This company had lost its credibility and its new management is a complete chaos. They charge you every penny, and they disappear if any problem rises. Unprofessional and unprepared leadership. It’s a disaster! I dealt with the previous owner, Max Kilman who gave me confidence and made me believe in their customer care commitment. I trusted him. My move was from NC to Albuquerque in early 2021 including a 4 bedroom 4,000sq/ft home and my car, leaving my home content in storage at Prorelo Albuquerque for 14 months. At the time I finally got my home content, I had many missing and damaged goods. I contacted Prorelo and talked to Denise in three occasions during the two weeks prior my move. She reassured me that everything was in order, that everything was payed, and that I shouldn’t be worry about anything. However, the day before my move, Denise called me with a very demanding and aggresive tone, communicated that there were $1,400 pending that they “forgot” to charge me during the 14 months of storage ($100 in storage insurance per month) and that I was forced to pay as a lump sum, otherwise my move won’t take place the next day. I requested to deal with the manager, Chris instead (who was fired two days later), after Denise decide to start screaming at me over the phone! A happy day that supposed to have been my closing date for my new home, ended been a very stressful day, trying to find the money, to make sure my move could happen the next day. This, of course, after I took vacation time and put my family in a hotel to prepare $$$$! The day of the move, I texted Chris -the manager- at 7:30am to make sure the crew will be arriving with the truck and my home content at 9 AM from the Prorelo storage facility. He reassured me this would happen at the planned time: 9am. I waited until the afternoon in my house, with no updates until a worker called me, stating they were on their way (12:15pm), but that they were stopping for food and gas before!!! You can imagine my reaction. I was very frustrated and upset. The workers explained me that the manager -Chris- didn’t load the truck with my home content the day before (as supposed to have happened), because they didn’t have enough staff available. Therefore, it was impossible for them to have been in my house by 9am, even if they start working before 8am. There were over 12,000 items to load and check. Chris never informed me about this mayor issue. The workers were incredibly kind and professional and got the job done in the best way they could In the very little afternoon time left in wintertime. After four hours, we realized that many items were missing and quite a few were damaged (broken items, missing sofa legs, etc). I contacted Chris immediately, who referred me to the moving company Benkins. I contacted them, and they made me feel multiple forms, sent a collection of photos and receipts of each item, made an online inspection, etc. After several weeks, Benkins denied any form of responsibility and compensation, alluding that they cannot be sure if these damaged or missing items where their responsibility, but rather the storage facility at Prorelo Albuquerque. The new owner at Prorelo, Brad Kilman, also washed his hands about any responsibly (in spite I was forced to pay him $1,400 in the missing insurance they forgot to charge me every month, the day prior my move). However, the worst part of all this experience, what is the email I received from Brad Killman in the rudest and most unprofessional way I could have imagined. He addressed me as an annoying client, even though he fired the manager in charge of my move -Chris- the same night my move took on place (along with three other employees, including Kilman’s cousin). Moving is always a very stressful experience. It’s extremely disappointing that Brad Killman made this process even worse. In summary, this company has lost its reputation and I would not recommend it. Try to find a different one in case you are planning to move or storage your home. Prorelo Benkins Albuquerque, I’m not was it was.

Had a driver of one of the ProRelo trucks knock over a rock wall in my front yard as they were leaving from a pickup at a neighbors house. Contacted the business and they sent someone out to look at the damage. I called several times and was told by the person that answered the call that Chris was working on it. The incident happened on March 18th and it is now getting to the middle of August and I have not heard from them. Initially Chris was going to come out and repair the wall but he had no masonry experience. We have several matching rock features in our front yard and I told him I wanted a professional mason to do the work so it looked like the rest of the masonry work in the yard. Chris said he would get some body to come out and I haven't heard from them since. That was in May. I have the feeling they've blown me off. Bekins is who they were representing and that's my next contact. Not a very professional response to something that is their responsibility.

We ordered some custom made furniture and ProRelo was contracted to provide their "White Glove" delivery. Brandon and Jesus arrived promptly as scheduled - in fact they were early, a REAL nice surprise. These two gentlemen were extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and represented themselves and their company well. They offloaded the items shipped, unboxed, completely checked for any damages that occurred in shipping, placed the items exactly where we asked, installed all the shelving components, disassembled the boxes and hauled them away, and completely cleaned up after themselves. We were EXTREMELY pleased with these tow fellows. ProRelo should make sure they keep these fellow in their employ. And there should be some "bonus money" and/or a pay raise for both Brandon and Jesus.

First, they called to “schedule” a drop off time, which I did not confirm because I knew I was not going to be home at that particular time. Then, they came anyway and called me when they were on site. I asked them to please leave the dining table in the open shop so it would be out of the rain, to which “they responded, oh we already loaded our equipment and it’s heavy so we can’t do that.” When I arrived home, I hoped I would be able to maybe tip it on end and slide it into the house (assuming it was left on the porch). That was a no go, as my very pricey brand new dining room table was dropped off IN THE MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY right before a rainstorm!!!!

