Called for car insurance.. The lady on the phone said she would call back in 30 mins once my reports pulled.. I have no problems on my record.. 2 days later still no call after 2 follow up calls.. Horrible! I may even switch my bank if this is the way they work..

"Zero" star horrible service . After waiting for more than 12 minutes for someone to greet me I have been told (she didn't even check the system) you can go and shop number for your car insurance this is the best number we can do which was very high .
