"Rafe" is hands down my favorite restaurant in Astana. Food is great. Prices are only slightly higher than those of fastfood restaurants. Rafe specialises in Italian cuisine. Hence, I wouldn't recommend Chinese dishes that they serve. Also, frequent customers may receive a discount card.

Mediocre. Instead of Asian egg noodles, they served spaghetti with vegetables and teriyaki sauce which was an awkward combination. Personnel is okay, not too welcoming, don't know the menu well enough.
