Qdoba is a great Mexican fast food restaurant. They are always packed with customers because their food is great. Sometimes, I compare Chipotle’s to this restaurant but their is no comparison. Chipotle have their own taste and do not have a variation .The food served from Qdoba is fresh and unique. A lot of students dine here and it is always an exciting environment . One of the servers was working so fast that she actually messed up my order. I told her green sauce meaning a mild sauce but she put another type of green sauce on my shell bowl meal.I thought it was a spicy sauce however another server informed me that it was a cilantro olive oil sauce. It was really good and complimented my meal.Plus , you get a lot of food for the money. The food is so fresh.The tomatoes are bright red, the corn is lively yellow, and the roasted peppers were cooked perfectly.The rice wasn’t gummy nor the beans over cooked.I’m practically stuffing my face at the moment because it’s so gooooooooood ! I feel like I can’t put my fork down. They also cater as well !Sweet treats are also sold here ,you have a choice between a brownie or chocolate chip cookies. I wish they’d open more Qdoba’s in the Tri-state area. The beverages are in variety from Sprite Zero peach flavor to root beer! I recommend this place and rate it a 4 out of 5 for good food, conduct,and pricing.

I would past Qdoba for years and never ate from them until recently. A few months ago, I ordered from Uber Eats. It was a buy 1 get 1 free bowl. One of the bowls were missing half of the ingredients! Either an item is missing or the portion is small via Uber Eats. The food is tasty and fresh which is why I order from them time again. When I do have an issue, I email the company directly and they are helpful with resolving the issue. Tonight, I decided to do a pick up and checked my bag briefly. As the first time I did a pick up, I looked in the bag and was missing the chips and cheese. I informed them right away and was asked to see my receipt. The chips and cheese were there tonight but entirely wrong meal! When I got home, it was a beef bowl with entirely different ingredients from what I ordered which was the mango chicken bowl. I was not going to take the bus back there. I called and was told I would be offered a refund. I ended up throwing the bowl out as it did not have the rice nor beans that I wanted and I do not eat beef anymore. Do take your time and double check orders. Have someone else triple check if needed. Next time, I will check my order entirely before leaving.

The food was pretty good as it usually is. However, me and my boyfriend mobile ordered and we both had things wrong because either the wrong ingredient was in our bowl or it was missing completely. I believe it was the manager, David, who was nice enough to fix our orders at first but he forgot to add something again. Of course we didn't want to bother that much but we did want everything we asked for. David caught an attitude with my boyfriend when he mentioned there wasn't cotija cheese and David said there was but there wasn't and he put on more shredded cheese with frustration. However, an employee, Chris ended up helping us out and adding the cotija cheese because he understood thats what we wanted in the first place. A few people weren't happy with the service today from what we noticed but overall the food was yummy and I'm glad some of the employees were helpful.

Can't speak to the restaurant itself as I've never actually been there, but my husband has picked up many orders for easy dinners. The food is excellent though - I especially like the brisket birria and queso diablo, and their tortilla chips are always fresh. I do wish there were more sauce options without cilantro, though. Mobile ordering is easy, and their rewards program is pretty good. Last night my order was all wrong, pretty sure I just got someone else's food. Things happen, but I still filled out a contact form, and mentioned the problem in the survey I got (which I think they send after every online order). *Less than 24 hours later,* one of the managers called me to apologize, and offered a free meal for the inconvenience. Really appreciate the prompt handling of this issue, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

Honestly the best fadt casual restaurant I've ever been to, and they are CONSISTENT. they always busy so food is always fresh. The employees are all friendly and accomodative. The beans are leftover from the day before and pre heated so is the rest of the food. A former employee said he doesn’t recommend anyone eating there because it’s disgusting how they handle the food. I read a comment like that on Reddit and it was too late since I had order a chicken bowl and the taste was horrible. I was too far to come back and let the manager know so I called and a woman picked up saying “Sorry maybe it was a bad batch that we had” the health department needs to be on top of this place. The sauces never get replaced they just get refilled, it’s just horrible how they handle and process the food there. Don’t recommend that place at all.

I came in to order the nachos with chalula I was asked what kind of cheese I said MILD the rude Spanish man put the hot cheese on it we then said we asked for mild cheese he said he didn’t hear me and threw away the first bowl of nachos he made a new bowl and then went on to talk nasty and negative about me when it was his mistake!!!! This was my first and last experience at Qdoba !!! Obviously you hire nasty rude people with hearing problems !!! I will be posting this on my social media as well to be sure to let my friends and family know to never come to this horrible place.

Visited this location while in town on several busy days. The African American supervisor/manager working here did a great job of welcoming us inside & then he went above and beyond in assisting us and other families with small children in finding seating. The line servers shouldn't make fun of or tease people. Sometimes certain ways people joke around isn't funny. Shouldn't make fun of people, that's unprofessional. Should treat everyone with respect. Not everyone is going to find your humor funny. Also, should speak up when saying things to customers in regards to their food. Your not a mime. Use your words to communicate. The spanish girl before the man in the black shirt with dark hair and him as well. They are the last two people before the register. Food is good, service could be way better. Me and my friends come here almost every Monday. Every time we come in, the manager comes and greet us. Sometimes while we would be eating, he’d come over and have a friendly conversation. Today, he came over to us (since he knew us since we come often) and had a long conversation with us all laughing. He’s probably one of the most down to earth managers I’ve met. Applebee's had a 1 1/2 wait to be seated so we decided to come here instead and I'm glad we did. We 25 bucks between the 2 of us which was 3 tacos, this bowl which was STUFFED, and 2 drinks. We both enjoyed our food. I like spicy, her not so much, so her tacos were mild, my chicken bowl was spicy; however, I shared my bowl with her and she loved it so much she kept going back in for more. The tacos seemed small to me and since they cost more, the bowl was the winner tonight. We were able to be seated; all I had to do was submit a little info, no hassle. Will definitely be back to try more!

