I picked this company because they had great reviews.. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same. They had told us they would be here at 11AM, we had to follow up with them every half hour as they were not arriving and would constantly tell us they were coming soon but would not, finally, 3.5 hours later they arrived (Mid move we had a lot of stuff to do, places to go and things to purchase, our whole day was wasted because they could not give us an accurate ETA). Refused to use the back stairs as per condo rules and broke a few things due to poor piling management, several boxes fell on the ground. They also got my partner to help one of the two guys bring in the couch while the other guy was moving boxes (not entirely sure why), we got movers to help up unpack the u-haul because my partner had injured himself, so I was a little bit upset.. (My partner is too nice to say no lol and I had not noticed they had asked for his help until he walked in holding our couch with the other guy) needless to say, I had a poor experience with them and would not recommend it to anyone. Glad other people had a better experience than I did!

They had a plan, and a back up plan for all aspects of the move. The route was planned considerately to incorporate multiple stops & to maximize the use of space in the truck. The manpower was impressive. Very strong. Consistent communication with each other and with me. Great talent for analyzing the requirements of each item. Considerate of the different challanges in each environment. Personable and respectful. The transportation went extremely well thanks to the meticulous care they put into proper loading. They had a large supply of covers and straps, and used them frequently. Thank you for your services today gentlemen! And extra thank you for: - Lifting that outrageously heavy table! - Taking great care of beloved large mirror! - Disassembling my bed for me!

This moving company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They not only showed up late on moving day, but they also left me without a significant portion of my furniture. It’s been MONTHS! (4 to be exact), and my missing items are nowhere to be found. They also broke my baby’s crib and didnt compensate us for it.Their customer service was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. My experience with this company was beyond disappointing, and I strongly caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional moving company.

UPDATED REVIEW: Pretty disappointed in this service due to the lack of communication. You may want to reconsider if you need to move quickly. I picked this company because of the amazing reviews and great price. Long story short: the movers were scheduled to arrive at 10AM but didn't arrive until 1:15pm. Both movers had a pretty terrible attitude throughout. I can understand being tired but this felt pretty disrespectful. I asked about a possible discount considering how much inconvenience this caused and got nothing at first but upon seeing my review I was granted a $50 discount.

After a 9 day drive to Montreal from Vancouver, my wife and I couldn’t muster the effort needed to unpack our 15’ Uhaul and Quality Time Movers (2 people) unloaded and brought all of our boxes and furniture up a large flight of stairs to our 2nd floor apartment. They were professional and handled our belongings with care, including things like an extremely heavy and delicate glass table and many other delicate items. Their competitive price and service was excellent. I’d recommend them to anyone.

They are cheaters. At last moment they change their prices and time for delivery and if you resist, they will tell you if you are not satisfied, you can cancel our services. They don’t leave you any option except taking there services with new rates and time. At the beginning when I booked , they gave me the rate 95$ per hour but afer 2 weeks later when it was pick up time they told me 125$ per hour and with discount it became 110 $ per hour.They are not punctual. They come 2 to 3 hours late

Due to work I move 2-3 times a year, I've dealt with many top-low tier moving companies in Montreal, it is very hard to find the right company. Many dealings and horror stories later, I found Quality Time Movers. I now exclusively only hire them for all my moving needs. They are very professional and always been on time, price is extremely reasonable. They also provide discounts for returning customers. They confirmed my moving time and date and never showed up! i called the guy and he told me they will be late because they have another job to complete, and every time i call him he would tell me to wait, i was waiting until the end of the day, no body showed up! He gave me another appointment for the next day and he never showed up again. They wasted my time and I couldn’t find another company to move my stuff because it was too late!

Quality Time movers was the best choice we could've made for our move. The guys were professional, organized and all around a great bunch to hang out with for the day. They were bang on with their quote. I was amazed at how quick these guys could pack the truck with no scratches or damage done to house or furniture. I had a full truck load of furniture and boxes and they placed everything just as requested..they even had to take my fridge apart so that it would fit through the door. The move was fine overall, but I was misrepresented the cost breakdown while booking - even though I called specifically to discuss details. The cost was the main reason I picked this company so that was disappointing. The movers started half an hour late and rounded up my overall time to the nearest half hour, which meant I overpaid by 40$. Not the attitude I’d expect from a small business tbh.

I basically called them last minute and they managed to squeeze me in. Small move and short distance between the 2 places, but I was nonetheless impressed with their speed, efficiency, professionalism and they were very courteous. Everything you need in a moving company! Will definitely recommend to friends/family and will use again!
