Very prompt service. I was stuck with my lock and the person came right away in 15 minutes after the call. The locksmith is very soft spoken, very professional, reasonable and also takes care of proper sanitisation rules of COVID (came with mask and used sanitizer when he entered in the house). Due to covid, he tried to make the lock away at his shop which is another good thing due to COVID times. This shop is much better than other companies (including urban clap) as other companies take benefit of lockdown and make unreasonable demands for key making. The locksmith is very professional.

Very professional and helpful. I lost my key at night and i was locked out. Next day I had to travel in the morning. Searched google for key makers and decided to call R. k Key makers out of many and I was right. He came at that time, after 10pm and tried to help, opened one lock, there were two locks. Since it was midnight and didn't want to disturb neighbours, he came back and opened the door next day early morning and fixed a new lock within half an hour. Thank you for your timely help.

Horrible experience. Very disrespectful guys. They quote a price and then change it once they start working in between where you might not have any option and instantly get into argument mode. They took full money and did half the work. They start playing with words to fool you. I won't recommend them at all. Instead go for any other option irrespective of the location and price.

They are based in HSR layout near BDA complex . There was emergency where I lost keys and found RK key makers through online google. Once told about the keys got lost, they reached the door step at the earliest which was really quick. Also, since it was an emergency and key was required , the executive really helped. I am happy with th service.

This the second time I have called Irfan from RK Keymakers. He is truly professional in his work and a decent person This time I called him during an emergency for opening a locked door as my child was stuck inside. The worst craftsmanship I've seen. No finishing, the keys have sharp edges and most of them don't work. Made two duplicates for three keys. One set of duplicates wasn't working so he remade it. That also wasn't working so he forced the lock and damaged it. Now I've to buy a new lock. Take my advice and find some other key maker.

Rescue at midnight. Got ourselves locked with the key inside and it was a pure nightmare. Thanks to Irfan that he picked up the call at midnight and also came down in 20 min and got the keys done in 10 min. Yes it was a bit expensive but the service and professionalism is highly appreciated. My heartful thanks to Irfan.

I strongly recommend the service.It was raining like anything on that day and even cars were struck with water . Even then he has come and saved my day. I didn’t had pic of key also .There was no power also. He tried it and given the key to me. I can’t imagine what would have happened on that day

little expensive, you have to discuss before coming or before starting work for key making he is staying in HSR layout bangalore, nearby location he will reach very quickly within 30 minutes I felt this is okay for need on time his rates depends on the time of requirement & necessity of time

The best locksmith at HSR Layout. Very precise in work. The best part is they arrive at your doorstep round the clock. I was stranded losing my keys in the night and though it was raining they still arrived to my door step on time and got the job done. I highly recommend these guys.

The shop is very small on the main road it self. Got a duplicate key made for my main door. He made it within 5 minutes and we were able to use the duplicate key. Found it bit overpriced but the service was good. My door had Yale lock for which he quoted 350 for the duplicate key.

Worst key makers. Gave for making two duplicates of three different keys. After telling him it's not working he adjusted it and then spoiled the lock trying to force it. Another key also did not work and had to go back to make it proper. Poor craftsmanship and no finishing.

He failed to make the key right the first time. Had to come back all over again to get it done rightly but he did right the second time. The first time was done by a junior guy. Ask for the main guy to do, if you wanna be sure you don't want to make a second trip.

They are big cheaters. They tell you one price and when I went they are saying more than double price. When I showed the what's app chat, he is saying go and give any rating, I don't care. He is saying the price quoted in what's app is for duplicate product.

I had misplaced the key to a euro cylinder style lock. He offered to change the lock as making a new key is difficult for this type and often does not work. The service was efficient and swift. And the price quoted was less than most others in the market.

The people are highly cooperative and understanding. I was stuck with my dog outside the house at 10 in the night and called them, the person was there within minutes and did his job quickly with expert approach. I highly recommend these people. Cheers!

It's a small shop opposite HSR High Street. Visited there to change my Honda City key car battery. It was done in a few minutes. Charged 200 for the same. Charged a bit on the higher side but effective service.

Price is very high. They take full advantage of the situation you are in. Paid 1000 Rs for unlocking my door when I got locked out. It took around 30-40 minutes of work by the person who came.

The work was done so fast and we'll but it was quite pricy. It's a kiosk right opposite to the hsr high street and they're very much active, they attend calls and respond as soon as possible.