I order for pick up online through the app countless times the past few years and they’re always consistent with the portions and the food is always good. Staff are always friendly and helpful even though the restaurant is constantly crowded with students on weekdays. Best of all? The price remains almost the same throughout the years compared to other restaurants.

This is probably the last time I ever use their app to pick up food. The person in charge of making my food just didn't care enough to read my order step by step. I got the wrong rice, they added beans when I asked for no beans, and when I requested for chicken they didn't put any meat inside the bowl. I was extremely hungry at that time, so I didn't care about it that much. But it does feel pretty disrespectful for someone to do something like that when you paid through the app in advance.

After shopping at Kohl’s we felt a little hungry and was looking for restaurants near by, we noticed QDOBA Mexican Eats and decided to check it out. We thought they were closed because when we walked up there were papers covering the glass doors and windows but we noticed a sign saying “Use Side Door” as they are renovating the dine in area. Love Qdoba. I honestly believe that this place taste better than Chipotle. The food tastes great and they have a wide variety of food options; chicken, beef, ground beef, pulled pork, slow roasted pork, vegetables, avocado, white rice, brown rice, and the hot cheese, it's just great! They have a nice long single tall table where over 12 people can sit. Then a window stand to eat and 7-8 tables that seat 4-5 people and 1 bathroom that is very well kept and cleaned.

Best of the best! My girlfriend and I run here almost every weekend because its amazing! Kind and hard working staff! Amazing food! Amazing service, 10/10 without a doubt!

The other day I came in to get lunch and even though it was busy, the staff was patient and attentive to customers. I’m someone who gets socially anxious when a place is busy so I really appreciate when staff are courteous. The cashier girl, I think her name was Genesis, was really sweet and bubbly too. She was also kind enough to let me know that they offer a student discount. Nice to know I can add this place as another go to lunch spot

The food and staff here are excellent.. The food quality puts chipotle to shame. The food has a fresh and mostly authentic taste, as compared to chipotle. I didn’t have a great experience here. The place itself was dark and looked unkempt. Perhaps it was an off day food-wise but the shrimp were like rocks- way over cooked. Instead of corn tortillas they gave me flour and the veggies were very watery. The onions and peppers were mostly raw onions. The food did not agree with my stomach :(

The worst restaurant avoid at all costs. I picked up an order and simply asked the attendant if the deserts were in the sealed bag as they always forget things in this place and the nasty, unprofessional, dirty employee just yelled “yes” and threw the bag at me. I the lost a long time customer will never return to this dump if that is how the store manager lets employees treat customers at this establishment.

I dine-in and cater for delivery frequently. Catering is especially great because I don’t have to lift a finger, they include EVERYTHING (trays, gel fuel to keep food warm, serving utensils, and allll the toppings!) Genesis and Sanchez are extremely pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Can’t recommend them enough - glad they’re part of the neighborhood.

I love the food here at this location, the people have very good customer service skills and I feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. The food is delicious and I love how the company itself regarded people who are trying to live better healthy lifestyles by creating a new food menu specifically for vegans, people on strict diets and people trying to build muscle.

I've been eating here 7 years daily. I stopped because one day they must have served me bad/unwashed lettuce/greens. My eldest son and I ate there & had some bad stomach issues (if you know what I mean). My other family members ate food elsewhere & they were fine. I am too afraid to go back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! SMH...VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered a chicken quesadilla on door dash. As I bit into the quesadilla and pulled it away from my mouth, a long blonde strand of hair was in the middle of the quesadilla and now in my mouth. Absolutely disgusting and not to mention unsanitary. It’s evident that these workers do not wear hair nets. I’m so grossed out. Stay away.

The staff person who took my quesadea of the press slid it off instead of picking it up causing the contents to spill all over this is what it looked like when i opened it. if i had not already paid i would have walked out. I should note it was the cashier who did this the staff who did my second one did it perfectly.

I think if they are preparing tacos to go for you it would be a good idea to put the filling for the taco on the side not inside the taco. I could not enjoy my taco. It was wet and soggy

Place gets busy but all for a good reason. Their food is outstanding and a much better option than other chain spots with the same concept (you know who you are). My personal favorite and usual order is the Taco Shell Bowl. Portions served are huge so If your searching for a quick yet satisfying bite, look no further.

Qdoba is a amazing Mexican spot they got all the goodies and everything tastes fresh all the time. I usually get the steak quesadilla or sometimes even the impossible quesadilla and both tastes very good. The staff is also very kind and work really quick here.

Ordered pickup. Came home and opened up the bowl to realize half of the food is missing. Portion is insane. Suggest order in person.

Never order online from here, they skimp out on everything. More than half the order was missing, very dissatisfied.

The food is very fresh and flavorful. It is a chain, fast food style restaurant so you can't expect a fine dining

Qdoba is better than Chipotle. They got the qaso sauce and free guacamole. Chipotle is basic
