for all bike needs and plan to shop here again in future.

Smooth and happy buying experience from a pleasant staff of pros at Powersports in Nepean. James and Jim knew their bikes inside out, had a vast selection, and were great guys to talk to. Angela made the paperwork for my new Honda NC750 absolutely painless! And a special shout out to Lisa for her patient guidance in getting a helmet that fits right, without breaking the budget. A must-visit stop for anything motorsport.

Ive shopped at every motorcycle store in an around the Ottawa Valley and no one does it better than Powersport Canada. Their service department and sales department are exemplary. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Trust me ive been to all of them and no one does it better ! For sales go see Jim Petrow and for parts and service go see the manager and or Andre Maillet. These folks aim to please big time !

They special ordered different ones in our price range and when they didn’t fit they found a high end helmet that worked but wasn’t in our price range. I’m a loyal customer to this dealership having bought my new Ducati here and I live in Quebec but will no longer make the trip for service. In past years I received a premium customer experience. Now the dealership has relocated, the facility looks and feels like a warehouse, the staff are different on each visit. The price increases are out of line for what I used to experience.

Very pleased with my experience dealing with Mike Parker! I came in looking for a new Honda CB500F, Mike showed me a used 2020 model in perfect condition with low mileage, which I greatly appreciated since he could easily have insited I wait for a new model and pay more. I emailed him that afternoon to pay the deposit! Great experience and will definitely buy from Mike again :)

I have an older bike that the dealer did not want to service...which makes sense. So I tried Powersports. What a great experience! I'm not a motor head but I didn't get the feeling that this was a bad thing like in other places. Friendly knowledge staff, service was great and the bike runs so well. I was going away with a huge grin in my face. Certainly will be going back.

When I was looking to purchase an atv awhile ago I told the sales guy I had enough money to purchase outright and he basically told me he makes no money on cash sales and practically told me to go else where And I did exactly that lol! Took my business else where and it was highly respected and I’ve been dedicated to that dealer ever since! Don’t recommend these lads here.

Got my very first motorcycle from here. The entire process was very smooth, so much that all the procedure was done on the phone and I came in only to sign the documents and pick up my motorcycle. Adam Watt and Angela Cole were always on top of things and I would definitely recommend them. The only downside was that the showroom did not have any demo pieces available.

I bought a pre owned Ducati from them this summer. Great bike, I will admit I practically stole the thing due to them having a large inventory of pre-owned Ducs on the floor, I almost felt bad *ALMOST*. I've dealt with parts a couple of times in person and over the phone, they're great. I hope the service dept will be just as good when my desmo service is due (UGH!)

Great service from Joel in parts. He helped me find the right tires for my bike and sourced them at a great price in a short period of time. Corey in service was great to deal with when it came to getting the tires mounted on the bike. Would recommend this shop as they have great service in all departments and very knowledgable technicians in the back.

I purchased 2019 Yamaha Tracer GT and went there all the way from Markham, ON to pick it up. Mike - Sales Manager and his teammate James were very professional and very friendly. They did a great job, explained everything about the bike, and answered all of my questions patiently. It was a great purchasing experience and I would highly recommend them.

Very happy with my service experience at Powersports Canada. The team was able to service my Ducati while I was traveling on vacation. Very helpful because we have no dealership in my home province of Newfoundland and Labrador. The maintenance was brought up to date and the details of the service was well explained and done during the estimated time.

Friendly and courteous staff . My repair was processed very fast . No surprise on the bill . I was quoted half an hour labour and they kept their word . I’ve even got help from 2 nice guys to help me load the bike on the rear rack . Although there are 2 motorcycle dealers within 15 mn , travelling 45 mn to get there is well worth it . Thank you !!!

Karen is fantastic and is very knowledgeable, we had been shopping around and no one took good care of me like Karen did, explaining the differences in helmets and making sure it fits like it should. It's always great when you need to make a very personal purchase like an expensive helmet and to work with an individual that is very knowledgeable and an expert in their field. A great experience purchasing a used bike from Adam. The turn around was fast, the bike in great shape, and I received a fair value on my trade-in. Needed a front tire on my bike start of the riding season. Shop was very busy as expected, told me could be a week or more if brought the bike in. Told me if could bring just the tire would see what they could do. Pulled the tire and brought it in.. One of the techs did it on his lunch. Amazing service and very happy customer.

I went in last minute to buy a jacket before my exam and Karen in accessories explained everything to me from different kinds of jackets to different options that would suit my needs! Super great service! Came in with to shop for a helmet. Didn't have the one I wanted but Karen was kind enough to show me other helmets that had very similar specs than the one I wanted. Ended up with an as good as if not better helmet than I wanted for half the price. 10/10 would come again.

This place is the only Ducati dealer in the area and thankfully they're very easy to work with. I spoke with a younger salesman about potentially ordering a scrambler for the new riding season. He was honest, and knew the bikes well. Will most likely be back!

Sales are nice but not professional. Confirmed with sales to buy the bike by phone. When visited there next day on time, was told the bike was sold. The reason was I did not put deposit on it. A professional sales should tell client. First visit, last visit!

The service is great. I recently bought a great helmet, as well as tires and an oil change. Parts, service and accessories staff were all really helpful and professional, and they are also very responsive. The price of the helmet and tire prices were good.
