J'attribue une palme d'or pour la qualité du service et la grande urbanité déployées par la Maison funéraire Racine Robert et Gauthier a qui j'avais confiée l'organisation des services funéraires. Je tiens tout particulièrement a souligner le travail de Monsieur Patrice Lambert qui a fait montre d'un savoir faire et d'une délicatesse hors pairs. Over the years, I have had to deal with several funeral home, either at the personal level or as trustee. I recently had to arrange for the funeral of an elderly client and was fortunate once again to be able to rely on the good offices of Racine Robert and Gauthier. Their attention to details and their honest concern for the welfare and dignity of families is impressive as is their quiet efficiency. I find them to be genuine professionals providing an impeccable and reliable service.

Mon père avait planifié ses funérailles avec Racine, Robert et Gauthier il y a longtemps. Il est décédé le 25 mai, 2020. L'équipe de RRG nous a mis à l'aise dès le premier contacte. Tous étaient professionnels, sympathiques et respectueux. La directrice de funérailles, Jessy Gallant , a surpassé nos attentes avec ses suggestions du choix de l'urne, l'offre de leur chapelle pour la messe avec le service de diffusion, l'arrangement d'un prêtre, et pour ses touches personnelles. C'était très bien apprécié et j'ai reçu beaucoup de commentaires favorables de la famille, nos amis et de nos invités. La maison funéraire est moderne et très propre. Elle est convenable pour ceux et celles qui ont de la difficulté à marcher. Je vous recommande de considérer la maison funéraire Racine, Robert et Gauthier pour leur service exceptionnel.

Le meilleure service à la clientèle que ma mère et moi avons jamais reçu! Philippe Robert et Morane était exceptionnellement sympathique et a fait preuve d'écoute active toute au long du processus lorsqu'on planifiait les arrangements de mon demi-père qui est décédée le mois dernier. Mon demi-père ne voulait pas de service funérailles, mais plutôt une cérémonie privée entre famille et à aucun moment n'avons-nous senti la pression de changer d'avis. Ils étaient très efficace tout en respectant la simplicité de notre choix et du souhait de mon demi-père. Un gros merci encore un fois a tout les gens de la de la maison funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier qui on contribuer d'une façon ou d'une autre au arrangements de Garry Bogart. Nous ne manquerons pas l'occasion de recommander vos services au gens de notre entourage.

Would give zero stars if I could. Stay away at all costs. If you are not using live music, you are forced to use Spotify, if the music is not there, too bad, do it yourself. And even when you decide to use Spotify, they couldn't play all the music. Flowers delivered with no name, and no follow-up from staff. Useless website, very small choice of keepsakes for sale. Horror-filled funeral for my mother...so disappointed, and of course she was too, when she pre-paid and only found out later she was paying double because of interest...reprehensible conduct with seniors. She told me not to use them...sorry I did.

We are very satisfied with the service we have received. Patrice Lambert is very polite and kind, and also fast to return my calls. The service was beautiful and well set up. Patrice did a great job and I called him yesterday to thank him for all he did for us. We really liked the priest and he gave us a great mass. We were happy that the priest came to the cemetery as well. The only thing we were disappointed with, is the webcast. We had a "montage" of picture of the deceased and no one was able to see it from their computers. Also the camera was not situated properly.

Excellent service. Jessy was compassionate, thorough, and made the entire process seamless. The other staff members were also very kind, answered all our questions and made our painful experience a very memorable one. We were especially grateful to have the service live on the web, as it was the only way friends and distant family members could participate in the service. I had a great experience with Racine, Roberts & Gauthier. I was treated with respect and alot of care. They see you through the process with compassion and understanding. Amina deserves an extra mention for answering all my questions and giving help right up to the celebration of life. Maurice's grandchildren each wanted their own momento of him and Amina did it willingly. I would highly recommend Racine, Robert and Gauthier during your difficult time.

Not impressed with the service we got from them. Didn't get the flowers we asked for wrong colour. Some paperwork was not done properly. We got flowers from someone that had nothing attached to it to identify who they came from and 9 months later we found the sender of the flowers and that they had sent a long note along with the flowers. That was extremely embarrassing for my family. Hope that this doesn't happen to anybody else. Amen

From the beginning we felt that our loved one was treated with dignity and respect. Excellent service, it was an honour to work with Jessy and all of the staff at Racine, very compassionate, kind, professional and always there to answer our questions from start to finish. The visitation room was personalized as my brother would of liked. I could not recommend them enough.

Racine Robert was very professional in assisting me with my mother's funeral. They also made the cancellation of all I.D. my mother had, prepared the documents for the government rebate. My family and I have used this funeral home for just about anyone who's passed away in my family. I've always been pleased with all the services they provide and how professional they are. I strongly recommend. A bit more pricey but worth every last penny. The staff is amazing and super helpful.

Worst service ever. My grandma passed away from Covid . We made arrangements and due to lack of communication everything went downhill from there. They did offer me a necklace at no charge but it still doesn’t make up for what me and my kids went through .
