Our son in Maryland sent a floral arrangement via Teleflora to his mother for her 75th birthday. Teleflora sent the order to Pretty Petals, who delivered a bouquet much smaller than I had expected, especially since our son had spent $80 for the arrangement. I contacted Pretty Petals and spoke to the owner directly, even though more than a week had passed since my wife received the bouquet. I also sent photos of the bouquet to the owner and she expressed regret over our dissatisfaction. She followed up and delivered a marvelous bouquet the very next day, and my wife was delighted. Since then, I learned that Teleflora had taken a nearly 50% cut from the $80 our son paid, leaving precious little for Pretty Petals. Teleflora is a third party clearing house charging a usurious amount for little more than displaying sample arrangements and then forwarding the order to a local florist to actually prepare and deliver the bouquet. So, bottom line, we're very pleased with Pretty Petals and would certainly consider this florist the next time we want to purchase an arrangement locally. We would never use a third party clearing house for a bouquet delivery. Far better to select a florist directly, such as Pretty Petals, and avoid both the customer and the florist being fleeced by a third party agent such as Teleflora.

I ordered an arrangement thru From Your Flowers. The orders are sent to various florists to fullfill. Mine was sent to Pretty Petals Floral Boutique. They delivered an arrangement that looks nothing like what I ordered. I was careful to select an arrangement that didn't call for exotic or hard to find flowers... it only consists of pink roses, white roses, mini carnations and green pom poms. I would have been ok with them substituting the green pom poms if they didn't have them but there's no excuse for sloppily throwing some flowers in a vase and using a thin ribbon to tie a bow that looks like it was tied by a child. Fortunately, my friend sent me a pic when she thanked me or I never would have known. I also paid for the PREMIUM version which has the most flowers. Clearly from the pics, it's a Standard... it's not even a Deluxe. Thank you to From Your Flowers for agreeing that what Pretty Petals Floral Boutique delivered was not even the least bit similar to what I ordered. They promptly issued a full refund and said i can call next time after I placed the order and request that the florist send a picture of the arrangement before they deliver it. I bet this florist thought I'd never see the arrangement they sent. See the pics.

Me, my husband and family can not express our thankfulness enough to Letty Rodriguez, who is the Owner, and Floral Artist of this Boutique. She made the most beautiful, personal and meaningful flower arrangement for the passing of our beloved Uncle that took my breath away and she took it to the next level of beautiful!! I live out of State and even by phone, she treated me with such respect, care and kindness, and made this difficult time easier by offering me her suggestions on the most beautiful flower arangement. We wanted a flower arrangement that had meaning and she went over and beyond just that!! She was so nice and easy to talk to and all over the phone! She even text me throughout the day showing me pictures of her suggestions. She was so on point and efficient and it took her no time to make this beautiful Floral rememberance piece memorable. She truly is an impeccable artist!!! Her flowers are so vibrant with colorful and absolutely beautiful. Like I said, I live out of State and you just don't get service like this!! At least I never have. You have to order from Letty, you will not be sorry!! Thank you again Letty!!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on a very special milestone occasion. I had asked for them to be delivered before noon. The delivery driver asked my boyfriend to go meet him at his van for a delivery and the arrangement arrived late. The flowers were broken in some parts and after calling the shop they are now waiting to talk to the driver and wanting me to send in pictures. This place is not trustworthy nor do they trust there customers. So upset right now because now I have to wait to get home from work to send them pictures.

I Received a gorgeous arrangement from my sweet husband for Valentine's Day-- but the flowers were bruised and turning brown by the very next day.-- I called them to see if there was something I should do To give them a boost—they were so kind and generous. They insisted on replacing the entire bouquet which I told them wasn’t necessary— but they did it anyway! I can’t give them enough stars for their customer service and going above and beyond!!! I highly recommend them for your floral needs—My bouquet is just gorgeous!

Super unhappy with what I received, first all the greens in the vase, makes the water go yellow faster, then the tape was super visible, for such a small arrangement I don’t even see the need (other than to use less product) he paid about 100 and received two roses and 2 dollar Gerber daisies one stem of Lilies and broken statice LOL. And it wasn’t even delivered on time when paid extra to be received before 11 they were received around 130-2. Oh and some of the flowers are already dying. It’s only been 2 days !

I ordered a baby boy flower arrangement w a balloon. The vase was supposed to be a blue block with blue.. white n a few yellow flowers. What they got were some old looking yellow small roses that look like they will die by the end of the day!! The only thing good was the balloon!! So disappointed!! Will make sure my friends n family never use their business!! UPDATE: called the store directly n spoke to owner who was very pleasant n kind enough to send out another flower arrangement!

Great flowers! The flowers are big, strong, healthy and fresh, and they use straw supports on the daises! The vase is nice too - can actually be reused. The man who delivered them was courteous and friendly. There were some issues with the order (i.e., included items and delivery), but the arrangement is beautiful. You can tell this business cares about the quality of their product. Definitely a name to keep for future orders.

Outstanding service! I live in DFW and needed same day delivery of flowers delivered to my grandma in SA. It was around 10am when I was about to order on the site however something told me to call, so glad I did! She made the process super easy and had the flowers delivered by 3pm! The arrangement was so beautiful and SO inexpensive. Would definitely order from them again. 100% recommend!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. She reported that the quality of the flowers was so poor that the roses were nearly dead just one day after it was delivered. She said they had already started turning brown when the arrangement was delivered. I'm disappointed and frankly embarrassed that the gift was such a mistake. Won't be using this service again.

I ordered the"Rose Delight" for my wifes birthday and when she sent me a photo of what she received I was mortified! This was my first and last time using this company. The order was placed directly on their website so there is no excuse for what transpired. It looked as if they just shoved stems of roses in a vase without any effort to make it look presentable.

My wife ordered me flowers online with from you flowers who uses local florist to fulfill the order, and pretty petals was who got our order. They were supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and were not. They were delivered on 2/16 and when they were delivered the flowers looked NOTHING like the picture!! Honestly the worst bouquet i have ever received!

My partner ordered flowers to be sent on Valentines Day a week in advance. I waited at home for a delivery all day only for them not to deliver. I was hit with the excuse from the company that they were experiencing “delays”. If that was the case, any company would contact their customers and inform them instead of leaving them in the dark. Terrible business.

We have flowers and other gifts delivered to my Aunt in assisted living every Friday. My Aunt loves them and we are so grateful to Letty to allow us to do this in an affordable manner.

Pretty Petals Florist is excellent. I completed the entire order online and it was a breeze. TheIr communication via email was impressive. I have the highest praise for the beautiful arrangement they did for us. We had special requests for a Fiesta arrangement and Leticia nailed it and then some.
