We just had our roof shingles and gutters replaced by John Pearson and Quick Roofing of Austin due after the May 2020 hailstorm in Georgetown and we're very pleased with the quality workmanship and materials installed by the roofing crew John Pearson and Quick Roofing assigned to our house. John met with me a couple times before work began to review details of the Owen Corning shingles and component roofing system that we selected and John and his project supervisor were onsite a few times each day to observe the installation and follow-up with the crew leader as the work progressed to completion. We really appreciated the attention to details and even checking the attic before for any electrical wires and gas lines close to the roof deck and during the reroof and afterwards to ensure that the vents for the water heater and furnace were not disturbed during the work. I knew of Quick Roofing from being impressed seeing them roof new homes and I selected then because they are a Platinum Preferred contractor for Owens Corning, so I was confident that they would follow the manufacturers installation best practices to ensure that everything was done right and would be covered by the best warranty. The crew had an assigned person to continually clean up shingles and nails with a magnet and the crew policed the area before leaving our house while a couple of other members of the crew checked the roof out for details, caulking, etc. Very impressive! The gutter company they partner with, Capital City Gutters, showed up the day after and installed new gutters and did a very good job on the install and many details required. Carlos the owner was onsite a couple of times to check on install crew and walked job with his lead guy afterwards to ensure all details and clean- up was done. Wow, great quality and attention to detail that is impressive today and not easily found. I recommend John Pearson and Quick Roofing will certainly trust them the next time I need a roof replacement or repair.

Is there an option for 10 stars? John Pearson over at Quick Roofing came to our rescue after an absolute NIGTMARE of an experience. We recently got our roof replaced and the previous contractor had unshingled our entire roof and left it unprotected over night. It hadn't rained in over a month so they figured nothing could go wrong. Sure enough, a huge thunderstorm passed through in the morning and we literally woke up to a soaking attic with water leaking from the ceiling and light fixtures. Due to the contractor's amateur mistake this resulted in over 15k in water damages. The nightmare didn't end there. It took over a week for them to finish the job and to our horror it was complete disaster of a job. There were crooked shingles everywhere and the roof was covered in tar. Not only was the "new" roof visually ugly it LEAKED again when it rained. So here we are with our "new" roof and I'm crawling around in the attic with towels preventing any further damage to our home. At this point we did not want that particular contractor back on our property and after contacting multiple roofing companies we finally decided to start over and get another roof installed properly. John Pearson at Quick Roofing stood out and was the only person that was genuinely sympathetic to our situation. He understood that we would financially be out of pocket for two roofs so provided an aggressive bid that blew everyone else away. He even bid with upgraded shingles and material and was on site a couple of times to make sure the job was done right. His crew did a top notch job and we were impressed how clean they kept the yard during the entire process. A night and day difference from what we had experienced from the first contractor. Like many people in our subdivision, our home was impacted by the hailstorm that occurred on May 28, 2020. Both the roof and the gutters on our home were damaged because of the storm. After contacting our insurance company and submitting a claim, I immediately began researching roofing contractors and comparing the results with my neighbor. There were numerous contractors to choose from, but I finally narrowed the list down to Quick Roofing based on the criteria that I had developed. This criterion included such things as length of time in business, local to Texas (specifically Austin/Georgetown), safety oriented, recognized by multiple agencies and positive feedback from customers. Quick Roofing did an outstanding job!! The process started with a meeting with Harlan Hatter, the sales manager and Kelly Hatter, the sales representative. Kelly was my primary contact going forward, she was great to work with and she walked me through the process of protecting the house from falling debris to replacing the roof and gutters on our home. As Kelly explained, a command center was established on site for the service manager, Max Gonzales, the project manager, Coleman Howard and the installation crew leader, Jose, to ensure that I was continually informed about the details of the project. Everyone was highly organized, courteous, and dedicated to getting the job done when they said they would. At the completion of the job, the team performed a thorough cleanup of the area, from the roof surface to the areas around the perimeter of my home. I was amazed at the attention by the team to collect all the debris! I would highly recommend Quick Roofing to my neighbors and friends. I would have given more stars if there is such an option. Quick roofing helped me fix a leak which was going on for some years in the house that I bought couple of months back. The previous owner acknowledged leaks which he had fixed by replacing some shingles, ice and water shield, etc. He even shared the bill invoice from Oct last year. We thought it should be fine. But I was shocked to find some leak near chimney in the attic when it poured heavy. I called the previous roofing company who had it fixed Oct last year. they declined the service citing high backlog, it was so un-professional of them. I will leave my feedback on their page as well. Then I called few more companies who inspected the roof leak near chimney and offered me the same solution to redo the shingles as was done few months back. As a first time house owner, it was a nightmare. There is nothing that can't be fixed or replaced, right? The Roofer from Quick Roofing identified the problem to be from the top of the chimney and the stucco joint. The top flashing was not over lapping on the stucco leaving a a gap and water leaks when the sealants get weak after few months. They fixed the leak by extending the flash down. I am so happy with their service and problem solving. Johnny and Max followed up with me constantly and made sure that they fix the problem for real instead of charging for services which were not required. Special thanks to Miguel for identifying the problem. They are such a great team to work with. I highly recommend them.

