The laundromat is a bit far from my hotel in Dlouha but given the super reviews I made the effort even for a small load. The laundry services around my hotel had some very sketchy reviews so did not want to take a chance. I am glad I chose Andy's as its professionalism at its very best. The laundromat is neat and spacious and the guy at the counter spoke good English and was happy to help. The washing and drying for my small load took around 75 minutes. I did see some white spots across my coloured clothes but maybe its not something I'd worry too much about. The place has machines of various sizes and it cost me 220CZK which seems fair for the quality. Definitely recommend for travellers needing their laundry fix!

I can't recommend this place high enough!!!! After wasting time and struggling to get my laundry done at another place, I found Andy's on Google maps. I couldn't even dry my washing at the other place since the coin machine didn't work. At Andy's, he helps you find the right size machine for your washing and starts the machines for you. Best part of everything, you can pay everything together by card! You don't have to struggle finding coins from shops around the laundromat. AND IS CHEAP!!! Don't waste your time and money elsewhere. There is a very comfortable waiting area and lots of shops to explore while you wait.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to take the time to praise this place. We’re a family of 6 on a 3wk trip so had a lot of laundry. I picked this place because other reviews said they take credit cards (they do!). When I arrived the place was packed and I was told there would be a 25 min wait. I almost left but am so glad I stayed. The wait wasn’t that long and despite it being incredibly busy, the guy working was amazing and accommodating everyone. He was efficient, kind, and helpful and spoke very good English. I highly recommend this laundromat if you’re in Prague and need to wash your clothes.

I loved my experience here. The guy at the front desk, maybe Andy the owner or maybe just a worker there was there to greet and helped us through all the things that needed to be done. He’s very kind, talkative, and nice to us, such a friendly and welcoming person! The place also accepts card payment at the desk and there’s a comfortable waiting place there with some book and magazines to read. There’s also free wifi and water so it was nice waiting there. The machines worked great and if I were to comeback to Prague, I’d definitely do my laundry here again!

Decided to check this laundromat out while in Prague and it was as great as the reviews I read! If I could, I would award 10 stars! The lady working there helped us get our laundry started, she spoke good English, the place was very clean with lots of places to sit and she offered me coffee while we waited. We were able to buy soap and the machines worked great to wash and dry our clothes. If you are travelling to Prague or are staying for awhile, I would highly recommend this place to do your laundry.

Perfect place. Great concept. You come, you pay, you get a chip, you put the laundry in the washing machine and you're waiting :) it's quick, easy and available to everyone. You can also wash large volumes of laundry. There are several washing machines and several dryers. Perfektní místo. Skvělý koncept. Prijdete, zaplatíte, dostanete žetonek, dáte prát a čekáte :) je to rychlé, snadné a dostupné všem. Můžete zde prát i velké objemy prádla. Mají tu několik velikosti praček a několik sušiček.

I have to echo all of the positive reviews about this laundromat. We dealt with an efficient and helpful staff person. You can pay by credit card, and you will be given tokens for the machines. You can also get laundry pods if you don’t bring detergent. The place has a clean washroom, and is located in a great neighbour hood where you can take a stroll or get a coffee or bite to eat. It didn’t feel like I « wasted my day doing laundry »; it was just another great day in Prague.

I can only add to the numerous really positive reviews, especially for those who don’t speak Czech. The staff spoke great English and was willing to help us get started. They take credit cards if you don’t have cash. They also have soap, so no reason to buy some. Worth the few tram stops if you are staying by the river. Cozy place to relax while doing laundry and there are some shops nearby as well. And clothes come out fresh and clean at very reasonable price.

This place was fantastic! Very helpful and friendly staff who spoke great English, which is convenient for those who don’t speak Czech. Easy to use and quick service. We were able to buy a detergent pod here and for one small wash, dry, and detergent, it cost about $10 USD. Great price. Also had a nice little waiting area. Andy really helped me today. I felt that operating a laundry in a country where I don't speak the language would be very hard, but Andy was excellent and helped me with everything and I will be back tomorrow. I also saw him help many other people, always with a smile on his face and on the person he was helping. I was very stressed about using a laundry, but Andy helped me and now my day had been excellent. A true champion of the tourist. Thank you.

