My mother age is 63+, suffering from chronic digestion problems and some other life-threatening issues related to stomach problems. Her Hb level is dropping day by day. She had multiple obstructive Hernia surgeries in the past. So on someone's recommendation, she went to Dr. Sajid Abaidullah Sahab (Gastroenterologist from Lahore) for a checkup. His assistant took an Advance Fee of Rs.3000 from us during 1st appointment. and On the first visit, after quickly examining my mother for merely 4-5 mins without prescribing any meds, he wrote some expensive tests [worth Rs 50k “6 CT Scans + 2 blood tests”] to my mother to which she agreed and he told her if you show me the report in a month then there will be no fee. We got a test date from an institution after 2 weeks. So within the mentioned time period of one month (29 Days) , my mother visited him again in the afternoon that is Tests report checking the time, they made my old mother and Abba Jaan wait for 2 hours. Whenever she asked his assistant that how much more she had to wait for her turn, the reply was "15 more minutes" every time in a rude way. Finally, when my mother went inside in his room with the reports. he refused to see her and told her to go out book another appointment again rudely and my mother was shocked. He spoke as less as he possibly could, and wasn't keen on taking any questions, and was mainly focused on 2nd appointment to make another Rs 3000. My mother insisted on having the look at the reports that what are my results is everything okay with me but he refused again. She clearly mentioned that Doctor sahib, it had not been one month and we are on time but he still said you have to go out book an appointment and my mother came out in tears with such behaviour of this doctor. After that my father came in and requested him, Sir, why you are doing this, we had to go through a great amount of hassle for these tests, please don't do this but still, he refused. He insulted my old Parents. How can you treat your patients like this? Don’t you have any fear of ALLAH and for the hereafter? He is proudy and greedy and has no feelings for his patients. NOTHING LESS THAN A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND A RIP-OFF. FALSELY ADVERTISED AS A SPECIALIST. I've never believed the notion that doctors can be greedy until we met this guy yesterday, such a ruthless person. Doesn't listen to any questions, is Very greedy and only concerned with money, and has no sympathy for his patients He is sitting there to trap the poor patients, ask them to have a long list of diagnostic tests, he is very negligent and indifferent in his profession. The assistant is a corrupt individual with no humility. The doctor is good but the mode of treating and practice is nothing more than a stain on the sanctity of the white coat. Lost respect for white coat in this clinic. Whatever cheap stunts receptionist does will be on the behalf/ behest of the doctor. No more respect for this doctor and clinic. Just a business activity taking place there. I called once, for my follow up appointment, the receptionist asked for 3000 in advance and said appointment will be after 2 weeks. Then on another call he said to come tomorrow, and when i went, he said come tomorrow, although doctor was inside. No self of proprietary in the receptionist.

Exceptionally good doctor . Only those patients are made to wait who are willing to. Usually patients not in time quarrel with receptionist which is actually unfair. If patients have a problem with receptionist, they should complain the doctor, as doctors working usually don't know what is happening outside his office. Remember doctors are not superbeings who can watch in and out at the same time. Absolutely wrong that he takes 3000 pkr in advance. Patient if such charged should have Immediately reported doctor.

His assistant is very rude. They made their own rules, 3000 pkr in advance, and you follow up visit time is only between 3pm to 4 pm. If you are late after 4pm, they will not allow you enter. You have to come next day on time.

Dr shb is Legend personality. He is professor in MAYO Hospital. GOD bless him lot of qualities. He is very polite and humble personality to every one. In his clinic laboratory and pharmacy facilities are available.

Brilliant doctor! Expert of diagnosis and checks a patient very thoroughly. One of the best doctors in Lahore. My personal experience (of my whole family and other people that I have recommended him to) was great.

He is good but his follow up to patient is not so updated, over all he is best doctor, he completely understand and diagnose very well. And give proper time to patients

Extremely rude receptionist .I was shocked to see how poor people were being humiliated and mistreated at a doctor's clinic.