Super responsive, professional and great value. We had a great experience working with Seguis at Quick Roofing. In last storm our roof got badly damaged from hail and we needed a complete replacement for the roof, gutters and also some windows and screens. Seguis was very responsive, collaborative and easy to work with. His friendly nature with professional attitude made the whole experience shopping for a new roof from painful to painless. He provided great quote and scheduled when it was convenient for us. Their crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly in crazy TX heat through almost 1.5 days for complete roof replacement. A week later they also replaced the gutters and downspouts. Seguis worked with our insurance company to make sure that the claim is paid out correctly, which made the whole transaction very smooth. After the job was done, Seguis also came by a couple of times with magnetic wheel to make sure there are no nails and debris in our side yard, front yard and back yard. A couple of months after replacement we noticed a couple of shingles peeled - the glue must have. I called Seguis and he showed up the very next day. Normally once the job is done and paid, it'd be very difficult to get them out for follow ups. But its not the case with Quick Roofing. They (and particularly Seguis) are responsive and took care of everything in and out of the house. I will recommend QR for anyone looking to repair or replace their roof or gutters.

I saw the advertisement on a QR Roofing truck while I was driving to work on 71 East, and called Johnny Pearson later that day. When Mr. Pearson came to my house three days later, we walked around my house and I told him about the problems I had with my roof. He asked questions about the roof and showed me his completed roofing projects around Central Texas on his website. We discussed the job, specific to my roof, and he offered choices about ways to solve those issues. He came to my house again so I could choose the shingles for my roof. Mr. Pearson provided updates to his original proposal whenever we agreed to any changes to our original plan. When I needed to get my roof replaced, I contacted three roofing companies to give me estimates. I had a lot of questions about materials used, building code requirements, improvements, etc. One of the companies did not even bother responding to my avalanche of questions, another was not able to answer some of them, but John Pearson was always addressing everything I asked about in detail. When I requested a change, or an improvement, John was very quick at revising his estimates and giving me all information I needed. He clearly cared for my satisfaction. The roof replacement went exceptionally smoothly. The crew was working fast and very professionally. They completed the replacement in a single day. They even replaced some of the rotten fascia pieces before installing the drip edge. When they finished, they cleaned up the area around the house and swept it with magnets to remove all nails. Few days later, John’s son came in, washed my entire driveway and performed additional sweep with a magnet. The whole area around the house was left in a better state then before the crew arrived. I worked with Johnny Pearson of Quick Roofing, LLC on an inspection/estimate after the Georgetown, TX hailstorm. Lots of before roof pictures were taken and sent to me along with the estimate. John also explained (and showed) the difference between the class 4 shingles and underlayment used versus the standard 30yr architectural shingles and 15# felt. (I also verified what he said later on the internet). He also answered other questions on how the work would be done and materials. Coleman Howard (QuickRoofing LLC) supervised the prep, installation, and cleanup once the work started. My neighbors were impressed and with the prep work to protect the house, air conditioner, & driveway, as well as provisions made for the workers needs. They were also very complimentary on the having a masked worker (I live in an "at-risk" community) inform them of who to contact if any debris cleanup was missed or if they had other issues during the job. Quick Roofing used quality materials and did a great cleanup during and after installation. They made sure that I was satisfied when the work was completed. "After" photos were taken for me as well (as requested). I would highly recommend this company and workers for any roofing needs.

