Corey is an incredible asset to this company. He helped me after having my hair botched by another professional salon. I wandered into this store hoping I could find something to make my hair less garbage. Corey listened to my tale of woe and within minutes gave me samples that he felt confident would fix my colouring mess. There was no pressure to purchase, book an appointment or to even come back for that matter. I can’t believe how he troubleshooted this issue within minutes (yet I was in the salon for hours and 2 stylists couldn’t even resolve it). Corey clearly has a wealth of knowledge and experience, but above all else he is legitimately a very warm, helpful and kind person. I will be coming back to Corey for any of my hair needs, as I know he is a professional I can trust.

If I could score zero I would. I had a 3pm appointment, I arrived at 2.45pm to be told by the snooty receptionist that my 3pm appointment was cancelled by the manager. No reason given. Really really bad customer service. I had told them when I made the appointment that I was going out to River Fire, that I was working in the morning and would go to the salon straight from work. They really just didn't care that they had ruined my evening out. I called Stefan at the same shopping centre and they kindly fitted me in. Thank you Stefan's

Thank you to the PA Brookside team for fitting in my mother and sister for trim/ style cut. My mother is a recovering cancer patient and the care Vicki took in styling her hair made her feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment, not only that but, both my mother and sister left feeling happy with the service they each received. I used to work for this company. Worst experience of my life. I was constantly belittled and put down by my coworkers, sometimes in front of staff, and they accepted no responsibility for their hurtful actions. They were able to bend and break the company’s rules at their own whim, however I was not. I attempted to address it with someone higher up the chain and received no reply. Very happy to have moved on.

Just outright rude. This comes after third attempt to get a haircut here in a year or so. All three times with the same result; Staff glanced up, saw me standing there waiting, then went back to their customer without so much as a smile or "be with you in a moment" Once can be dismissed. Twice could be coincidence. Thee times just shows that this establishment is utterly unconcerned with customer service

Was in on the weekend with hair damage post bleaching (from a professional salon). The girl working was really dismissive and rude. She didn’t even greet me when i approached the counter and when i told her my concerns she was unable to recommend anything to me. She just acted like i was strange? I was ready to drop any amount of money to salvage some healthy hair. Won’t be returning.

I have been going to price attack to get my hair done for the past 5ish years and they have never let me down. They’re always so nice and know exactly how to style my hair. My hair is curly and very sensitive and it’s always handled with care. Out of all the times I have changed or dyed my hair they have always helped me do what is best for my hairs health long term.

I had a bad experience a few years ago. I purchased retail products from the store, the young staff member was very helpful. But when I arrived home I didn't have my debit card. On returning to the the store, the young girl and the owner became verbally abusive when I asked for my card back.

My experience at the salon has been wonderful. Corey is an experienced, knowledgeable and caring hairdresser. All the staff lately are second to none. Always helpful, happy and willing to listen. I highly recommend the current staff for a positive hairdressing outcome you will love.

Had a new person, they were friendly and haircut was good. They ran 25 minutes late (had a timed appointment, possibly due to new person getting used to facilities and processes) but comped a hair pack without me asking at end, which was nice. Will try again.

Will never go anywhere else. Staff have never been frosty when I go there, sometimes my cheeks hurt laughing at the banter. Not sure what Store other person went to to say "Staff were frosty". It can't have been Brookside!

Only leaving 1 star because Google won't let you leave 0. I'm surprised the company hasn't been sued for workplace bullying with the manager calling staff c***s and other disgusting names.

We were charged very reasonably, yet great service, sorry should have noted the staff’s names.. the two staff there were very friendly and did a great job..my daughter was pampered a lot..

I haven't seen it open for awhile and when it was open they hardly had the products that I needed to buy. So now unless they have the products I need, I wont be buying from them.
