This place is awesome . The selection is great. I do wish the staff would be on the floor to help instead of standing behind the counter & talking the whole time. But.... I understand retail has changed since Covid. People have become more distant & less likely to engage past the plexiglass barrier. When I need to be with similar people & decompress from this madhouse this is my safe place. I haven't had a reading but I've noticed that some of the mediums are really loud & you could hear them from anywhere in the store. That was a little unnerving considering the store is usually very serene & quiet. But hey that's what makes life interesting right?! If this is your vibe make a plan to go & see for yourself. I think it's worth it

I got a reading with Christine, and she was amazing. Super kind and funny. Definitely felt comfortable the entire time. Everything seemed spot on! Definitely recommend her! As far as the workers of the store, some are rude and just like to gossip loudly. My friend asked a quick question, and they looked mad that we "interrupted their conversation." Just avoid them when possible if you want to leave happy, which is ironic for a place that's supposed to give you good vibes. 5 stars for Christine 0 stars for those rude workers

I've been shopping here since they opened in the late 90s, and it's a shame to leave a bad review. But maybe the owners will take note here. The last few years shopping here has not been enjoyable. Rude people, no tarot selection, no crystal supply. The same with their used book shelves. Something expensive in this store called out to me and I took it home. They were so rude to my boyfriend and I at the counter, I was worried about bad juju on this sentimental special stone. I made the purchase, but I won't go back.

This location and merchandise has always been great, except for the older lady with the blonde hair she's a horrible Psychic, my sister and got a reading done with her and she was saying the same thing to both my sister and I. The reading was inadequate and a waste of money! You peeps need better psychics!! The lady was talking about herself and nothing regarding our lives! Irrelevant and useless information... Again great store, but it needs REAL PSYCHICS!!!

The shop is really nice inside and they have a lot of different stuff in there. The only thing I have to say is the people there really talk about the customers behind their backs when they leave especially if they don't buy anything and browse around. I am really uncomfortable when I go there at times. Because I can feel them watching me as a shop and I can feel them judging me. It be nicer if they hired people who are not negative and really like their job.

The man who was working the register is the first person who has ever known what my tattoo means without any prompts questions or hesitation... No one has ever been able to guess or even stated the nature of my tattoo so I'm impressed. Very impressed. That lets me know that the people that work at this store know their business. What more can you ask for? No I will not share the meaning of the tattoo, those who know. Know.

I love to come here and browse their selections of mystical oddities - but I always leave with a handful of incense! I have yet to find anywhere that offers the same quality selection of hand-dipped incense sticks. Other shops will have some, but they never smell as good. Particularly love the vanilla and dragon's blood. Also a great stop for anyone looking for candles, and books on the metaphysical.

I haven't been here in years. My mother loved this place and came here quite often. It has any and everything a person could imagine. My daughter had a reading done and while she said that she already was aware of everything told to her, the woman was pretty spot on. It smells awesome! Has completely cool items! Just GO check it out!

I discovered this place many years ago. It was instant love for me and I found so many tools thereto help me on my life's journey. The place always smelled so fragrant, there was tons of eye candy, and the eccentric personalities that worked there made the place magical, even my adult children have fond memories of our visits there.

Someone who works here felt the need to set a knife resting on the neck of a Jesus statue. Why? I don't know for sure, perhaps it's because its trendy to disrespect Christianity these days. Seems a bit unprofessional. Keep your prejudices and bias out of the workplace. This is behind a locked glass cabinet by the way.

Highly recommend going to Charlie for a reading! I went to him twice in march and he’s spot on with everything in my love life, career and family. I vibed with him the first time I found out about this place and I was drawn to him immediately. Hes the first male tarot reader i went to.

I LOVE this shop, the prices are some of the most reasonable you can find and front desk staff are awesome! However, the psychics in this shop aren't real psychics in my personal opinion and experience! NEVER read with APRIL, she's not legit and will waste your time and money.

I love this place, dont let the 4 stars fool you. However I wish they had more stuff! Other than that I feel very comfortable and at peace here. They're always helpful and informative! A little pricey, but worth it. Go into this place listening to your heart and gut.
