My god that employee Skylar is absolutely amazing. She is the definition of customer care. Since walking into the store I was greeted with a welcome and if we needed any help with finding anything. Her knowledge of shoes is on point too she helped me choose a great running shoe. The carpet is a bit dirty so when I was at the register I noticed the bottom shoes were a bit dirty so she took it upon herself to clean the shoes and if it wasnt to my satisfactory she would replace them. Not even a single attitude doing it. She was just absolutely amazing. Give that women a promotion. I usually don't give ratings towards retail stores but dang she deserved this one.

The staff was very helpful in helping me find the shoes I wanted in my size. Also the worker at the register went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for the 4 pairs of shoes we were purchasing saving us at least an extra $15 plus I got my pair for half price with their BOGO deal. They have a great selection of shoes my kids are picky and were able to find the perfect pair of back to school shoes.

The salesperson was UNWILLING to honor the sales price that was on a pair of Nike slides. Granted the tag was for another pair of shoes and the salesperson admitted the tag was in the wrong area, she wouldn't honor the price nor would she accommodate with a discount for the inconvenience or aggravation. Customer Service is a must.

Great shoes & prices yes, but poor refund policy..now days if using a debit card you are given the option for cash back-seeing as debit is the same. I don't think it is fair that I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund when for the purchase it was automatically withdrawn from my account. Very unsatisfied with their refund policy.

The staff is not very friendly or helpful. The selection is kind of small. They have every category of shoes, but not many options in the categories. Also, they don't seem to have the shoes very organized in the shelves. It's kinda taxing to find what you're looking for.

No customer service here. I wasn't greeted when I walked in then the typical answer when you do ask for help, " No we don't have go to the other store." That is not how to keep a customer.

Very disturbed by Chris your team leads attitude and poor customer service. I hope he his not an example of what to expect from your stores leadership. Horrible experience with Chris.
