I had good experience with them,as I'm like most of us looking first time buyers,and we always look for cheap and quality house,yes I found 200K flat.so start all processes looks all fine till we stop on land registered missing owner,the vendor start push some interesting story,OK she won 2/3 weeks Morgage wait,we wait,RSL LAW wait!!!the vendor said she will solve this,after 3 weeks she brought very similar documents like self owner ,but land owner still missing,what ta.....So RSL-LAW check that,and just....in simple words, I said,the vendor try sell to me in the bag ...And Millions thanks RSL-LAW all team, that they Stopped this with real friendly advice. Extremely overpriced for the service they provide. Very unprofessional. They made mistakes in some documents which caused unexpected problems and delays. They also charged me twice the normal price for something they ended up not doing at all because they were lacking expertise on the matter. Other solicitors resolved the same issue instantly. RSL did not refund me.

In my case, I had severe issues in the financial aspect of the deal, as all buyers now have to prove the source of funds. This occurred to be a problem with my previous ‘British’ layers because they didn’t know how to assess various documentation from Russia. RSL had to step in and help me, which also significantly facilitated the pace of the purchase.

I wanted to give Amal Hirji 5 stars for her professionalism and prompt service especially in the time of Covid where it has been incredibly difficult to get solicitors to commit and be responsive throughout a property buying process. Would fully recommend her to anyone that wants a solicitor that is thorough and quick to respond!

They did conveyancing for one of my properties. As a result, the property lost the entrance. I'm serious. The only door has been registered to an adjoining property. Their complaint director didn't find whats wrong about it. Shocking unprofessionalism and negligence.