The two young men who made my delivery were quite friendly and professional. Rather than just leaving my two heavy items on my front porch or in the driveway, they were gracious and considerate of my age and physical disability and carefully placed my items exactly where I wanted them in my garage. It was more than worth it to give the men cold drinks to help them finish out the hot afternoon. I wish more people would do something like that for delivery people. Sure they may have AC in their truck cab, but they do their hard work and heavy lifting in the heat of summer and the cold of winter. Thank you gentlemen for a job very well done.

Ivan and Alphonso were excellent movers that helped make our move from Santa Fe to California a positive and successful experience. Moving house is always difficult, but our move was even more difficult, complicated as it was by several very large and heavy artist studio items including a 1000 lbs. Charles Brand etching press. All of our possessions were treated with care as they were loaded, and Ivan and Alphonso graciously helped us complete the final packing and boxing of our kitchen equipage. They were cheerful, energetic, efficient and very helpful, and that's exactly what you want and need on your moving day. Six stars!

The staff at ProRelo have always been very professional and friendly. From the ladies behind the phone to the crew that delivers my cabinets at lest once a week. In particular Betty Garley who has always gone above and beyond to get my orders delivered when I have a crazy installation schedule. One way or another she always finds a way to help me when I am in a bind. I know my delivery requests can be pretty challenging at times, but I know I can count on her. Thank you for making this part of my job a little less stressful!!

Loading day began with an extra call to let us know when he'd be arriving. This simple act spoke volumes and hinted early on to the depth of character and service my parents would be shown throughout their move. From then on, Ivan and the crew were efficient, skilled, kind, professional, fun to laugh with and always willing to go above and beyond for my parents. I could give MANY examples of this, but instead will just HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ivan and suggest you request him so you can experience for yourself.

We ordered a shower and pan from Home Depot. The driver was lost and and called me, when I tried to give him directions, he would not listen to me and then hung up on me. He then called back and went the wrong direction. When the driver got there both boxes were open and the pan was broken and the walls looked like they had been walked on. When we looked at them and wanted to refuse the whole the delivery, the driver got all defensive and pushed the paperwork in our face and refused to take everything.

The guys called me about 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. I was out running errands and told them I’d be arriving home at about the same time. I was about 5-10 minutes behind them. While they waited, they unloaded my delivery and waited on the front porch with it. When I arrived they were very friendly and helpful in bringing my delivery up the stairs (it was a couch so it was about the size and weight of an 80” flat screen tv!). Excellent, EXCELLENT customer service!

ProRelo delivered some furniture from IKEA for me today (Monday). They called and texted for confirmation last Friday, and then today I got another text when they were close to our house. They arrived right on time within the delivery window. We have a long, narrow driveway that can be difficult for large vehicles, but they got their truck down and turned around no problem. They were friendly and unloaded quickly. I’d be happy to use them again in the future.

Although the company was a little difficult, our driver Ivan made our move a smooth process. He kept his word when we had some difficulties and he worked with us. Friendly and courteous delivery, unfortunately two of the three toilets were broken and had to be taken back. Hopefully the next delivery will go better. UPDATE,: our two toilets were delivered in great condition. Again, the gentlemen delivering were professional and friendly. Delivery was on time and the thirty minute heads up call is great. Delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. They began delivery of our back patio furniture to our front door. I apologized for not seeing them arrive and asked if they could drop off in my garage at the rear of our home. With a simple and eager "no problem sir" they headed to the rear of the property. Contracted with ProRelo in Nov of 2022. Move date and destination was undetermined at the time and things were to remain in storage until further direction. Chris decided to put things on a truck that was headed to FL over a full week early. Chris refused any responsibility for additional charges and things were broken beyond repair. Horrible experience. Unprofessional. Horrible communication and terrible service.

The administrative staff were responsive to my requests, although I would have preferred an updated estimate to be signed and completed prior to packing. The driver, Ivan, was considerate and accommodated my requests. He really cared that my goods were packed and loaded to prevent damage. The packers did an excellent job also. Juan and Brandon delivered 28 cases of wood to my house on June 8. It was a total of 1512 pounds of wood and they delivered it and placed it where I requested while being personable and professional. They are both great guys and ProRelo is lucky to have them. I also spoke to the dispatcher several times and she was polite and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I definitely recommend ProRelo.

Delivery was on-time but part of the white glove delivery and setup of a Purple mattress is removal of old mattress. Delivery personnel claimed that wasn't part of the job and were rude about it. They eventually took it but were very unprofessional about it. When you spend thousands on a mattress you shouldn't have to convince the Delivery team to do what they were contracted to do. These 2 gentlemen handled our situation with professionalism and went beyond what their assigned papers said to do. We're grateful especially since they showed up the morning after a long airplane flight for two old disgruntled married people! We weren't in the best of moods especially when we found out the company that shipped the product to us had screwed up our delivery and unpacking and removal!

The delivery crew was extremely professional, they contacted me ahead of time like requested. I had two previous delivery reschedules, one for not having the correct product, and another for no delivery drivers. Because of this I needed a later delivery time frame and a longer lead time. We had two amazing young men deliver our headboard & footboard bed frame. The were so polite and so careful with our new furniture. They were ready to set everything up when not any fault of the delivery company parts are missing and you will have to come back to finish. I got a couple of notifications about the delivery. Guy’s showed up and the item I purchased was the wrong size. I knew I was returning it before they arrived.
