I always like to go this store for it’s service. But today I had really embarrassed experience with their customer service. I was served by 885 as per receipt. I don’t know her name. She just scanned my cloths and pushed toward to me( usually they make it and ask for bag if client waned it) I have 5 product and I said ‘can I get bag please’ she looked at me and said ‘say please’ I said I already said it. She said I didn’t hear that and we have some arguments and I left the store. It was so embarrassing. She is not giving bags from her pocket. I strongly recommend to the store owner or RSEA that they should have hire their staff who has customer service skills and want to do their job happily not just negativity and arrogance. 20/01/23 at 2:59pm.

Just a big shout out to the new assistant manager at the Clyde store for her extremely pleasant phone manner when I called this morning re a particular product enquiry. Not only did she source what I needed but went above and beyond to get back to me with a very reasonable price and organised for me to be able to collect it when I’m in Melbourne next. I’m sure she is going to be a valuable asset to RSEA Clyde and will work well with her co workers to supply you with all your safety needs .

Yash went above and beyond to find me a jacket which was not on the display and find it for me in the storage at the back while they were so busy with the other customers just for a one jacket. Didn't expect that kind of a service on a busy Saturday. Really appreciate your help and will be back soon. Updated 28/12/2022 Today I went to the shop again and met a gentleman called Mike. Got the same service I got from Yash. Mike really appreciate your help .

I had an issue with a pair of work boots and it was not an issue at all for the lady who works there, her name is Sam, she is great with product knowledge and helped me straight away. I will continue to shop at this store due to Sams great customer service that she provided. She has honestly made my day.

This store has an excellent range of goods I'm not in the type of trade for the gear they sell I'm retired and there polo tops are my favorite and very cheap for what u get The staff are excellent at this store and very polite and helpful I even buy there cloths on line

I popped in to get some new safety gloves and glasses and the staff were really, really helpful. They had all the stuff I had to pick up and I even got a free t-shirt and carry bag. Fantastic service, definitely will be back.

Good customer service. Helpful staff that always tell you about the specials and stock availability. Can't believe this store didn't exist years ago. A must visit if you are looking for durable workwear. Highly recommended.

After a pair of work boots. Did't have the exact ones I wanted in the size I was after - although they said that they could get them in about 10 days. I ended up getting a different work boot that I was okay with.

Staff was very helpful to make my purchase quick and also signed me up to save 5% which was great. Big store with huge variety. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
