In a world full of people trying to scrape as much cash out of you as possible, it's refreshing to go to a place where people deal with you in earnest. Although my car was being repaired through the insurer I also had some unique colour coding to enhance my brand new vehicle which they happily obliged for a reasonable price as I’d been quoted by another repairer prior to the accident . I don't usually write reviews but Prestige Artarmon is exceptional. Ben and his team did an amazing job from the moment I called to enquire about their service to the day I was handed back my car. As it was my first time getting into an accident, I was very clueless and stressed about dealing with the insurance/filing for claims. Ben handled everything for me and I did not have to worry about filing for claims. I was also given a 6 month old courtesy car whilst my car was in the workshop. Within a fortnight my car was ready to be picked up which I found impressive due to the damage. Not only was my car handed back in perfect condition as though I just collected it from the car dealership, I was surprised to find out that Nova washed, vacuum and polished the car inside out (even the wheels were shiny!). I was also given a bottle of car paint to touch up my car in future if I ever have a small scratch. I am impressed by the excellent service I received from Ben and his team. Honesty, professionalism and quality. Those 3 words sum up Prestige Auto Body. I was involved in an accident at the worst possible time with so much else going on in life and the guys at Prestige Auto Body made sure I drove out in a stylish courtesy car within 20 minutes feeling reassured and informed. Excellent customer service! At a difficult time (I crashed my beloved car, I was VERY upset!) Ben and his team have been so kind, thoughtful and compassionate towards me. The tow truck driver (Andre) was just gorgeous and did his utmost to cheer up a weeping woman on the side of the road (me). He drove me to the shop so that I knew where they were and made sure I was ok, even offered to call hubby (I declined!) before driving me home. From there Ben took over by blowing me away with an amazing attitude towards looking after their customer. He listened to my concerns and offered friendly advice which I was so grateful for, having never been in this situation before. As I have a toddler, it was a little tricky for me to pick up my car once fixed, no problem! They delivered it back to my door. As a preferred supplier of my insurance company they had no qualms about my car being fixed there, so clearly the cost is reasonable too. I was recommended Prestige Auto Body by a friend that had extensive repairs done on an Audi and spoke highly of their service. They went above an beyond to get my car back on the road looking better than new. I was provided with a loan car and regularly kept updated with the progress. When it went in for repairs it was covered in scratches and swirl marks from car washes, unrelated to the work being done. Prestige Auto Body polished the whole car removing all the swirls and scratches, and cleaned it inside and out, it looks new again with no signs any repairs have been done. Excellent service and quality workmanship. I’d taken my Macan to a “Porsche recommended” body repair shop in Artarmon that quoted an insane price for very minors damage, including replacement of a rim that had a few minor scratches. They then spent weeks making excuses around submitting the quote to my insurer, clearly because they knew the assessor would not accept the quote. I then took my car to the guys at Prestige Auto and Body who provided a realistic quote and did great work bringing the car back to original condition. I am very pedantic when it comes to all aspects of my car and they clearly explained what they did and were attentive to questions. Only minor feedback is give customers the option around the vanilla air freshener.

I hit a curb by accident in my i30 N-Line while driving at night and had to get the car towed. Since my father came here before and loved the service, I decided to come here too and I was not disappointed. I had crunched the front of my car going up a steep driveway and the front panel had broken off. I called the workshop around 4:15pm on a Friday and was told they would have a look. Ben and the gents in the workshop looked at it straight away, gave me straight advice on my options and fixed it by gluing on the panel and secured with tape within 5-10 mins as I waited in their lovely office. This already seemed too good to be true... after all this, Ben didn't even charge me a cent! Greatly appreciated Prestige - I will definitely be back when we need work done.

Very good service. Unfortunately on one of the only rainy days in Sydney I was involved in an accident which involved the front of my Mazda 2 2010 being rammed, and was not covered under insurance. Paul and the workers there were very quick to lend help, providing a quote within a week and fixing the car within 2 weeks. The job was very professional and the car is back to its original state like it was never damaged. They were happy to remedy any issues afterwards too. Definitely recommend.
