Beware! I have read a lot of the reviews and I was using my classpass to try out a new place. I wish they would have been more communicative or asked preferences instead of assuming. I saw this as a young working female who wanted to get a massage after a long day of work. I have gone and gotten massages at other places so the complaints about the towel in their underwear is normal for me. However, I usually have a woman. The person leading me into the room was a woman so I assumed (which is a bad thing) that a woman would be giving me a massage. After undressing for my full body massage the person enters. Upon touching me I had a feeling it was a guy and that made it even more uncomfortable. Not to mention he assumed I was Chinese and I understood (which I did). It was really rough because he did not put any lotion or oil and so it just felt like everything was being pushed and he spent about 25% on my bottom (which is uncomfortable), which I'm aware and use to in other locations, but that seem to be his focus and also how it was handle was very unprofessional. I say this because I have been going around to several different places and I have one that I typically go to at my chiropractor's office (which they were closed on the day I needed a massage). Then at some point he held up the towel and had me turned around, to which you can see the major discomfort. Even when he told me to relax and focused on one area it didn't help and was even extremely painful to which I told him. He did not sense or consider how a person was reacting or feeling (which I found odd). Overall, if you go make sure you speak out instead of having them rush you. Yes there is also an underlining expectation of a high tip. The only reason I didn't give a 1 star was that it was a decent massage but might have been better had they asked about my preferences (especially with gender differences and the towel not very big). I would just be cautious if you go, however I will not be returning. I had to go to my other massage place to work out my sore spots because they didn't help (which is where I should have gone in the first place). I usually don't leave such a detailed posts, but I figure this was something that needed to be said after I thought about it for a week!

Took one of my bff's here for our annual birthday massages. We were given a set of scrubs & sandals to change into, with arm band for Bluetooth locker. My masseuse, Danny, was super nice & gave the perfect pressure. Jason is the masseuse my friend had & she seemed equally pleased. They have a women's locker room w/showers if you need to rinse off afterwards, which is nice. The dry steam room was also very nice. Everything seemed very clean, fresh & sanitized. I read they have complimentary teas, juice & wine but we were only offered water. The issue I have with this place is how they charged me. I requested we each get 45 min body + 45 min foot massages and added the hot stone to both. I paid a total of $210 + tax (although I don't believe "labor or services" is actually taxable in Texas) upfront. Anyway, we never received the hot stone upgrade that I paid for, not to mention we only ended up getting 30 mins for each massage instead of the 45 mins I requested. I brought this to Shelly at the front when we were done & politely asked that I get a credit. She apologized profusely & said it was her fault because she simply forgot to tell the masseuse. No problem I said, because the massage was still great, but I again asked to receive the $40 credit. She said she would just make sure I received the hot stone next time. I again asked for a refund & explained I wasn't sure when I would be back due to the spa's proximity to my home. She claims she wasn't able to give refund & I was too hungry and impatient to continue with her. I may give them a second chance, but the price, I think I will stick with our usual go to in the area. So just beware of any upgrades you pay for upfront - I know better now. EDIT ON 12/8/2021: After seeing the Owner responded to my review above, I reached out to them as they suggested. They simply wrote back: "We will look into this and get back to you." They have yet to get back to me. Will definitely NOT be giving them a 2nd chance. Too many other Asian spas to check out!

Me and a friend came for massages and everything was fine. The massage was good and the wine bath was also fine. If it weren't for what happened to me at the end of everything, I actually would've recommended the place, however the way that this situation that I'm about to tell you was handled was very poor. Upon walking out, I gave the lady who gave me a massage a tip. I thought it was fair. This is what I tipped other masseuses in the area, and they had no issue with it. Before we could walk out the door however, the lady in the front said "Oh you only tipped $xx, this is not enough. She massaged you for 2 hours! (well she actually said 2 hours to exaggerate the time but it was actually 1.5 hr)". Mind you, this is in front of people and my friend is beside me. My friend was already angry that they would ask such a thing. I honestly don't care to argue, so I said "ok, I'll give you extra". And so I did, before I left. Now tipping extra for me is not an issue, however if you expect 20% tip for the service, you should have a sign, otherwise nobody would know and would tip what they feel is right. Since you did not have a sign to remind guests of that, I was justified in my actions. I really felt like I was berated and embarrassed to even have to be asked for extra. If I was told upon coming in of these expectations, it would NOT have been a problem. Again, think twice if you decide to go here. It's pretty tactless of a business to ask you something like that. A tip is COMPLETELY a person by person basis. I've never experienced anything like that. It's a little disheartening because we really wanted to come back! But yea, that's a no go anymore.

