This Public storage location is fantastic. The most helpful and knowledgeable employees and the managers are professional and accommodating. I have had a large storage here for 10 years. The location and is clean, secure and easy to access. I would like to mention the most recent employee who helped me. Her name is Angellica. She went out of her way to help me and was so pleasant and courteous. She really made me feel like a valued customer. That is rare in customer service these days. It was appreciated very much. I keep my storage at this location because the staff and location are top tier. Bring your business here.

UPDATE on 8/9/22: I’m truly thankful for the help from Bill this week! Long story short, I was having a difficult time with a delivery company to deliver my item to my storage unit over the weekend. Bill just an amazing person to work with and he went above and beyond in helping me out during this process! 7/29/22: Bill is super helpful and knowledgeable! The whole process of renting a storage unit went so smooth and stress-free. Definitely will recommend to anyone who is looking for a storage space.

Highly recommend this facility. Cleanest public storage I have seen, Customer service is awesome and the access is great. I've had my stuff stored in there for the past few months and everything has been very smooth. Security also seems to be very good in this location. I have being a total of 3 years in this property and I only came back because Mike gives an excellent customer service. As a long time customer I don't like the pricing and how it goes up first at 6 months and then after a year while depending when you rent your neighbor can have a better deal specially if he doesn't a need along time storage solution. If you review the property manger Mike he is excellent and always tries to help you

I had to edit this to give Alana a massive shoutout. She was incredibly helpful and kind through my move in and move out date. I will definitely refer others here based on her customer service! Bill was a huge help with my move in and made the process so easy. This was my first time renting a storage space so I made a few mistakes that they were kind enough to rectify for me.

Today’s visit at public storage and this site is very clean and secure. While I was moving furniture I encountered one of the employees there and provided great customer service and friendly oriented. The storage room was clean and tidy with no damages and the floors were spotless. Access to smooth elevators and stairs and a great security system. Thank You!!

Alana made the visit really helpful and quick.. upon reservation i had so many calls from several advisors all trying to upsell or not listen to me what so ever. Bill was incredible and I feel went above and beyond. Renting a unit because my schedule is so busy and I need temporary space between places until leases are signed. I didn’t have everything prepared correctly and Bill still made sure transaction finalized and I got back home for my meetings. Great service.

I've been coming here or years and has always been clean and convenient. The staff are always happy and polite. There's ample carts and parking. I'll be coming here till they don't want my money or I get a house. Don't think either will happen here so I'll be happy to keep coming back.

Alana, the property manager was always helpful and just a joy to talk to each time I went in. Renting a unit was easy. I would say that the only thing that were annoying is that the elevator would go out of service on occasion, but Alana does her best to keep things running smoothly
