Wow, Lily is amazing! I genuinely needed a real whack of help yesterday picking out a whole eclectic range of products for my gorgeous girl so she can feel and look the way that makes her feel best (she’s actually quite gorgeous anyway but I am biased). Lily did all of this easily, for us while my girl wasn’t there at the time. I’m all thumbs with this kind of stuff but Lily was so helpful, has impeccable taste and a wealth of knowledge of beauty products (according to my budding aesthetician lass). She was incredibly kind, exceeding efficient and impossibly patient all while the store was clearly busy. Priceline is so lucky to have such a consummate professional. I must apologise to the other staff if I ask for Lily in future by name! But it really was up and beyond for a bloke who clearly has no idea what he’s talking about and my lady is happy so what more could I want. I will be back! Rhys

I would like to give a shout out to the staff and pharmacist of this place because they are so incredibly sweet and helpful. I was having some skin concerns and didn't know what cream/medicine to purchase so I asked the staff for a recommendation and the lady and pharmacist who helped me was so sweet and gentle despite me nearly panicking about my skin. I could really tell that they care about me and my concern, it just made me trust their given product. I've been using the cream they gave me and it has worked wonders for my skin. I would love to give a big hug and thank you to the two staff members who helped me, you guys are the sweetest ! ( I wish I got their names so I can give a proper thank you )

Last night I asked my doctor to fax through some scripts to Priceline Pharmacy Queen Street but I accidentally gave her the phone number so the scripts didn't arrive and the phone kept ringing with a fax tone. My doctor's rooms had closed so I was unable to call them to provide the correct fax number. I managed to contact my doctor directly and the pharmacist Linda was happy for my doctor to provide an oral prescription for my medication and email a script to them today for their records. Thank you Linda for all your help, and to one of the male pharmacy assistants who helped calm me when I was worried I wouldn't be able to get my medication. You guys are absolute stars!

This place is never stocked. Given the fact it’s the one of the only pricelines in the city it should be stocked up. Every time i go here, they don’t have anything stocked, i wanted the elf halo glow and i’ve been waiting for it to be restocked since march and i’ve been waiting for some other items to be restocked. Do better. Also given the fact im a teenage girl, every worker and security guard thinks i’m stealing. They follow me around the store, pretending to stock the shelves next to me and watching me from down the aisle. This priceline needs better staff and stocking managements.

I went to GP and got prescription but other pharmacies told me it’s not available and sent me off. I went to Priceline and actually found out that the treatment cream isn’t available in Australia. The lady at the pharmacy counter helped me to find the alternative and explained everything in detail. I was panicked with my first baby getting skin problem during flood and I cannot thank her enough for her professional help. My baby is settled far better than yesterday already and on the way to recovery. Thank you so much.

This priceline is in a good location, easy to access whilst doing other shopping at Queen Street Mall. However, whilst looking through the makeup section, almost all the items I liked when looking at the testers were unavailable / unstocked. The girl that was replacing them was taking a very long time just sitting there, chatting to two of her friends, blocking access to one brand and doing her job at a snail's pace. For such a busy store, my expectation is that service should be more efficient. Very frustrating.

Staff seem to generally hate their lives in there, but still do their best to be friendly. This is usually because of a poor workplace environment/ low morale/ unkind management/ below award pay etc that the staff are dealing with. Your more likely to be followed around suspected of stealing, than offered help finding what you need, as Price Line drills into their staff more on theft reduction than customer service, but all in all I still shop there for the prices.

Whilst in quarantine I placed a small order and Grace helped me with the online purchase as I could not find the click and deliver option. I called back 3 times and she was always patient, really helpful and cheerful and arranged my small parcel to be delivered to reception. Thank you Grace! On the basis of your kindness and excellent service I will make a point of visiting your store again.

Always a very pleasant experience with staff here. They all go out of their way to please and assist. Really helpful and patient management!! Had an issue with a click and deliver order while in home quarantine, and they did the most to help me out! Including offering to drop the remaining stuff into my dad’s car so he can drop it at mine! I know I was annoying so wanted to show how much I appreciated the dedication!

If you wanna be ignored by all the staff - this is the place to shop at. I was here on Friday just gone and the only one who said a single word to me was the lady who served me. It also seemed like they were doing stock take by the amount of staff that were working. All the staff - no acknowledgement or help

This is by far the best Priceline I’ve been too, no one follows me around and makes me feel uncomfortable and if you need help they are easy to approach so don’t think they can read your mind and come to you when you need it. The staff have become my friends and I like shopping there.

I was feeling unwell and needed some cold and flu medicine and the wait was taking a bit longer than i would’ve liked. Until Pia saw i was in distress and didn’t hesitate to lend me her assistance, i really appreciate her support and attention to detail. she needs a raise!

I have really bad experience shopping here. I bought few products and found out i have been overcharged, however I went back there today and told them about it but they made me wait for so long eventhough it was my turn, she put me aside and continued with other customer.

I was caught short and needed a scrip filled quickly. Initially there was a mix up (from my specialist) but the lovely Linda sorted it out. In a day and age where people bash businesses for such insignificant reasons it's nice to reward someone for a good job !

Quite centrally located however a real bad set up. Very hard to locate stock as aisle’s are so close to each other. Quite an uncomfortable experience really. Brunette serving on the till quite inept. Great prices though and quite good stock.

Staff is so rude. Refuse to give refund and didn't take the medicines back worth $315. One of the staff said once the medicine is out from the pharmacy they can't take that back. I also have letter from my doctor they said this won't work.

It is best start off this review, with stating absolute fear of needles. Mona was responsible for my flu shot and she was the best pharmacist ive ever had. Really understanding, i cannot thank her enough!

Staying a few days in Brisbane and had occasion to visit this shop twice relating to minor ailments and was extremely impressed with the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff.

Every time I’ve come here they have provided good recommendations and they have taken the time to assist me and explain the products. Really nice and professional staff. Thank you

Chinese girl with short hair (first counter) has attitude problem, if you are not happy to work there find another job seriously. Priceline should hire better employees.

Terribly rude pharmacist... treated and spoken to like dirt over everyday OTC medication I could have purchased from a grocery store. Will never return to this store.

The staff at the pharmacy part of the store are always so kind and helpful to me, so I always get my prescriptions from them so I can have their service.

Very experienced and helpful staff! There is also a wide range of products. I recieved a lot of advice and even some free samples to test them out!

A bit more expensive than CVS or Walgreens in the states, didn't have a big selection of beverages. I wanted cranberry but they didn't carry it.

Had our Covid booster ~ Chelsea was very professional, friendly and we never felt the jab. Highly recommending the Priceline Queen Street team.

Guy on checkout needs to be more courteous with line up rules/procedures. He made me loose 2 positions. I will never go there again.