I went here one evening to get my nails done. The lady did an amazing job but they were a bit pricey. I didn’t mind the price because she took her time and my nails looked great. I noticed that they close pretty late which is convenient so I also decided to get a massage. After the massage I tipped the masseuse. Once I was headed out to leave the lady at the front desk was asking for me to tip the lady that did my nails. Here is where I have a problem. Tipping is optional!! Do not beg or feel the need to ask for my money. You provided a service and I paid for the service. Again I paid for a service. She didn’t tip me and give me a free design or diamond on my nails. So asking for a customer to tip when they have already paid for a service is unprofessional and tacky. The prices are expensive and should cover the tip I was going to recommend this place to others but I do not want nobody to feel uncomfortable or feel like they are forced to give more once they have already paid for the service.

As my bf and I walked in, it smelled like cigarettes really BAD. We were the first appointment of the day, we were quickly taken care of and the massage started right on time. The two ladies giving us the massages talked for like 15 minutes as they were doing the massage, i was so close to telling them to please stop as we wanted to relax and not have to listen to their conversation. My bf and i were very surprised when in the middle of the massage they lowered the towel past our behinds to continue the massage. We both were uncomfortable at that point. Ive had amazing massages done at other places and this has never happened so we were caught off guard. The stones were amazing. The hot towel i didn't care for. Would i come back? hmm im not sure. For the price, i think it was ok. I may just try other places before considering coming back.

After reading other reviews what people must understand is this SPA is not like other Americanized Spas and in my opinion the whole experience was top notch. My gf and I just ran a half Marathon and our bodies needed much attention. She treated us to a couples massage with hot stones and sauna. This was my first time getting a massage in this area as well as with hot stones and I would say this was the best message I have ever had. Grace did a great job working out the knots out. Be prepared for the towel to be tucked into your underwear and pulled down a little more than expected. I’m sure you can request to not have the massage that low. Didn’t bother us, but it did catch us off guard. Highly recommend!!! Lastly, tip well because they work hard and deserve the gratuity.

This was my first time. Overall setting is nice but relaxing can be difficult if you are easily distracted by noise. You can hear EVERYthing going on in lobby and with the patrons getting massages around you. Ethan is skilled but too rough to massage or handle women. I wouldn't want him again. Towards the end of my massage a man came in with his 2 yr old whining son...and they allowed it! I was shocked at the establishment and the customer for not being considerate enough to get a private room or maybe come when you have a babysitter. Thankfully, I was at the end of my massage by then. Last, they accepted my credit card for a tip but added tax. I'm an accountant. You should not be taxing tips.

The people are definitely extremely friendly. This was my second visit. The first visit was for a foot massage (it was okay) and this time I decided to get a full body massage. The masseuse was moving to fast for me to feel relaxed. Even after I asked her to slow down twice but she didn't. I'm not sure she understood what I was asking. I find it hard to be relaxed if the person is massaging quickly. Actually it makes me more anxious. They give you clothes to change into and the sauna and dressing rooms are nice. They also offer showers. There so many other places around town that offers massages that this was a 2 since I would not go back to the same lady.

Massage was okay, but the lady in the front desk that claim to be the manager is so aggressive when it comes to the tip. Very rude in that aspect. The whole team will be at the front looking at you as if you haven’t paid for your massage. They make it look as if you are owing them. That is a no no for me. You don’t force me to tip for a services that is fully paid because it is gratuity, and you can’t be rude to me. I ask the so called manager if tip was compulsory and she said no, then why being rude and asking me to give 25 percent. When I refused she asked me to leave their establishment and ask me never to come back again. Of course I won’t be back.