Good people, competent professionals, stellar workmanship! John Pearson's Quick Roofing and his crew are like the Special Ops of roofing. We had a leak that 4 roofers could not find but it was ruining the ceiling inside. Johnny’s expert crew visited, and in 5 minutes found the leak. John was on vacation camping, but he called me to explain what they found and in 10 minutes they had a temporary seal. Then he gave us options for a permanent fix. His crew started and completed the job in two days flat. Moreover the crew worked like a military unity, everyone knew what they had to do, knew how to support each other, and happily answered any questions I had. They even went above and beyond to patch up and color-match other fixtures on the house that were not part of the roof they installed. I have my own business, I’d love to have a crew like Johnny’s - heck I might just join his crew :-) because everyone was so happy and involved. We had a leak in the roof after hail damages. Hired QR to replace the roof. I had mentioned at the time and pointed out the leak. The team went ahead and replaced entire roof. However the leak wasnt fixed. I have been now contacting this company several times and they either never return calls or they setup appointment and i sit at home taking a hit from work but technicians never show up. This has happened thrice now. I even let them know that i would be leaving them a bad feedback if they don't call back and guess what they didn't. Update: After leaving this review, QR resolved my issue immediately. Appreciate the quick response from the team for restoring my confidence in the business after having worked with 2 roof replacements. Changed from 1 star to 4 to reflect multiple calls I received from them to make sure the issue was indeed resolved. Pleasure doing a business with QR!

I HIGHLY recommend Quick Roofing, LLC. Ten years ago I had them come out and give me a quote to replace my roof after a hail storm. The quote I got from them was way less then the other two companies that I had called. They also recommended not to replace the roof at that time, that it would last a few more years. Well ten years later I called them up and talked with Johnny Pearson and told him it was time for a new roof. Johnny Pearson is very knowledgeable, he and his crew are very professional. He explained everything in great detail about the type of materials and process that they would do in replacing the roof. They replaced the roof and the work was excellent and very professional. We are very happy and pleased with the way the job turned out and timely manor it which it took.

They came out 9 years ago and replaced our roof and all the decking on addition. They had to come back out at least 7 times for leaks. They didn't glue shingles or tar paper to flashing, so I know have leaks all around the outside of house. There is plenty of proof with all the rotten wood roof is suppose to protect. They ended up having to replace sheetrock and insulation in one room. Doing some home repairs and now I've found out roof isnt even nailed down good around the edges, when replacing a piece of facia I found that with just a little push roof raised up almost an inch. Checked the rest of house and it is like that all across the front, back and one side of house. My roof is still leaking in several places and no more warranty. Do yourselves a favor and hire someone else

Outstanding emergency roof replacement experience from beginning to end while I was deployed overseas with the military. Through phone calls and video conferencing Johnny Pearson, project lead at Quick Roofing, walked me through our roof inspection, shingle selection, solar panel dismount, gutter selection, and also coordinated with my framing carpenter and solar contractor to sequence the roof install right after my contractors finished structural repairs. This ensured our home stayed dry and my family was taken care of in my absence. I had my roof done after a hail storm. I know a bit about roofing so I know what a quality job entails with materials and workmanship. I quizzed a dozen or so roofers for the job. I agreed for Seguis at Quick Roofing to do my roof in the Austin area. It came out fantastic. Seguis kept in good communication with me the whole time. And more importantly he listened to my concerns and addressed them. Seguis and his crew did good work, kept good communication with me and helped me work with my insurance to make sure everything that was damaged was covered. Lots of hacks in the roofing industry but I would absolutely go with Seguis and Quick Roofing again.

