Do NOT use this auto shop. I've reported them to the CA Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and disputed the transaction with my bank. I took my car in on 8.16.23 for a diagnosis and special testing for a check engine light. I picked it up on 8.18.23. They said I needed to wait an hour to check to confirm it was ready. I came back and paid $370. Driving the car home I noticed a rattle in the engine compartment. When I got home I observed that they FAILED to install the ENTIRE front windshield wiper assembly. Most all of the pieces were in the trunk! And there was a loose part sitting on top of the engine!!! OMG. These guys let me drive with a part rattling around the engine. And they lied that the car was ready. This was the day before the tropical storm. I had to tape up plastic to keep the engine compartment from flooding b/c it was open to the elements. I could not use the car! Michael the owner emailed but never took the time to call and resolve the issue. For $370 he's engendered an investigation by the CA BAR and negative social media reviews. Kyle was the service advisor who tried to smooth it over, to no avail. I do NOT trust these guys. I believe they do NOT care, do NOT have pride in their work, do NOT tell the truth, and are NOT competent. Worst of all, they let a customer drive in a dangerous condition of their cause. Mike, I read your comments posted on 10.10.23. Thanks for responding. After your call I called you back and emailed you, and the ball was in your court to get back to me which you didn't. I did not return to your shop to fix your negligent work b/c I cannot trust you. I did ask for a refund of the money I paid but you denied it. As I said in my review, this is the result. I'm glad you've put processes in place to fix your internal problems.

Quick, efficient and they ask all the right questions to understand your automotive issue. We were all on the same page, as when I arrived, I had multiple issues to address. One of the services I was thinking about looking into was my 30k mile service, where they drain and replace all my critical fluids. They indicated it might increase my gas mileage. WOW, did it... I'm getting 2mpg more now plus the truck shifts so much more smoother!!! But that loaner car... OMG... Take that thing to a good mechanic and spruce it up!! (LOL) Going home was fine, but... Not too bad a shape for the miles it had on it, The car was pretty dirty. Dirty windows makes one nervous in an unknown car. Before I got home, the check engine light came on making me pretty nervous (Turns out they know what the light is about.) It stayed on for the 1-hour commute back the next morning. The drivers seat belt would not latch the next morning. The buckle is very sticky and not latching. I had to hold it in place so it looked like I had a belt on, then I came up with the idea to latch it into the buckle of the RF seat. (Get that fixed!!! I did not feel safe at all driving it like that.) Other than the loaner vehicle, it was a near perfect mechanic visit! (+2 mpg more from the service! Can you believe that???)

Super transparent about work and pricing and stellar customer service. Anthony was fantastic - accommodating, helpful, and informative. I totally trusted Anthony and his techs to do what I needed most efficiently (thanks so much!) it feels like I’m floating they did such a good job, my car feels like new. Details: the inspection report link was great and super helpful, as i could go through items that i knew needed servicing before coming and check out the damage online. There was tons of work to be done on my car so they weee able to get me a loaner - super convenient and helpful!!!

Been looking for a reliable transmission and basic repair shop for some time now that specializes in Jeeps (since my dealership service department is terrible!) RM had solid reviews so I made an appointment. Anthony and the guys were totally cool and professional. My trans fluid was replaced along with the filter and they did a complete diagnostic check with PICTURES of the areas on my jeep that will eventually need servicing. The pricing was fair, the mechanics competent and I will definitely be back to complete the servicing that they recommended.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. I dropped my car off early in the morning and was driven home and back to the shop when repairs were completed. The service was exceptional and I was clearly advised of what was needed and to be done. I would recommend RM automotive to anyone who needs repairs. Best service in the valley. Loved the fact that they show you photos of what needs to be replaced and send you recommendations on what is priority and what can possibly hold off if you can’t repair everything all at once. They also offered to drop me off but I declined the service as I already had another form of transportation. Mike and his team really take care of you like family. Bring in your vehicle and witness their customer service first hand. They also have a finance option for those in a pinch.

I was in a bind. I Googled “Jeep air suspension repair” and RM came up with so many 5 star reviews I decided to call. Anthony answered and he was knowledgeable, professional, and told me if I got the car over to them they could repair it the next day so I could get back to the desert after the Thanksgiving holiday. They totally delivered. The car was done by close of business the night before Thanksgiving and the suspension is like new. Amazing work guys. Thank you so much!

Very professional shop. I diagnosed my engine to see where a coolant leak was coming from. They gave a complementary inspection of other parts as well with pictures and explanations of why I need it fixed. They mentioned I had a hose leak as well but that was incorrect after checking myself. Ended up doing the water pump job myself because prices were pretty high but overall a good spot and very organized.

I went to RM after a major Ford dealership charged me $200 service just to tell me what is wrong with my vehicle (no repairs included in that) . This dealership wanted to keep my vehicle for a week and charge me $$$$ for repairs. RM beat their service price and did the repairs in 2 days! Outstanding service, friendly, honest and knowledgeable people! They made me a customer for life! Highly recommended!

The guys were super thorough with the diagnostics of potential issues with my Tiguan. I actually called and e-mailed my dealership to find out what they've been doing with my car for all these years. Really good communicative staff. Have been look for somewhere to take my Tesla M3 for a while now. They were able to fix the clicking noise it was making on acceleration and deceleration! Been a customer of Rm auto for a few years now and they continue to give great service. Brought my Hyundai Genesis for a quick oil change and inspection with no fuss. Let me start by giving credit where it's due. The guys here at RM did a great job repairing my vehicle. They even took care of me by loaning me a car while mine was in the shop. My only warning, do not buy tires here. Extremely expensive, is my only gripe. I will definitely be back for future service!

The guys were great. I never felt pressured or like they were making things up to Jack up the price. I will definitely use them again. Only suggestion I would make is that they kept me informed more and it did not take as long to complete, but in their defense, maybe they were busy!

I am satisfied with the work performed in my car. However, I did not appreciate that you quoted a final amount of $434 and the next day I was switched to $525, without calling me to confirm, if I agreed. Switch and bait is not my type of business.