Great experience and I give them 5 stars for value! They offer a variety of services at reasonable prices and their business hours can't be topped. They also offer free snacks, sodas and water. I would have preferred to have a robe instead of the short set they provide because getting in and out of a robe is much easier when you have multiple services. I also get cold easily and would have liked a sheet during my massage instead of one towel draped over me. Last thing is lotion! After a good salt scrub and shower, it would have been nice if there were lotions or oils in the dressing room. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and I will return.

Place is nice, service is good but watch for the time of your session or they will scam you! My first time I paid for 60 min massage and 30 min body scrub, but I had the feeling it lasted less than the time agreed, specially the scrub! Came a second time; as said service is good; but this turn I timed the scrub session and although I paid for 30 min again, it lasted only 17 minutes! Basically half of the time that I paid for, and it was with a different masseur so I can tell it is a common practice there! After 17 min I was told to shower on my own!!! Excuse me??? I can do that at home and don’t have to pay for that!

This spa is one of the best I’ve been to in Houston and in fact anywhere in America. They were very warm, hospitable and friendly. The facilities were very clean and the overall interior very beautiful. You feel calm and relaxed as you walk in. I had a shower and then got a full body massage. The music inside really helped relax my body and mind. The masseuses are very experienced. I also tried the fire cupping. While it has a lot of flair to it, it’s not just for show. I feel a lot less tension on my back (I have had a very tense back for a while now). All in all I would recommend it to everyone in the local area!

The massage I got was a 5 star massage, but the lady in the front was very rude and I'm not even sure if my masseuse will get the tip I left her. Probably should've given the tip to the masseuse directly. The lady in the front made a smirky face when I asked about the promotional gift, as if I should not have received it. The ad also didn't specify that the gift was only applicable to a certain group of people, so that was disappointing to find out after the fact. Hopefully they will improve on their integrity in the future.

Beautiful place and quality of the massage is very nice. However, I am pretty sure we got ripped off. We had booked 2- 60 min body massages. We noticed the time they walked in was 4:25 to start the massage and were finished by 5:03. Not to mention one lady walked out twice in between our session for something without explaining why. They probably count the time we change and all first & that is not fair. I asked up front if we only got the 30 mins massage instead and they were adamant that it was an hour.

I don't recommend the massages at all. It was confusing what was going on and in the end was overpriced for the experience. They chatted throughout the couples massage and we came up short on time. We paid $220 for two 90-minute massages and were bullied into tipping an additional $40. They crowded us and would not let us leave unless I tipped them more which was a bit ridiculous and shocking. I won't be back here but maybe the spa rooms are nice. They were masked and so were we which was a plus.

Horrible experience. This place is super expensive (double the price of everywhere else I went) so you would think the employees are taken care of and get good pay and tip is not forced. NOPE! Even though tip is suppose to be your choice; expect to pay at least 50% tip or they won't let you leave. I was trying to tip 20% and they told me it's not enough and they dead on asked me "how is the masseuse suppose to live off of 20% tip? You need to leave more tip." I Don't recommend this place at all.

Went there for a 2 hr thai massage. There was so much background noise, talking and squeaks from the sliding doors that it made impossible for me to relax. If you can go to a Chinese food buffet on a Sunday afternoon, with all that noise and background chatter and think that you could get a relaxing massage in the middle of all of that then this is the place for you. I would suggest you check other places out. They might not be as fancy, but they'll be more relaxing and less expensive. ‍♂️

We have been to a few Asian massage parlors and this one was an outstanding one. Not only did they treat us like royalty but they did such an amazing job at relaxing us and making sure we were VERY comfortable. I'm 7 months pregnant and they took extra efforts to make sure I was supported and comfy and they even helped me up off the beds! Their facilities are extremely clean and nice. We will definitely be coming back and recommending friends and family to come here! 10/10!

