This storage is the worstest, they stole all my item stole my couch and my microwave and my television with home theater, they claim they don’t know about it, I never owe them a dim still they stole almost all the item I kept there, Patronize them at your own risk, they put me in more debt

Horrible service from *JOY*. I was notified of an amount owed then and was told that I will be allowed to move out the very same day. After doing the payment she states that we are not allowed to move out as but was promised to be allowed on a Sunday this does not make sense to me.

Expensive storage facility. They through in a free traitor for 2.5 days hire.Very over priced and you can't get a refund if you move your stuff out halfway through the month.I moved my stuff out on 7th of the month and I was still charged the full month.
