the most unprofessional agent I ever worked with. We wanted to rent an Apt in Larnaca and agreed on terms in general. They were coming up with addtional roadblocks every single day. We still agreed to things because we definitely wanted to have that Apt. The Agent told me one week ago that we have a deal (everyone is ok with it) and that they will send me the contract. Nothing happen´d...had to follow up all the time and suddenly I get a message today "sorry landlord doesn´t agree any more" sorry, but can´t trust these guys. Better go somewhere else...

Highly not recommended. The owner of the apartment at Faneromeni 182 didn’t give back the deposit - said that AC and lights are broken and bought a new AC for the money from the deposit. He should repair it himself due to the contract. The most disappointing is that Propel company’s owner just said they can’t do anything. So you got no protection of your rights in that agency and there is a big list of other agencies that take care of their clients - better choose others.

My experience with this company was Excellent.I had the chance to deal with the owner himself and the quality of their services were professional and outstanding i would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or rent a property .
