Receptionist was rude & "snappy". I am suffering financial hardship & was surprised when she told me I had to pay $71+. I told her I did not have the money. In front of other patients she said loudly it would be considered an outstanding bill & I couldn't see anyone until it was paid. She said nothing of whether I could claim any back on Medicare, nothing. Also, when I was arranging other appts. I could not understand the spelling of a doctor's name. She kept shouting & spelling it out rapidly. I explained I had hearing aids & tried to make the atmosphere "light". She just looked "sour" at me. Overall, I was humiliated by her in front of other patients. (NB: The doctor I went to was fine. The doctor I normally go to was on leave & he bulk bills - had I been told when making the appointment, I would have waited 'til his return). This happened at approx 12:30/1:00 on Wednesday 27th September 2023. This receptionist should have shown some empathy & brushed up on her customer service skills. I am not angry, just very sad & upset at being treated like this.

Make the right choice and find a practice that actually cares about their patients, which is most definitely not Pro Health Care. This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. I waited over 4 weeks for a long consult with a new doctor I was looking to transition over to. The booking was made in person and confirmed. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told they don't do long consults and I'd only have 15 minutes. They then tried blaming the "error" on their online booking system (which I hadn't used). I then learned the clinic doesn't do long consults because they make more money from short consults but spin this as being able to see more patients. Pro Health Care - Medicare include long consults on their schedule for a reason. Your money grabbing arrogance has lost at least one patient who was looking to become a long-term customer. I hope this review makes others think twice about sending their business your way too.

We have been attending Pro-Health at a Mitcham for around seven years, when our three children were babies. The staff are always exceptional. Receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is a problem. Nurse Angela and Nurse Jane are amazing with our children - they are so very patient and empathetic. All of the GPs we have encountered have been first rate. Our usual GP is Dr Grant Baker - the level of care and expertise he has provided to our whole family has been consistently outstanding.

Booked a very short lead time appointment and they called straight away due to an unfortunate double booking, asked if I could come straight in instead. Went through the new Covid normal checkin procedure at the front door - which was done efficiently and politely. While they were extremely busy, Dr Chen not only talked me through my ultrasound results and treatment options but also took the time to ask about my general health at that time. Would highly recommend the Pro Health Care team at Mitcham

We have been visiting this clinic for 4 years now and found it really friendly and welcoming. Dr Alice Willson is the best doctor we have ever had. She used to be a pharmacist before becoming a doctor, so she knows how to work around medications, especially when it comes to their efficacy and safety. She is very passionate about what she does, and she is really great with kids. She knows a lot about women's health and her advice and recommendations are really valuable and effective.

Today's booster vaccination was really well organised by Pro Health Care Mitcham. It was all happpening outside (loved it), still very professional, friendly, casual, no waiting, absolutely perfect. Really good, very friendly and encouraging. And completely PAINLESS!!! Hopefully I'll be able to get next jabs in future, if necessary. The other medical services my mother and I attend on regular basis are also outstanding. Thank you Pro Health Care Mitcham!!!

Dr Smallwood - Simpson was very helpful and caring. Easy to talk to about my health concerns. I did not have to wait long when I went. There were no concessions or reduced gap fees for people like me on a disability pension. The clinic did ring to tell me what the gap would be but it was considerably higher than a gap I have paid a another clinic.

Just had my second Pfizer vaccine today at Pro Health Mitcham. I thought my experience at Wayville was good but I couldn’t believe how easy and quick the whole process was at Pro Health. The staff were so friendly and very professional and I was straight in for the jab and into the waiting room and out in about 17 minutes!

I called Pro Health Care Mitcham early in the morning and I was able to get in the same day. The receptionist was lovely and very welcoming and Doctor Tee was very kind, caring and thorough. This was my first visit to this Doctors clinic and I will certainly go back there, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic

Even though my doctor was ill she rang me and we had a good chat about results and future plans for my health care. She’s prepared to go the extra mile to ensure I still receive the best health care. The admin team helped me to organise ongoing appointments in a professional manner in a friendly fashion.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful, Doctor Tee was thorough, had new ideas and was fabulous with my 7 year old, pathology was excellent aswell. Told Dr Tee she will be our family doctor from now on. We have been looking for a family doctor for a while and are very happy we found this clinic.

Grant has been our family doctor for about 15 years now, firstly in the Riverland and now in Adelaide. We believe he is a very competent and thoughtful GP. He has assisted us through a number of serious medical episodes. We highly recommend Grant to any person seeking a first grade GP.

A wonderful clinic! Dr Grant baker is our usual GP and he is a very caring doctor. We have seen multiple other doctors and have never had a bad experience. I could not recommend this clinic more. The reception staff and nurses are all so wonderful every visit.

I moved to Pro Health Care Mitcham when I fell pregnant with my first child as I was looking for a new family doctor. My doctor Jessica Mashado has been so supportive through my journey and I’m extremely glad I made the move.

The staff and doctors are so friendly and extremely helpful. Because of this I have changed our family GP to here even though for our family it's a 45min drive. I'm more than happy to travel for the service and care

Th Le office ladies were friendly and easy to interact with and Dr Yong Jeong was awesome. Listened to how I felt, and actually gave me solutions and answers and options to be able to follow up and get results from.

Caring and thorough. Empathetic and made me feel comfortable to share all my symptoms without judgment. Treatment plan and referral was immediate which in it self made me feel better. All staff helpful and friendly.
