As a physical therapist and an owner of a physical therapy practice I know and have seen the vast differences in the quality of care given by physical therapists. In my opinion, RTS provides the highest quality of care a patient can receive and are the ones I turn to for care for myself, my loved ones, and patients of mine that travel to the Phoenix area. Jake and Jordan aren't just doctors of physical therapy. They're also Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists. Less than 5% of physical therapists have this certification. What does that mean for you? They have the tools and the knowledge to help bridge the gap between rehab and performance and know the demands required of your sport or activity that other PTs don't. On top of that, while most PTs only spend 10-15 minutes with a patient before handing you off to an assistant (to do exercises you could be completing at home) they spend the entire visit 1-on-1 with you. This means that instead of having to waste time driving to and from a typical PT practice 3x/week you come in just once a week with RTS. Another aspect that I like about RTS and what separates them from any other practice in the area is that they don't want you reliant on them, a chiropractor, massage therapist, physician, etc... They educate you and give you all the necessary tools to be independent and take ownership of your own individual health. On top of that, while most physical therapy practices just focus on the injured body part, RTS takes a full body approach which is imperative as the human body is highly complex and entirely interconnected. Lastly, what else separates RTS from other providers is that they take it one step further. What I mean by that is most practices focus solely on getting you out of pain. That's great and all but that's only scratching the surface. Because of Jake and Jordan's background as strength coaches they an provide their patients with a strength program that is tailored for injury prevention and make sure that not only does the current injury not come back, but helps ensure that no other injuries will pop up in the future. Long story short: If you are an athlete, weekend warrior, desk jockey, or simply enjoy being active and are being restricted from doing these activities because of pain RTS is your best shot of getting back to doing those activities. I have seen them help countless patients avoid surgery, injections, and pain medications all the while getting them back to squatting, deadlifting, running, biking, and working out pain free again. There's very few practices in the United States, let alone the Scottsdale area, that have the 1-on-1 attention, the sports background knowledge, and the track record that RTS has of getting active individuals back to the activities they love pain free. Life is too short to avoid the activities you love because of pain. Give these guys a shot and I promise you won't regret it. When I say it will be life changing I'm not being dramatic. These guys are the real deal!

RTS goes above and beyond what’s asked of them. I have been to dozens of clinics and there is nothing in the Phoenix metro area that compares when it comes to the attention to detail and consistency that their staff makes a point of emphasis. They got me way ahead of schedule on my rehab, and helped me cope with the process. Whether you’re an athlete, trainer, or just someone who’s dedicated to their overall health & fitness - this is where you need to go to get yourself back where you want to be.

They saved me. I’m young and play football for city league and had some injuries.. I was recommended by a friend and came all the way from utah to spend a few months in their program and I have completely recovered and feel mobility that I’ve never had before. Highly recommend. Nice facility. Amazing people and overall the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you guys so much! I’ll for sure come back if ever needed!

I loved my experience at RTS. I have been having pain in my hips/low back for a long time now & had relief after the first couple visits. My PT, Jordan not only made me feel 100 times better, but she taught me exercises to practice at home to help with my injury & prevent it from happening again. Would hands down recommend RTS to anyone!

Been getting treated here for a little while now and it has been outstanding. The Docs are first class. The treatments have been marvelous getting me back into high level competitive athletics. I couldn’t have done it without RTS. Highly recommend them. Should be more than 5 stars.

Best physical therapists I’ve been to. I’ve had shoulder pain for years. They diagnosed problems I had (lifting techniques) and put together great rehab plan for me. Very knowledgeable and great coaches. 100% recommend if you want to fix your body.
