The location is very good in the city centre. There is also a double center plaza at the back exit of Birmingham newstreet train station. The classrooms on the ground floor are beautiful and modern. There is a nice cafe on the ground floor. Seating areas are sufficient. Toilets are not bad. There are smart boards in the classrooms. There is internet access. There is a kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and water are regularly offered free of charge in the kitchen. There is a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are lockers in the classrooms. There are paper cups and mugs. But the areas on the upper floors need maintenance. Some of the classrooms have city views. However, the common areas are in a dilapidated condition. There is a small library. You can buy computers and books from the library. You can study in the library and do homework

The condition of the institution is pathetic. The incompetence of the university staff in dealing with the student matters is downright unsettling and what makes it worse is that there is no apparent policy on how things are supposed to be done. I feel sorry for the students who are being hoodwinked by their deceiving advertising that they are a good institution as they don't even have a racial discrimination policy to tackle such issues that may arise. Shame on you Ulster, shame on your Promises, and Shame on you QAHE. Your organization should be severely scrutinized and things should be put in order.

Beware Extremely unprofessional. It should be updated on the university website, If the university not have a pre sessional english course until January 2024 ! Does not mention anything on the university website like the university not doing pre sessional english course for the upcoming September intake. After making an application and after waiting 2 months when got a reply, says the university is not doing a pre sessional english course for the September intake, it's really annoying. So please update it on the website. It will be very helpful for the new applicant.

They gave me conditional OFFER letter in February, i fulfilled the conditions they told me they will revert in 16 days, now after 3 months in April after so many E-mails, they are telling me they cannot give Unconditional offer in May defer to September, i agreed for September even FEE was high now they are telling SEPTEMBER is also closed. Guys Do not apply with this Frauds, they almost wasted my 1 year. I hope this review will help someone to make a decision and stay away from the FRAUDS.

Firstly, I would never suggest this university to anyone. I have had the worst experience at this university. The management is very poor, they never help students when they need the most, some of the compliance staff are very rude, if you ask for their help they just say "sorry, we don't deal with this matter" My life is at risk because of them and they just don't care about their students and their visas.

All of these 5 star reviews are groundless . Ulster Uni Birmingham is THE WORST University everI wrote to the school demanding my result and transcript but received a statement of result and message that my certificate&transcript will come after graduation. We've been waiting for months now. I regret choosing a low-class school like Ulster University Birmingham campus. It's a shame.

The fire drill was such a mess, students were made absent in lectures and lecturer was not listening to the students. If you guys are planning a fire drill let the lecturer know that there will be a mess in the building and cooperate with the students. Such poor management on the university’s part

Don’t take admission with them very slow all kind of process even if you want new CAS letter for visa extension current study they issue after visa expire. They don’t care about there student situation anything they only do what they want. Really feel like mistake to take admission with them.

Would never suggest anyone to enroll at Birmingham or London campus. In case you have a Resit, your whole course gets delayed and you end up in stress all the time. Thins thing is never told during orientation or induction. If you ever apply here first talk to current students.

Worst university ever. There don't deal with student issues. They don't even reply ro emails or attend phone calls. They don't help students out in any way. I would never recommend anyone this university. Wastage of money and time .

Excellent institution for post graduate studies,a good learning environment and well qualified teaching staff @ Ulster University Birmingham campus.

QA higher provides tution classes for so many outer university to Birmingham and Manchester or may be other cities. Great place.
