This is review is to that this person so called lawyer. While approach to for the first time. He was very friendly, stating the case will resolved within a year but fake person with fake promise took our precious hard work money that is 200000 ( 2 Lakh). Still there is no response from him. Always says non sense. When asked for refund. He starting speaking totally wrong and used this is not ” CHAI KA TAPRI” and arguing that he will not handle our case anymore and yelling that we can go to any higher authority. What should we do. Should we write to higher authorities.

I recently consulted Prelitis team on property related legal matter. Being working professional, it was difficult for me to spare time for legal battle during weekdays. The guy who heads this firm amarlal ram rakhaini claims to be a layer but he doesnt hold any license to stand before judge. He just acts as an intermediary or as agent between the client and lawyer and after completion of transaction he is takes a commission from the advocates fees. So its better to go to a independent legitimate lawyer.
