Pathetic service like old time always Enquiry office. After standing in queue counter person says AC Only go to next room. Next room same position counter person said. For today go to next building Now standing 3rd time in queue opertutist people mixing line there's no rules & bearers passenger their own. Only 1 counter is working Hope I get few seats

Better than saddar's station but when there is no light you cannot reserve your ticket, no ATM's around and you should take the change with you as well

Badly need improvement, customer service is poor and sub-standared, no energy backup, neither provide full booking and reservation facilities.

Online booking is better to come here because it has only half couch booking and you can find more train coaches for booking
