when i was waiting at the cash register with my mom, the cashier was at the front of the store chatting up a storm with his buddy. waited a few minutes, just standing there, then when i had to ask for someone to come up to ring up the article of clothing i was buying, he gave me the worst attitude, as if i, being the customer, was being a pest for expecting him to do his job. i guess it was the fact that i had the audacity to ask for service annoyed him. when i was paying for the bralette, he asked for my i.d., and when i showed it to him, he asked to see the back of my credit card. I guess since it wasn't signed, he was trying to give me a hard time, and threw in "it even says it right there on the back of the card, that it needs to be signed", or something along those lines. when my mom called him out on being rude and handed him some cash to pay for it (since he wasn't wanting to accept my card), gave her the change, slammed the cash register shut, told us to have a good day under his breath, and walked away from the register. i don't think i want to go back there again.

Bad and poor customer service skills from the manager Linda a (HEAVY SET WHITE WOMAN) to the district manager ENTERING justifying how a person in management should act CURSING YELLING AND THREATING PEOPLE TELLING THEM TO COME BACK AT 6:30 WHEN SHE GETS OFF THEN REFUSING TOO CHECK ME OUT . SAD HOW SHE SUPPOSEDLY HAVE A DEGREE AND ACTING AS IF SHE NEVER WENT TOO SCHOOL .. I WOULDN'T WASTE TIME GOING TO SHOP THERE PERIOD THEN YOU HAVE A SECURITY GUARD WHO STANDS THERE SOME MAN FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY WHO INABILITY TO CONTROL THE STAFF NOT THE CUSTOMER. SHE WENT SO FAR AS TO COME UP BEHIND ME AND SNATCH CLOTHES OUT MY HAND ....SAD HAD TOO CONTACT THE BBB AND CORPORATE OFFICE . VERY SAD OVER THINGS WORTH 2 DOLLARS OR LESS . NOT WORTH IT WAITING ON THEM TO REVIEW CAMERAS WORSE LOCATION EVER .....

Just visited the Kids store with my 11 YRO daughter. This was by far the most disappointing and disturbing experience. I was assaulted and insulted by the music blaring through out the store. Being forced to endure cursing and lyrics about sexual exploitation was all I could take. When I spoke to the cashier about it and why a children's store would play such Pornographic lyrics and rated R content I was told that each store is directed by corporate what radio station to play. I find this utterly repugnant. I will not be shopping Rainbow. I will encourage all my friends and school groups to avoid shopping at Rainbow. To force parents to subject their children to adult content is unacceptable. I hope that Rainbow will reconsider it's choice of music.

Most horrible store very disrespectful and unprofessional I was trying clothes on and my mom was with me in the dressing room and the rachet girl that works there was banging on the door for me and my mom to get out yelling at us and disrespecting us in front of all the customers just because me and my mom are Spanish they're racist and they hate on you just because you got real hair eyelashes and eyebrows

Most horrible experience I've had at a store. The employees and managers are very unprofessional and do not care. Will argue on the phone about personal matters in front of customers. It's never clean. And they all seem very lazy and unprofessional. I'd give it a negative raring if I could. And the manager vanity is the worst of them all.

I love Rainbow I can always find something to match what I have already at home I can always find something that fits me I can always find something that's in my price point at the time of shopping so yes irate rainbow for my situations of 5 star

Store way too small for the inventory they have. The clothes are not the best quality but they're the most stylish. Customer service is poor. They carry toddler uniforms which are hard to find outside children's place so 2 I give them stars.

Excellent customer service! The manager (Rosa) was extremely helpful in picking outfits and making recommendations. Best Rainbow I’ve been too in years with kids.
