Generally poor customer service, you can walk into the office and be completely ignored for ages. However Mukhtar is very professional and brilliant to deal with. The contractors who have done the maintenance work have been hit-and-miss. The house was clean when we moved in, but we’ve had a lot of issues with our house.

Very professional team and service. Fiaz is very approachable and empathetic. I had issues with pest control and boiler breakdown which were fixed quickly and efficiently. Heaters were provided whilst the boiler was being fixed. Usually give good notification of when viewings are taking place.

The renting process was very smooth and the staff were super helpful. Our only qualm was that a couple of times they forgot to give us notice when showing prospective tenants round, though they formally apologized for this. Definitely recommend (they're miles better than easy lettings)
