Everyone was so friendly. And so welcoming. And the laser was Painless! Actually painless. I was nervous for my appointment as I've done laser years and years ago and it was painful. But I was made to be so comfortable. Alicia explained everything. Asked how I was feeling the whole way through. Adjusted the settings to different parts of my body. Was extremely caring and made me feel so comfortable and normal. It was like hanging out and chatting with an old friend. The conversation was great and flowed. Never felt uncomfortable at all. Even while naked! I would recommend RD medical spa to anyone and everyone. So happy I found them!! Very happy customer over here!!!

I attended RD Medical Spa for the first time for a laser hair removal consultation and treatment. The clinic is aesthetically welcoming, clean and bright. I was warmly greeted at reception and offered a drink. I spent no time waiting for my appointment. The aesthetician reviewed my history and explained the procedure thoroughly. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. The process itself was super painless, quick and required no down time. I was very pleased with the staff, overall experience and the atmosphere.
