Super clean and peaceful. We had the first appointments of the day. There was nobody there at 10 a.m. other than the staff. This was my first float and I didn't know what to expect. You are in complete solitude inside of the tank. It's a very meditative experience and, if you're in the right mindset, relaxing. A lot of thoughts will come and go while you're floating. Try not to let them distract you. The tank is huge. I thought I was going to feel claustrophobic, but that wasn't the case. The water was warm and soothing. Everything you need is provided - ear plugs, toiletries, towels. It was pricey, but with a membership the rates are lower. I recommend trying this at least once.

Johanne facials are the BEST you will ever get!!! She is phenomenal and ever since I have been going to her monthly my face is flawless, glowing, clean and I no longer NEED makeup to cover up my dark spots or blemishes. I use amazing serums along with her magic and superior understanding of the root cause of my issues with my face! She has safely gotten me to my dream goal! Today I do not need make up and I am more confident and just happy to actually see my face looking the healthiest it ever has!!! Thank you Johanne! See you tomorrow!

I was lucky enough to meet Johanne. She made my experience great. She did educate me on what exactly is going on with my face and how to prevent these things from reoccurring. Trust me, it was something I needed to hear from a professional. Her bedside manner is amazing & she is such a kind person. I will definitely be going back to her & also going to try the float center.

Overall the floatation experience felt cool. Eases the tension in my sore muscles. But the water was lukewarm to start with so about half way through it got cold and by the end I was too cold to fully enjoy it. And getting out of the pod was like stepping into Alaska! If it were warmer water and a warmer room it would've been perfect

I highly recommend avoiding this particular location if you bought a Groupon. They mistakenly charged me for a regular visit and a Groupon and have refused to refund me despite saying they would 3 times. Overall the experience is decent, they forgot to turn the lights off and I had to get out and do it myself.

Great spa, friendly employees, amazing owner! I received a gift card for a holiday for floating session and it was an amazing gift. The float session was unusual yet very relaxing! It was very relaxing and peaceful. It can get a bit scary at first when you turn off all lights, sounds, etc but once you get used to it and convince yourself that there's no serial killer lurking in the darkness, you're all good. The salts used are strong and take about 10-15minutes to get used to.

Bought a deal on groupon and scheduled next day. When I showed up for the scheduled appointment, the place was closed! Tried calling, but no one answered. Now, I cant even get a refund. Never use groupon and beware of this place!

I usually do not like massages, as I've had some bad experiences in the past. However, Johanne was so accommodating and very good at making me feel at ease and relaxed. I definitely look forward to my next appointment.

Nice pod system float. The staff is super informative if your new, and understand if your not new and wanna just jump right in. I recomend you book for 2 hours, instead of 1.
