"I've been coming here for years and this is a great place to get in a good workout (They've got equipment for pull ups, abs, etc), throw the ball around or use the play structures with your little ones"

I've been coming here for years and this is a great place to get in a good workout (They've got equipment for pull ups, abs, etc), throw the ball around or use the play structures with your little ones. Be aware though that the main track and field are off limits during school hours (9 AM - 4 PM); but open holidays, weekends and non-school hours for public use.
