The devil is definitely busy...If I could take the one star away I would, it is only being honored due to me receiving my cash money back. It is time to clean house NEW MANAGEMENT is needed as well as a more professional friendly staff. I purchased a full priced item at another location on 6-24-19 and needed a larger size, I went to the 47th and Ashland location they didn't have the particular item so I decided to exchange for another 2 item and paid the difference in cash on 6-26-19 and the cashier purposely kept my original receipt. An it was very unprofessional for her to take it upon herself to ramble through my bag that they hold upon entrance in the store to take out the item when she could have handed me my bag and I hand the item to her. In the process of exchanging the item the manager inputted a code in the system where I can only get store credit back and made it look like I only paid the difference amount as I paid cash. I do not know what type of people they are use to dealing with but to lump everyone in the same category is ridiculous. I occasionally come in this store to browse and it seems for years the manager and her staff have been allowed to treat customers in less than professional way. The Manager uses the employees to do her dirty as if she and certainly cashiers have a personal vandida against particular customers. Each human being deserves the utmost of respect and if your not willing to change your heart an be kind and treat people fairly, then there's no reason I see fit for the manager nor her staff to be in the position they are in. BE AWARE ALWAYS GET AND KEEP ALL YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPTS FROM THEM DURING ANY TRANSACTIONS.

Very unprofessional, staff is rude and talks back to everyone. I was waiting in line for 10 mins for someone to charge me. The young lady was talking to her coworker and didn't walk over until she finished. Manager was there and didn't say anything to her. Half of the things in the store don't have price tags and they won't bother searching them up. They just tell you they can't sell it to you and won't let you pay for them. Everything is inexpensive but not worth the time and energy with people who don't treat you with respect.

I have been to this shop frequently not only because the people(Aaron) are so nice but honest,polite and down-to-Earth people...I've had brakes,oil change,estimates done and each time it was affordable...they tell you exactly what's wrong with the issues...coffee is great also!...I wouldn't take my car anywhere else...Spring Masters is the place to go!

Very rude and ghetto. Came when 30 mins before closing and they all shouted at me I have 10 mins to get out. Had the gate half way down already. They watched me til I was done. All I needed to get was one pair of shorts for my daughter. Then they proceeded to rush me out the door and lock the door behind me.

I really was impressed with Rainbow on 47th. Its been a while since I've been there. I went on a Fri mng and It was nice and clean in there. It had a really nice selection of clothes for all sizes and kids. The lingerie and underwear area

Many wonderful shirts there's fitted cropped tops, fitted long shirts, sandles sizes 10 down, nice jeans, shorts any kind, skirts, undergarments, and clothes for only little boys I haven't seen any grown clothes for male.

Have a good selection and the cashier's and security are always nice. But I will admit the plus size selecton is really ugly. I only go over there for jeans. I have to go to the other side to find large or x large shirts

The vibe inside that store, Screams I'm aggravated. I will not be returning. On top of that, they put sensors where a hole in your item will be obvious. A little ashwagandha and common sense would help.

The staff is always distracted with each other. Crowded not enough walking space in aisles. Mirror is outside of changing rooms & someone waits there until your done.

The security was very helpful and knowledgeable about the clothes staff is nice but the customers are typically very rude
