I depend so often on user reviews or user experiences based on almost everything specifically hospitality consumer goods and experience. . And I don’t usually write reviews myself I’m not sure why but I’m honored to write the following I’m giving the organization an entire review of observation and fact wrapped up in a lifetime of hospitality personal experience on many levels of similarities in the hospitality business and had the opportunity to serve and experience many aspects. I have to share beginning in the right place which was the very very bottomand working my way up through understanding and working within each and every critical position as in an unpaid intern and with direction resources and experiences that no currency could explain or in another way priceless. exposed to the but very best people in their field. DNA of any business is and is the very reason for success in most situations. This organization the Ra Shop, covers so many of the best things I could say about any experience from hospitality, satisfaction, friendship, knowledge and then some. I have seen and met some of the finest people, experienced some of the very best management and have always had the very best experience every experience. Which has been for several years to be. I will say while verbose, if you care to have an experience that the ra shop may provide you a solution for, it’s worth the trip by far as you will either walk out so pleased with your experience, so very well cared for, often with a solution to a need that may not have been on your radar, or exactly what you were looking for. You will walk in potentially, a stranger, but you will walk out as a friend. I have observed and experienced so many reasons to say not only am I grateful for being a well cared for return customer, I’m also so impressed with the laser guided focus on positive consumer. Experience consistently, that is part of this organization’s DNA. The golden rule that I was successful with in my 30 years in the hospitality business and was a profound gift, drove my passion and success. That’s to never ever make the mistake of taking for granted a customers experience as you have the ability to be unforgettable. Hey Oak Street: shout out to TJ! You are a rock star. I recall our first conversation and also my last hug. I’ve never met such a solution based manager that leads by example. Thank you for your friendship! If anyone is lucky enough say hello to my “little brother” Damon. First, lucky you. You won’t meet a finer young man. Facts. This young man may give you a golf tip and while he will exceed your expectations on your customer experience, you may want to ask for him for his autograph now….if you know what I mean. Pocket that Hey Magazine St. My “little brother” Cameron will take such care of you’re general experience but You’ll have also met a living breathing hero. And yes Nic, big shout out. Wow! Justin and Ashley are amazing people and you should probably give them both raises because of their amazingNess. I'm not joking. Two of the nicest, most genuine people I have ever met. The RA in the quarter is WAYYYY closer to me. But I won't be going anywhere else anymore. Every one of your locations is great. But this one not only has the best selection but the most helpful employees. And no I'm not getting paid to write this. Nor did I know either of them before my visit today. Just FYI! good people, good shop, good location! 5 stars all around. PS Justin and Ashley thank you for being good people's. It was my 1st time vising the Ra Shop. I was definitely impressed by the inventory. Alotta great glass with variety, vapes, accessories, and cigarillos. However, the customer service was incredibly dry and lacking. I mentioned it was my 1st time in and wanted to explore the store. The salesperson seemed disinterested in whether or not i had questions or wanted to browse. It seemed as if they were rushing me out of the store. Dont think id recommend unless youre going for something specific. But even then i could name shops that would give you a better experience.

simply went to browse and before i even walk in the employee doesn’t ask for my ID she just yells “sorry we don’t allow children in the store” and my friend is confused and asked if she’s joking and she repeats herself and proceeds to ask if i am offended. i am petite but my figure and face are not child-presenting at all. i have decided to take my business elsewhere because you could have just asked for my ID lol i am an adult who works full-time

Let me start by saying Lindsey is one of the most sweetest and non judgmental person that I know. Most importantly she does her job and she does it well. I look forward to seeing all the employees there when I shop. You couldn't ask for a better staff. My advice for all you haters... Great little place to get your needs. Open and airy not all closed up and sketchy. Great friendly folks in here always ready to help or leave you alone. They have a discount room. So much better than the Mushroom or the Gypsy. Close to my house so even more convenient. Lots of food places and shops. Magazine Street for locals. Have fun. Wear a mask. Support local. Leave no footprint

Don’t like to leave a bad review but this is the second time I’ve dealt with the bad attitude girl and I walked out as she was selling me almost $80 worth of items. Must be a newer hire because I’ve only seen her there the past couple months. Went around the corner and got what I needed without the bad attitude. Neighborhood local , not going back as long as I have other options.

This is the worst of the Ra Shops I've been to based on customer service. The staff seem too stoned to care about your presence. The thin woman with brown hair in a ponytail and glasses in particular is so rude, and has been the last 4 times I have gone in. A customer shouldn't have to put work into purchasing something, beg to be noticed for service. I'm done.

The only one I've been to, this Ra Shop set a great first impression. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, I was very quickly and kindly assisted in looking for a quartz nail I couldn't find anywhere in my home city. The item was cheaper than expected, and the sheer massive size of their inventory is worthwhile. I do wish they had more heady glass.

They have a good variety of stuff. It'd be nice if the people who worked there knew about the products they sell. I had to get a replacement piece for a vape I bought there and the person helping me had no clue what I needed. I pretty much left on a guess. Not their problem. Likely bad training. Still a good full stock. Everyone was friendly.

I wanted to commend the ra shop and their manager. I had an issue with a pen and the manager went above and beyond to contact the company, file a claim, and make sure a new one was mailed out to me, after I had issues with the companies website. They def care about their customers and take care of their people

These people knowing that neighborhood pets used the common alley behind their store, purposely put out rat poison that killed a dog that was the mascot of business next door to the building. When notified they still refused to remove the poison. Animal Lovers get your head shop products somewhere else.

Stood there for 10 minutes listening to the guy behind the counter have a conversation about schools with a customer. No work was being done. The shop was empty. I was in his line of sight the entire time. He didn't even acknowledge my presence. I'll take my $500 elsewhere. 12:20pm Sat Aug 13th.

The staff are friendly, and if you're a traditional tobacco smoker, they've got you covered! Not a smoker? Me either, but I found my favorite brand of incense and plenty of related supplies. Be sure to check out their discount room for wall hangings and novelty gifts.

I really enjoy going to the Ra shop on Oak . St. The owner is so kind , as are the rest of the staff. They are very knowledgeable and always have what I need in stock . After my visit there, I go window shopping down Oak. It's a small get a way! …

COOL kids running the place. Better price on Vape juice than most and great selection of Vapo Mods and other accessories. Always friendly service. Parking is a hassle and you WILL BE TICKETED!! PAY the machine and enjoy the walk on OAK STREET!!

Great prices and great customer service! Always super helpful when I have questions. They also are super cool to just chat with. They are also following covid restrictions and require mask! The staff is great at wearing their mask properly.

I spoke, and they spoke after that I was on my own until after I stood there for a min and then I was offered help if I needed to see anything. I have been to this location before, and it was a way better experience than this visit.

I'm visiting from Florida, my. Husband went and purchased a roller...this roller was broken .the store refused to exchange or return....please don't patronize a business that doesn't stand behind the product their selling...

Nichole and Cody are the "new" neighborhood figures. Very personable, efficient and down to earth. They, along with my longtime friend and Manager, Katy make Oak Street a modern business model of customer service.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I was in and out so fast. I had a few questions about some of their new products and the staff was very honest and open about reviews and opinions on the products.

Have only been in twice, seeing as the staff aren’t too friendly and the clothing is over priced. That being said I haven’t looked at their other items that staff may be more helpful with.

Excellent shop, friendly and welcoming staff. Great selection of novelty items. Good for gifts and curiosity peices. If you are in town check it out for fun gifts and novelties.
