Few things to take into account when you order with them. No matter what item you want, they will deliver it between 1 to 2 hours. More often than not its close to the 2 hour mark even though they say it will only take 45mins. They also always mess up the order and bring something you didn't ask for, it actually happened 4 times to me in a row, which eventually lead me to stop using their services even though I used them so regularly for the longest time. On the rare occasion they do bring the right order, they will forget the card machine if you ever ask for it and then the delivery rider tries to convince you to some how pay in cash. If you still want to order with them and do it multiple times, do not expect them to save your details like other delivery services. They do have an app but dont bother using it as they call you to confirm your order so theres no point of using the app at all and it actually increases the time it takes to get your order. I once made an order over the app, it took them 30mins to call me back to confirm, when you add the 2 hours delivery time on top, you might as well just crawl to whatever shop you want to order from because it will be a lot faster option. They're website like they're app is not up to date and have all the wrong prices and products. They don't track their riders and only know where there location is once they call them and the drivers almost never pick up so they make up a lie and say he will be there in 5mins. This happened four times with a single order mind you. There's a lot more things I can complain about and i actually didn't want to write such a negative review because I dont want to mess with anybodys livelihoods however I have voiced everything mentioned here to their management multiple times over the course of 2 years and they have not only not made any improvements but they have progressively got worse. At the end of the day this is just a poorly run company, probably the worst run company in Sri Lanka.

Worst delivery service. Honestly I think they're just running a scam. I ordered from Poppy Hana at 5.15 and was told my order would take 60-90 mins which I was fine with . I made the payment online and waited for the delivery. It was raining pretty bad so I was more than understanding when the delivery guy came TWO HOURS later (which they didn't have the courtesy to inform me of) and then he asked for an additional rs.309/- he had no proof of why this extra charge was being made and I was skeptical. Contacted the customer service guys and they said Poppy Hana had increased their prices and that the quickee website had not been updated. First off, is that my fault? Second off, I was willing to make the extra payment if they would give me a receipt or some proof of this difference. The customer service person told me that the accounts Dept had left for the day and would send me a receipt first thing in the morning. This happened on the 16th and I still haven't received anything from them. No followup or no receipt. Bloody scammers. They don't even deserve a single star.

Dear Manhattan Fish Market, A Complain Regarding Your Partner - #quickee.lk I ordered my family's dinner at 7:30pm. It's been hours now and my request is still being processed. Quickee.lk and you have the audacity to cut my call. I cancelled my order (worth over 6K) because of their incompetence and their lack of Customer Service. After I cancelled my order at 10:16pm, I start getting replies at 10:29pm. I Only got text messages and no call backs. When I retold them that I had cancelled my order all I got was 'sorry for the late reply, the rider is close to your location'. And I said I'm sorry. Also, your Kollupitiya branch really held up your standard. They were prompt at my complain and informed me that my order had only been dispatched at 9:55pm. Kudos, to your team! Mindblown by the service. I had the immense pleasure of speaking to an agent Naamique who did everything he could to help me with a diapers order placed quite late at night (midnight). We'd run out of diapers and my LO could only get a good night's sleep with it so I was a little desperate. After speaking with me a couple times, Naamique knew I didn't want to get a huge packet as well cause it was over budget and actually sought approval to break an 8 piece pamper pack into half and have it delivered. Never has a customer care agent ever cared this much. I am still shocked and guilty at bringing this about but Naamique told me he had already given orders for it to be done and I should get it within a few hours. Quickee, you've gained a gem with this one! Maybe a promotion should be considered Thank you Naamique for being such a caring soul during these times. We can all learn something from you.

This place is a scam. I ordered online with OTP bank authorisation code and got a confirmation from Quickee that my order is confirmed. My bank confirmed payment went through successfully from my credit card. But quickee over the phone said they never received the payment and won't send the order until they receive the order. So I phoned my bank and they confirmed and even gave me the authorisation code for the transaction but still Quickee is making excuses saying that their computer system isn't working and they didn't receive the payment. I have seen the other reviews now and it looks like they do this to others as well. If they don't get the online payment then why do they have the option to order online and waste my time?? Now i have to order from other places. Please avoid placing any order with these guys. I am going to make an official complain regarding this company.

You guys better change the name as Sloweee. Extremely worst customer service and delivery. You guys tell us it only take 90 minutes to deliver and y’all really take more than 2 hours deliver. The app shows us the exact price of the food we ordered but the customer service tell us a price higher than what shows us in the app, and then the delivery person asks for a higher price than the app and the customer service. Which is the real price? And you guys dont even give us any receipt for our purchase. After getting cheated from quickee I tried to cancel the order and I received A message saying that they will take us to police If I refuse to accept the food which was delivered very late. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE DONT CHEAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND QUICKEE TO ANYONE. SO CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEAWARE. IF YOU WANNA RISK YOUR MONEY PLEASE GO AHEAD.

Disgusted with their service! Purchased a tv bracket from their website for lkr 8840 on 7th July, did the payment through my debit card and waited patiently until it got delivered. Got a call from them, a week after, on 15th July saying that the price got updated and it's around 17000 now and if we wanted to cancel the order. You should be ashamed for scamming people like this. The purchase already occured a week ago, how can you change its price a week after just before delivery? Do not ever buy from these horrible horrible people. It's because of people like these our country cannot grow.

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I contacted them to check if they can deliver some food to Rajagiriya and they confirmed the delivery charge to be Rs.350. After the confirmation I placed the order to the restaurant. Once I called them back in 5mins to confirm the time they can pick the food from the restaurant, i was informed that they cannot deliver the food to Rajagiriya. If a delivery service can't plan thier service at least for the next half an hour specially for food delivery, there is a high doubt on the reliability of their services. Totally disaapointed.

The worst place to place an order. Name of the service is quickee, they will have to think about changing the name. Placed an order and after 2 hours later I had to call them on the status of the order and they said the riders are busy will take another hour. This is not the first time it has happened to me placing an order with them. They don’t bother and poor service. Never will I order in the slowest delivery in Srilanka, quickee.

Besides the fact that the order took over 2 hours to arrive, the price the delivery guy charged was different to that quoted on the app. Upon inquiring what caused the discrepancy, he said the delivery charge was higher to our area. This is something that should have been reflected in the price charged on the app and it's very irresponsible of them to not notify me of any price differences prior to delivery. Very disappointed.

One thing I like about this company is that, unlike other online marketplaces, they have a wide choice of products and services and values to facilitate customers' convenience to a greater extent. Recently I ordered all my groceries, and my lunch pack, and also I had to get some medicines for my mother. All were able to fulfill in one go. And surprisingly the delivery was also on time. Something really interesting!

I made an order through the app and they called half n hour late n informed they have a different product and this has been happening multiple times. In case if anyone wants to place an order do not use the app just call n speak to them as Stone Age. Also they better change thr name to Slowy than Quickee. Note :- I have been using quickee for some time now and I have to say they have the worst delivery.

Most useless customer service in the world. Delivery took almost 2 hours. Customer service representatives are unwilling to share rider details and telephone numbers. Pricing on the website is incorrect and not updated. They tr to deceive customers with incorrect information to make sure that they are not liable for the delays and inconsistency. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

Delivered my cake nicely to a place far from Colombo. Mr. Althaf handled the whole process until the delivery and updated the package as per my wish. Therefore, I managed to send the package as a surprise gift which at the day before felt like an impossible task. Highly recommend.

It's okay.. I received my food through it we faced a lock down. Even Pickme or uber didn't provide the service. But you have to call and confirm it. So the website should need more improvements. For food orders they should try to deliver more quicker than usual goods.