On two week trip to Central Europe and needed to wash clothes in Prague. Read Andy’s reviews and decided that was the place. We were delighted. Andy greeted us, showed us to our machines, put in detergent and started it up. Nothing could be easier. Andy is friendly and runs an excellent business. We arrived pretty close to the opening time and got a machine right away, but it was crowded by the time we left. A very pleasant experience!

An awesome place to do your laundry! They provide self-service, and assisted laundry services for washing and drying. Washing soaps can be purchased from the shop, and card payment is available as well! There are tables should you need to work on your laptop, a nice cosy sofa to rest or read, as well a restroom. The lady tending the laundromat was really helpful and nice too! Also, there are a lot of cafes around the area!

What a fantastic guy Mr. Andy at Andy’s Laundromat at Prague. A go to place if you are looking tor laundry. I called many folks but all are either rude on phone or not at all welcoming. At first call this guy guider me and when I am at his shop he helped me to operate the machine. He himself did this without even asking. What else you need in other country when you have host like these. 5 stars on all accounts.

Byli opravdu nápomocní! Potřeboval jsem rychlé vyprání a mají pro to možnost. Můžete si vybrat samoobsluhu nebo si připlatit a oni se o vše postarají. Pokud potřebujete spěchat, můžete se dostat dovnitř a ven za méně než hodinu! Je tu spousta místa k odpočinku, ať už jde o židle nebo pohovku. Mají k dispozici wifi a vodu, takže zde můžete dokonce dělat nějakou práci nebo se alespoň cítit pohodlně při čekání.

This place is a gem. Service is fantastic. Very friendly and professional lady managing the laundromat. Affordable prices for a wash and dry, and they offer detergent for sale. They do express service and 2-3 day service for those not in a rush. The place is very clean, the temperature within is not uncomfortable and she even served a (free) coffee. Top notch!

Excellent setup for fast self-service, & the lady in charge brought me an equally nice tall coffee. The washers and dryers are large & run on tokens. 2 large loads 400k total - very reasonable, and all charges are shown in English at the front counter. Apple Pay accepted. Good instructions in both Czech & English. Bravo!

Best laundromat in Prague. Service was absolutely faultless. Although it is a self-service laundromat, there is a very nice lady (Jana) who was super helpful and friendly. One of the better laundromat I have been to thus far! Prices are fair (better than the hostel I'm staying in) and the lady working here is very sweet and friendly. She got me some free hot green tea! Very nice self serve laundry place in Prague 2 area. The staff was so nice and friendly to show us how to operate the machines . We got our clothes wash and dry within 80 minutes . And the price was so reasonable ! This place made it so easy and convenient for the travelers. Highly recommend!

Andy's Laundromat je šikovná, neuvěřitelná prádelna. Voda zdarma, wifi a posezení na počkání. Malé i velké pračky a sušičky za rozumné ceny. S nastavením mi pomohl i sám Andy, vzhledem k mé neznalosti teploty. Za dalších 10 minut chůze pro tohoto Kanaďana to stojí. Díky Andy!

Je to skvělá prádelna s posezením, pohovkami a toaletou, kterou můžete použít, když čekáte na prádlo. Andy, majitel je na místě a pomůže vám s celým procesem. Je super přátelský. Pokud cestujete na delší dovolenou/dovolenou, toto je místo, kde si můžete vyprat oblečení.

Never more. Avoid. Prádlo jsem z pračky tahal špinavější, než když tam šlo. Všechno pokryté bílými droboučkými chloupky (pral jsem jen černá bavlněná nechlupatá trička). V zárubni velké pračky neskutečnej hnůj. Zjevně je moc nečistí.

Až neuvěřitelně ochotný personál, to se ani v dnešní době jen tak nezažije (zažil jsem tam celkem 3 lidi, tak to už asi nebude jen náhoda).... Poradí, vyjde vám vstříc a nejde mu jen to o to, jak vydělat. Doporučuji!

Nezbývá mi než dát pět hvězdiček. Nevěřil jsem, že v ČR takové služby existují. V prádelně je dostatečný počet praček a sušáren, je zde gauč a wifi zdarma. V ceně je dále káva a voda, ale této služby jsem nevyužil.

Pěkné, nové a moderní prostředí, prací prostředky si zde můžete zakoupit. Internet s PC k využití zdarma. K praní káva zdarma. Wc k dispozici. Příjemný a přátelský personál. Doporučuji navštívit a uvidíte sami.
