We were moving and used this place to store our stuff and when we went to get our stuff back, the unit was flooded and found rats in our bins and chewed up 80% of our things, we went to report it and they didn’t do anything about it and only offer 1-2k back in insurance when we have had a bunch of clothes, branded makeup, electronics etc worth way over 1k AND they must require a receipt for EVERY damaged item, no matter how old it is, we were paying 200$ a month for the unit and when we went to get everything out, we found that we are missing a bunch of our stuff in general and on the last day of getting everything out, they locked us out the unit and made us pay $200 for that month to enter when we were taking out the last few things, so they made us pay $200 when we were only needing the storage for a day to take it all out and they wouldn’t reimbursed our money back, on top of that, they wanted us to pay 200-600 dollars just for them to clean out their own storage unit after we got everything out, it wasn’t even a mess, when we asked them why and tried to explain, the lady on the phone gave an attitude and literally hung up on us, we tried to call back and it went to voicemail I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Just left this Public Storage and Renee the property manager was amazing. I was there to move storage out of an associates unit and rent another. Renee gave me informative information and was quick to respond when I was in need. Although we did not get the unit on Albemarle Rd. Because they did not have the size we needed. She did direct us too the one on Harrisburg Rd. If all employees treated customers like she dose the world would be a better place. Thank you Renee you turned around a very weird experience with my associate, and left me extremely happy.

I recently rented a storage unit at this location. Renee, the property manager, provided excellent customer service while I was completing my paperwork for the rental. She was nice, polite and ensured that I understood the details regarding the paperwork. The location is easy to access and my storage unit was clean and properly secured. I highly recommend this location as an option for to rent storage units.

Yolanda was so helpful when went to check in. I'd set an appointment for later in the day to do the paperwork, but she was able to help me when I showed up early. The price on the unit was better than I had been seeing online and it's close to where I'm staying. The only downside was that the size I needed was not available as climate controlled unit. Other than that, my experience was great.

When I spoke with Marilynn over the phone I immediately felt comfortable renting the space. I walked in the next day and watching how she communicated with other customers was a breath of fresh air. I'm not sure if corporate is taking good care of her but I damn sure hope they are. It would be a shame for them not to. She's a keeper and should be appreciated.

A great experience. Dishaun was very friendly and helpful in getting a storage rental set up. After having a storage unit for 3 weeks the facility changed the lockes on my unit without notifying me. There was no one in the office on a regular work day within their posted hours to give me access to my storage and there was no one available by phone to help.

I've been a customer for 2 years.... I'm beyond grateful for the staff and their customer service. How many business can you go to and say you spoke with the manager (Vida) and almost put you in tears in how polite and understanding they are. Vida is empathatic knowledgeable, and friendly.Come to this location and see Miss Vida! Best Service in Charlotte!

Marilyn was very helpful? Knowledgeable and welcoming. She answered all of my questions to provide clarity on things and did so without a problem and showed that she didn’t mind at all. She walked me through everything step by step and even put the app on my phone herself so that everything from payments to be done with ease. Thank you so much Marilyn!

The customer service that I experienced was exceptional. Especially from Renee who I see when go and make my transactions. Also, the cleanliness of the facility is outstanding. I can’t recommend another storage facility, besides this one. Outstanding staff. While having the empathy, and compassion, being able to connect and understand their customers.

So far so good. Should have two personnel everyday day throughout the day, though and a flex person. . Too much stress on one person. That's not fair labor. business being lost but just one employee when they have to lock the door to show a new customer a unit or manage the property. She was polite and knowledgeable. Overall good so far.

Renee and Sharon were so helpful. I rented a storage unit at the location close by this one and they helped me get ser up. Even met me over there to get it open and lock put on unit. They are very accommodating and went out of the way to make sure i had what i needed. Super friendly. I appreciate the professional experience.

Well let start with the employee, her name was Sharon at property #25825. This lady turn no one away and stayed after her quitting time to help customers. She was helpful and courteous. She was knowledgeable of specials, products, contracts and always had a smile.

Vida was more than helpful in showing me various units. She was very knowledgeable about prices. Her attentiveness to the items I have and what would meet my needs but also what was economical were helpful. The manager was also nice in arranging my appointment.
