Scott has been great to work with, especially following my trip. Overall the group cruise I booked through PTC was a wonderful experience. However, the hotel I stayed at the night before departing on the cruise was not. After talking with Scott and showing him a few pictures he made sure I received a full refund for that evening. He copied me on several emails, as he had to follow up several times in order to make it happen. Prior to the trip Scott made sure I knew my options for travel insurance, potential excursions including non cruise line options that included back to ship guarantees, and he took the time to answer all my questions and calm the nerves I had about joining a large group where I knew almost no one beforehand. To top it off, he went above and beyond by making sure my I had all the necessary paperwork for my trip printed and in hand.

What a special experience Scott gave us. We were looking for a honeymoon package for our daughter and he not only gave us options, he gave us personalized suggestions based on our daughter’s likes. The price for the package was even better than anticipated, because he worked FOR us. He is a fantastic communicator and available at even off hours. He went WAY above and beyond. He is one of the best out there!

Scott was absolutely amazing a putting together an amazing large group vacation. From accommodations, to transportation. Event and activity planning to full communication and engagement organization. Scott was great! Handled everything for our cruise including excursions. He let us know what to expect prior to boarding, answered all our questions once onboard, and made sure we knew to get back to the ports on time. Ashley was very helpful too!

First time cruise and he made everything easy from purchase to once I boarded the vessel. Will be working with him in future for travel needs.