Had crazy hail damage end of Sept 2023 the next day was swarmed with roofing company's knocking on my door all but one interested me and that was Quick Roofing because they called me and did not come a knocking Johnny Pearson is one good guy gave me a fair estimate next day signed a contract and within a week my roof and gutters were completed my roof looks Great!!!! We had great experience working with Johnny@Quick Roofing and their amazing and professional team. My insurance company first denied our claim. Glad Johnny with Quick Roofing took the matter in his hand, fought our case and got our claim approved the second time. The process was very lengthy but Johnny’s patience in the whole process is really appreciated, as the insurance was deliberately dragging their feet to deny our claim a second time. Quick Roofing’s bid was almost HALF the price of the competition and my sales rep, Johnny Pearson, was exceptional. He was always available when I needed him and clearly explained the process to me. But here is where you can tell a good company from a great company - they made a mistake. When I informed them that something wasn’t right they bent over backwards to fix it and accepted responsibility immediately. The VP of the company personally called me twice to make sure it was handled to my satisfaction. They are an honest company, they stand behind their work, and they put the customer first. If we had not called Quick Roofing for a second opinion, after the insurance company came out and said "roof is fine" -- our older roof would still have holes in it from hail damage. Johnny Pearson worked with us, and with our Insurance, submitting photos and also making calls. Our first claim did not pay for ridge venting, but Mr. Pearson again worked that out so the needed venting, drip edge and caps were also added (and paid for). Our roofing crew was fast and efficient, and perfect clean up. Also, they had just the shingle type and color we wanted ... it looks great. I really recommend this company.

Johnny Pearson, with Quick Roof, came in and replaced a roof that was less than two years old. Previous roofing company did a less than acceptable job and weren't being given a chance to charge us anymore . He came in with his crew of professionals, removed tile and roofed it correctly with our existing tile. The TPO part of roof completed by professionals too without a ton of patches like previous roofers. Johnny kept us informed as work was completed and returned our calls as needed. We are very happy to have a roof that is aesthetically pleasing , as well as, weather resistant, BRING ON THE RAIN!

Working with QR (Quick Roofing) has been wonderful! Brandon was so great to work with and helped us out with another contractor that didn’t do their job correctly. Quick Roofing installed a new metal roof during Covid. Our contractor that was doing our remodel was being told by their preferred roofer that it was going to take up to 6 months to get the black metal for the roof we wanted. Quick was able to get the supplies in less than two weeks and our roof was up in less than 3 weeks. This is an expensive roof and needs a team that knows what they are doing to put it up. Quick's team did an excellent job and left the surroundings as they were when they arrived. I would highly reccomend them!

My roof was damaged last April by a hail storm. I received bids from several companies. I had a concern about the flashing around the chimney as we had issues with leaks around it . John Pearson was the only salesman the assured me that Quick roofing would do a professional job with the flashing. he also had pictures to back up his claims. John Pearson with Quick Roofing is a very professional and friendly individual. He is passionate about the work he does and ensures that you are getting the best product. His crew removed my 15 year old roof. Every nail and every staple. He recommended a product color that would complement my house and it looks great. Most importantly, his crew cut out every piece of rotten or broken roof decking and replaced it. They also spray painted all the pipe jacks to match the color. He was patient while we made a decision and ensured us they would be done in a day. He kept me apprised from beginning to end. Johnny Pearson was great to work with. He handled all the leg work with the insurance company even after they tried to deny portions of roof replacement. He was able to get our entire roof replaced along with gutters and downspouts and replaced our skylight after further inspection. We had a 24-year old roof that needed replacement. I called Johnny and sent him the address and what I was looking for. I received a detailed quote the next day. I gave them the go-ahead on a Friday, materials were delivered on Monday, and they installed the new roof on Tuesday. Their price was 10% lower than one competitor, and half the price of another competitor. From what I can tell they did a quality roofing job.

QuickRoofing did my aunts roof a month ago and here I am 25 days later going up on her roof and repairing shingles for her after spending a hefty amount for her roof.