First time ever going to a spa I was really nervous . But it was extremely nice the massage was really good foot massage was amazing and the lady was super nice . Everything seemed super clean and everyone there was extremely nice . I’m 6 months pregnant so they made sure I was comfortable and were laying me in positions were they could still massage my whole body while caring for the baby in the womb , which I really appreciated . I would definitely recommend

Don’t be fooled by the outside! It’s a cute little massage place! Me and my girl went to go get massages here just for fun after a recommendation and it was wonderful. Wendy had me, I forgot who my girl had I think her name was Yoyo, but they were both extremely professional and friendly. Last thing i’d have to say is the prices were great too, it was about 130 before tips all together so not bad! Recommend if you’re trying to treat yourself for a day. :)

This place is insane! I called 48 hours before my appointment and was told to go online, I went online and there was no option to cancel. I received a call a few hours later to confirm my appointment, I let them know I need to cancel and there is no option online the lady said ok I will cancel. Now I Get a confirmation email and when I try to cancel, they say I have to pay 50% because I am canceling 24 hours before my appointment!

I enjoyed the entire experience. My masseuse was Tina, whom in my opinion was one of the best I had....she brought a very peaceful spirit to the evening and was extremely gifted. Very few masseuses actually listen to their clients needs, where she did. I will definitely go back. In comparison, prices are fair and the studio was very nice and accommodating. You will love the tranquility and experience. I did. Thank you Tina.

I went to this place at night. After a day of tiredness, I had a bath and cupping with Chinese medicine. The first time I asked someone to bathe me, I was very shy at the beginning. The masseur dispelled my worries while chatting with me. It's very easy. The bath is also very careful, especially cupping. It’s amazing. I have to say that Chinese medicine is really amazing. It’s a very pleasant experience.

I went here for a massage and I was pleasantly surprised! Thanksgiving activities are available from Christmas to New Year. The masseurs here are great, the environment is beautiful and very clean. The decoration style here is modern and stylish. There is also a free bath and sauna. Hot stone, it's too unexpected ... I highly recommend it, next time I will bring our whole family to enjoy

I got a 30-minute foot massage and a 1-hour body massage last time. When you go there, they give you traditional orange clothes so you can use the bathrooms and lockers to keep your stuff safe. After that, they assist you to go to Sauna, which is an incredibly nice place. If you are willing to pay $120 ( 30 foot + 90 body), get first foot massage is definitely a then foot massage.

Would not be coming back. The masseuses talked and laughed amongst each other the whole time while giving us a massage. It wasn’t relaxing at all. They were very unprofessional. Massage felt rough and rushed. They definitely expect a 25 percent tip or higher, but the service wasn’t even quality.

Visited in October 2020 for my birthday and for Mother’s Day 2021. Massages are great. Not bad overall. I may go back to do nails because they have a unique selection and the nail tech on site was really good. They put tax on the tips which was off putting so pay with cash when you leave a tip..

Great place for messages. Got the 1 hr "relaxation message" deep tissue messages with good tension. The place is really nice and clean. I had a private room, the anesthetic looks so cool. The design brings a whole different experience. I would go back here again, but I live in the west coast.

Had a foot massage. It was nice. The set up is cute but not ideal as you can hear everyone come in and talking. It would be better if there was at least an actual wall between the entrance reception area and where you receive your treatment. The constant noise took away from the relaxation.

This is it the best spa in Houston. Not just massage it is the complete SPA you will normally see in 5 star hotels but much more affordable. Cleanest and most luxurious spa in Houston. You can bring all your family here and feel the true Asian treats. Highly recommend this elegant place.

I get my nails done here and the nail tech is absolutely amazing. Hours are extended as well which helped with my work schedule. She cleans up my cuticles exactly how I like them and my nails look perfect for months afterward! I’ve done both gel and acrylic and she’s amazing with both.

Absolutely love this place! My only complaint would be that I set appointments with certain masseuse and when I get there, they are not available. It's not too bad because the replacement normally does a great job. Regardless, this is my go to spot and I can't recommend it enough.

I wish I lived closer. This place is amazing for foot massage, Thai massage and bath scrub. I’m sure there’s more but after 3 visits that’s all I’ve tried. Maggie is my go to and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area. They have too many combos to list!

The massage was great, but the lady at the front desk did the massage and she was wearing work shoes and it was noisy hearing her walk around in heels. I also agree the offerings are inconsistent. I don't remember being offered any drinks or snacks.

Feels like a ripoff for the manicure and pedicure. Much higher what I would've paid at nearby alternatives yet not close to the level of quality. I'm not an expert but have received more for half the price. Will not be returning.
