I had placed an order for a flower bouquet and I have to say the service was extremely bad. 1. The flowers were delivered at 9:00 PM (when the receiver's birthday was almost over, and due to which she couldn't go out for her bday dinner). 2. The flowers bouquet I had placed an order for was the multi-colored roses and she had received only red roses If the required flowers are NOT available and if you can NOT deliver at the promised time you are to mention that to the receiver !! Would not recommend

BEWARE, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. I ordered 2 bouquets ,the one that they sent was completely different from the one I ordered and all the flowers were wilted. The other one they never delivered and they still haven't refunded the money. Update: they never returned my payment despite contacting them several times.

Have ordered 2ice from them. Good service and the flowers were good as well. The roses got less scent in them. Your whole room will not be scented with the red rose bundle. However, ordered a card with the bundle. The best thing was the message on the card was hand written instead of sticking a print out.

I utilize proflowers.pk to send flowers to my friend all the time. They do a brilliant job! Their flowers are always fresh and clean they arrange them in the most gorgeous ways. Their customer service is fantastic and they always do exactly what I asked them to do.

Delievery was so late. The order was placed 4 days before and got the package at the end of the day. Poor service in terms of delievery. The option said six Balloons and received only three. So the quantity was also compromised. Never going to shop again from them.

Fraudulent Shop, avoid at all costs. Service was never delivered, even though they confirmed it could be rendered via livechat the day before. They then avoided picking up calls, lied on message and when comfronted about it stoped answering messages.

Extremely unprofessional, ordered the delivery for the 14th Feb but never got delivered. We called them but they never answered.Driver lied that he is 30mins away and after chasing for 5hours , he disappeared. Never use this .
