I contacted Pro wireless through Facebook messenger first about replacing the HDMI port on my grandson's PS5. Their response to my inquiries were prompt and this was even on the weekend with different time periods. They ensured me they had the qualifications to do micro soldering and could replace the port. I followed up on my messages with a phone call they had provided and spoke to them about how I was going to get the device there. I used USP and once it was delivered they reached out me and let me know they had received it. Also let me know when it was repaired and when it was being shipped back.
