I used quick laundry service for my new office wear shirts. But when I got them back, they were damaged and had lost their colors. I was really sad and disappointed. The laundry service even used bleach without asking me, which made things worse. I think the website should make sure the services they list are better. They should tell them to be careful and talk to customers before doing things that might ruin clothes. I hope they fix this so others don't have the same problem.

totally i gave them 4 times , first 2 times they washed properly, and the 3rd time i got bad smell from clothes i askd them about that ,they said some reason... 4th time also clothes smell like we already weard from 3 days
