I usually don’t use laundrettes as luckily have my own washing machine and tumble dryer at home. Today we had building works so came to this place as had good reviews. I was very uncomfortable in the store. There was one lady working there and she was unhelpful. She may have been having a bad day but her communication was very poor which probably led to her frustration as she couldn’t help me. She kicked me out of the store for 10 mins as she wanted to visit her home which is fine but she said it in a very rude way and even told me I’m too slow and to leave the shop while I was folding clothes so she can go to her house. I just don’t understand how I’m paying for a service and I have to bend my knees so much for the staff working there. Definitely do not recommend. There are other places nearby.

A really professional, clean and efficient laundry service. The owners have changed this place from a grotty dirty and disgusting laundry shop into this modern and vibrant place. The owner and his staff are friendly and really helpful too, showing how to use the self service machines and talking through their services washes too. Well recommend and keep up the good work guys!

Asian Chinese lady who works here is very unprofessional. Every time when I go for drying service she always be in a hyper mood. One day she yells on my son who is 14 years of age. She needs to find herself a another job if she can't handle this work. Today also she had a go on me when I ask her to empty one of the dryer. Very Rude.

Went here to have my duvets cleaned. Was helpfully given the option to use a machine myself, or have it done for me. Chose to have it done for me, was completed the same day. Reasonable price, and very satisfied with the result. They were also helpful in providing me with a plastic bag. Positive experience

I have recently been recommended to use this dry cleaning company. I am now a regular customer. Great service. Friendly staff. Everything is professionally cleaned and prepared ready for pick up on the same day if needed. 5 stars!

Good quality of drying services but the asian lady there is super arrogant and unhelpful. It was my first time there and of course I didnt know as to where and how do I use the dryers. Super rude and unprofessional staff.

I have use it this morning. It was perfect ! I'm French and not used to that many times. The guy, very friendly, help me to use machines and it was perfectly clear and dry. Thanks ! The next time, I'll come back here.

The lady in there is brilliant, very kind and helpful. I used the service here after using another one elsewhere and would definitely recommend this one. Price is half of what I paid at the previous place.

Took summer and winter duvet to wash. £6 to 7.50. They have change, no parking restrictions outside, clean and staff helpful and friendly. Will be back.
