I haven’t been here in Ages ! Most of the employees you come across either don’t want to help you or don’t try to or they have an attitude I been coming here in between this month and last there were a few employees but now there is just 2 that have Been there since January I see them every time I come shop and I know in a bunch of negatives there can be a positive I just want to say the young lady I think her name is China ? Does a fantastic job! She’s engaging,helps any and every customer even if she’s going out her way and she’s so sweet Nonetheless I watched a lady Verbally try to tear her down because she found a suit on a rack and demanded the price be changed due to that’s where she found it and honey it’s Retail Folks and their kids come in here and tear this place to shreds and they spend all damn day cleaning like SLAVES not employees , it hurts my heart to see that ppl have to break their backs and work 10xs harder bc ppl just don’t want to do their job. I wish them the best because that place doesn’t deserve them

Very disappointed that I had to basically beg to get in this Rainbow store this evening. I arrived (after calling to confirm closing time was 7pm) at this store located at 4728 South Blvd, Charlotte NC 28217 around 6:48pm but the door was locked. I knocked on the door but the staff just looked at me. I walked back to my car, looked the number up to call them and they still refused to let me in. All of this still before 7pm. She stated that the store was closed. At this point, still having about 5 or 6 mins before 7pm, I told the young lady, all I need to do is return something and either you can let me in or give me your Regional Manager’s number. She came quick then. I was very upset so I didn’t say anything to the staff as I didn’t want to be disrespectful but I did confirm with the short caucasian lady that processed my return that she was in fact the Store Manager! I see other reviews of this same complaint. Sad! Do better South Blvd store; embrace integrity and improve your customer service skills!

Horrible customer service I wish I could give it a 0 customer service was very nasty and rude to me for no reason I didn't do anything but ask what size some thing was I really want to call corporate !!!!!! because this is unexceptable treating customers like that!!! she was acting very mean and rude this place is a joke !!!!!!!! I did not have a great experience there I was supposed to put this review a few months back but just getting around to it I went there a cashier had an attitude very rude !!!! and did not want to get a dress down for me like isn't that you're Job to help customers !!!!! I was very upset when I left then I was left standing there while they where helping someone else but I had came in before the other customer just ridiculous!!!! Over all they do have nice clothes but I was disappointed ☹️

The retail workers are horrendous. Probably because I'm white. But they wouldn't give me the time of day. Was standing at the cash register to get helped for no lie 10 mins while they talked right in front of me I literally had to say can you cash me out? The girl with the red ends on her hair looked up said hm while she rolled her eyes. I work in customer service and if I ever showed the slightest bit of disrespect as she did to me. I'd be fired! Plenty of other jobs to work for if you hate it so much. Not hard to just be nice. I was there 02/17/2018 an hour or so before they closed.

Went in picked up some items,went to check out and the lady behind the register is standing in front of me on the phone going over employee timesheets been waiting over 15 minutes, til I just said forget it and walked out, ridiculous! no greeting, didn't even say I will be with you in a second or nothing just carrying on like I wasn't even standing in front of her waiting to check out SMDH unreal. God knows how much longer I would have stood there waiting to check out

The Manager was very rude. She seem as if she didn’t want to help. I find it funny how the “Christian’s” are the more rudely people. They have the gospel music playing in the store but there is nothing Christian about her attitude. Although The cashier was very polite and nice. She knew herself that the manager was very unprofessional and rude. I now see why this store has no business.

Very nasty attitude from the manager when I had a question about a return they sold me some wrong down slides that I assumed would fit me and brought them back and wouldn't take them.i don't shop here at all but the day I decide to this happens . I was wondering why they had no cousin the store

Amy at this location assisted me. Everyone was very kind and asked if I needed assistance. Amy took her time to assist me with finding a purse and sandals to match my outfit. Valuable customer service is difficult to find but the ladies here really helped me out.

I frequent this location often because the staff is friendly and I've noticed they have more options than other rainbows. Prices are reasonable and the have different sizing options for everyone

Went there with my sister. The ladies were so nice, always asking if we needed help❤️. Prices are awesome!! I left with a really cute outfit for $20 . Definitely coming back!!! …

I'm not going to buy something (a body suit) I can't even try on. Especially if all sales are final. They even let you try on swim suits with underwear at WalMart.

my friend went in there, was harassed because of the color of her skin, employee illegally took her bag and went through it, corporate will be notified:)

I always love shopping at the Rainbow stores, they're is always so much to look at. The staff is usually very friendly & helpful

Came In and the girl had the worst attitude ever. Like if you don’t want to be at your job why come. Talk about RUDE

Great place to shop.for a 1 time wear. OR for.a 80s/90s event. Clean Store. Not as Crowded as most Rainbows.

It's a young white male that works their he's very creepy and follows you felt very uncomfortable so I left
