First time customer to this business which opened 3 months ago (Oct 2023). Staff are extremely lovely but highly disappointed with paying $55 when three days later 2 x acrylic nails started to lift, then seven days later 5 x nails are now lifting and the paint is peeling off. I’ve not experienced this with other salons. Incredibly disappointed when my day to day activities are less intense, so it’s reasonable to suspect a longer shelf life. When i did walk out, I found that the acrylic (over my nails) was very thin. Please be wary. The lady was forcibly asking people to review them.

I went here a few weeks ago and I was happy with my nails. The process itself wasn't bad except for the constant nicking of my cuticles which made me bleed on a couple fingers. My problem is that when I had my nails removed at another salon, they pointed out that they buzzed too much into my natural nails, which I now have to grow out (you can see the red lines in the photos). Prime Express Nails pressure you to do a review before you walk out the door. I personally wouldn't go back.

I have been searching for a great nail salon in my area for the past few years, with little luck, until I found Prime Express. The staff are extremely kind and helpful and do an amazing job. I, along with everyone in the salon I encountered during my visit, was delighted with my nails and the care that was taken to ensure they were so beautifully done. I will definitely be back!!

Kim was fantastic. I didn’t know what to expect for my first time and she confidently walked me through the process with warmth and efficiency. Her hands were like magic and my feet, hands and nails felt brand new! She really knows her work and it was a great experience. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

The service was really great! This place is everything you need for your hands and feet. Le is really very professional and good. She gave me very beautiful design of my choice on my nails ❤️ ! will definitely be coming back again ❤️❤️ They always offering drinks and chocolate every visit!

Absolutely in love with these nails by this store. First time I’ve been here and they were so kind and walked me through everything. They gave me coupons and took their time with me. This is the first time I’ve ever had a nail tech be this careful and precise with my nails. You must go here.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was 22/12 and even though they were busy, they fit us in without any fuss. The salon is clean and tidy, great colour selection and the staff were beautiful and friendly. Will definitely come back.

I had the Pleasure of Kim doing my nails! She wa so patient and kind, very gentle and friendly! My nail turned out just as i wanted! Prime Express Nail is the the place best for Nail art! I recommed! ❤️❤️❤️
