Had a vauxhall Astra about a month or so ago now ( Early July 2020) and obvousily was nervous buying a car as you are when spending such a big amount of money. I have to say that the customer service was spot on and expectional in comparison to a lot of other dealerships. Furthermore, I had an issue with my brakes around a fortnight after purchasing the car which most likely wasn't covered under the initial warranty and after contacting them and explaining the situation they covered the cost of the parts and the labour for them to be repaired. Must say the experience of the after care from them is very good, they indeed back up what they say when selling you the vehicle. Defo recommend these and leaving a good review for them is the least I can do for their top class customer service / care.

I cant thank Pre5tige enough for their time and effort in purchasing a GL350, Ash and his team were very accomodating especially with our two young kids including offering us complimentary drinks which helped to keep them at bay during the purchase. The cars are totally honest and any small issues such as minor scratches were openly shared, very nice to arrive at a garage and not be pushed a sale too, we had a very long test drive and plenty of time without a salesman over our shoulder to make an informed decision. Im also looking for a c class now so hope Ash and his team can fix me up with that at the right spec and price. I would say the whole experience was more than positive and would highly recommend Pre5tige to anyone looking for an executive used car.

What can I say?? Amazing service from Ash and his team. After travelling for over 2 hours from Cardiff I was greeted straight away with a smile and asked if I wanted a hot or cold drink. The service from initial phone enquiry to purchase was second to none. I cannot pick any faults and I will definitely be looking to buy a car from Pre5tige Cars again in the future. Their stock of cars is quality and at very reasonably priced. I didn't feel pressured at any time to purchase a car and I was not forced to but after sales products like most garages do. I did however take out the extended 1 year warranty as the cost was only £300 and it was a great warranty package. Definitely worth having this. Thanks again for all your help guys!

Bought many cars over the years from various garages/dealers, and I have to say this garage were fantastic! The Golf was for my sister so I wanted to get a mechanical inspection from my local mechanic for peace of mind, they not only welcomed this inspection, but when the mechanic identified one or two very minor concerns they were happy to get them resolved! Dealt with Ash in the main but all the staff were friendly and welcoming, amazing customer service and really refreshing attitude especially given the current climate, buying a car can be stressful at times but with them it was not at all, would highly recommend them for your next car purchase!

Saw a lovely car for sale , phoned 3 times , fair enough it was Christmas. I was told to expect call from Finance team, but still waiting. I made it clear how i wanted the car and the guy showed so little interest and tried to persuade me to buy a car locally. I phoned on last occasion to be told he was busy and he would phone me back. Sadly still waiting days later. Maybe there would have been more interest if i was looking at 72k car. I have decided not to buy because if they cant be interested to sell a car, what is it going to be like when you have a problem. Very disappointed as from the reviews the guy seemed so genuine ..

I really cannot recommend pre5tige cars any more if I wanted to. I both bought and sold a car with pre5tige. From the moment we walked in we felt at ease, no sales pitch or sales person looking over our every move, we were offered drinks and staff stayed well within covid guidelines. My son purchased a Vw golf R from this company. Ash, the owner offered exceptional service, incredibly helpful and genuine. Spare key was missing but was with previous owner, after a few weeks when the key was not returned, Ash covered the cost of a replacement from the VW dealer. We brought our Audi Q3 from here. Amazing customer service. Wasn't a thing that couldn't be done. We even paid for more things to be added to the car before we could pick it up (windows tinted and bumper sprayed due to normal wear and tear) was always kept up to date via what's app. Brilliant will definitely be returning when we look to upgrade again.

Would highly recommend pre5tige cars purchased a peugeot 308 in excellent condition , they even paid for the wheels to be freshly powder coated and gave me half price 12 month warranty. I suffered a snapped coil spring 4weeks after purchase and they even covered the cost of that And last but not least they make a cracking cup of tea ☕️

Last year i purchased a audi from this garage. Within 9 months I've had 3 Major problems ... Front fuel pump then the back fuel pump now the gear selector. I really wouldn't recommend this place. It may seem cheap ... until you get lumped with the bill. Poor service.
