Don’t let the price fool you, Great place to buy cheap but it will cost you much more in the end. Huge scam. The management and staff are most unhelpful if you are returning items. I made a purchase a couple weeks ago in cash (the easiest form of payment for any return you’d think) and I came in today for a simple return. I was approached by the assistant manager and I was told accessories couldn’t be returned ( referring to accepting the loss for a poor quality purse, which honestly I couldn’t care less about) so I accepted. The lady who sold it to me in the first place, just so happened to be there, overhearing and interrupting, started raising her voice unprofessionally at me. At this point yelling that she told me policy (obviously because her superior was next to her) when In fact that’s was untrue but okay no big deal right. Then the assistant manager proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t give me cash back and could only give me store credit… Apparently on the receipt (printed in Spanish) it says you have 7 days for a cash refund, and any day after that you get store credit. I only found that out today as I walked in because I don’t even read Spanish. I was not informed the day of purchase and that policy isn’t in front of any customer in English. Now if the lady who sold it to me in the first place would’ve mentioned it to me when the sale was being made, this could’ve all been avoided. I don’t even shop here. I came in an emergent event where I needed something pink… and my closet is literally jeans, white or black clothes. Point being, I would never usually wear what I bought on normal occasion. As this “solution” was not a solution at all, I could not accept the store credit. With a receipt and less than 30 days, I just want my money back. This situation was escalated to the general manger through text messages with the assistant manager and the staff would not let me speak to the general manger. This did not help whatsoever. This place is poor quality all around, from the store, to the clothes and unfortunately the people working in there. 0/10 recommend. Lost $100 for an item I wore that costed $12.99. These people are here to take your money and give you terrible attitude. Never coming back.

Visito esa tienda todas las semanas, por las ofertas buenas q tienen. Pero hace 15 días aproximadamente o mas q no tiene aire acondicionado la tienda , la cual es grande y todo cerrada herméticamente , es inhumano con estos calores estar encerrado haciendo compras y no solo para los q entramos allí porque yo entro y con la mismo me salgo , si no con las empleadas q son tan amables y buenas en su trabajo q las miro yo q no paran en esa tienda trabajando todas llenas de sudor q hasta les ofrecí comprarles aguas q se pasan 8 horas encerradas allí ,Con dos ventiladores uno en la caja y otro en la entrada de la puerta q apenas hechan aire.. Cómo una compañía tan grande y poderosa , (porque hay varias tienda de Rainbow ) tenga a sus empleados en esa situación tan deplorable con estos calores tan grandes y fuertes q están haciendo . Es una pena q no se pueda hacer Chopin con la exelente ropa y descuentos q hay. Por favor al q pueda interesar este comentario hagan algo pero es le repito inhumano y abusivo con los q están y entramos allí .....

I fell in love with Rainbows from the time I first visited it in the 1990s. I found the prices to be good, the styles were to my liking and I always enjoyed perusing the racks trying to decide what to buy. I had too much choice dilemma. The store has a variety of items available for purchase, ranging from apparel, jewelry, bags, shoes, underwear, lingerie, perfumes and more. One can always find a bargain at Rainbow which targets females from teens to the young at heart from juniors to plus sizes. I give you 10 thumbs up.

I went into the store on June 16,2022 and asked to try out some clothing items I was told the fitting rooms where closed and later I see another person inside the fitting room trying in clothes and Olga one of the workers taking clothes to the customer to try on. I asked why is that customer allowed to try on clothes and I wasn’t and they couldn’t give a response but a blank stare. I then proceeded and called corporate and the workers at the store wouldn’t provide me the store number or names to give to corporate. Horrible customer service, wouldn’t go again.

The girl with the black and white jacket and fake lashes in the register is a liar.. I asked if I can use the dressing room to change into the item I just purchased and she lied and said they don't have a dressing room.. you clearly could of said sorry ma'am we can't allow to use the dresser for such but not lie.. women like that are dangerous for your establishment and society. Please ensure that she gets the proper written up by the higher ups.. not good for business. She is Hispanic like me and it's a shame that's they way she carries herself.

I came in on 6/29/22 @ 13:05 operator 1755YR was watching me like if I was going to steal. She made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I rushed to pay for my items to get out of there as soon as possible. It is not unusual that a woman comes in a store to browse and look around. I left the store feeling terrible that I was being judged this way. This was a great way to run your customers away somewhere else.

Son las 8:40 p.m. Miércoles 22 de Noviembre 2017, el horario dice que cierran a las 9:00 p.m. y recién quisimos entrar y había una señora en la puerta y nos dijo que estaba cerrado, le dijimos que el horario que tienen en la puerta dice que cierran a las nueve, y ella hizo una expresión como que a ella no le importaba lo que decia el horario, que ya la tienda estaba cerrada. Terrible.

Very rude people. As soon as you walk in they come and startw alking next to you like if youre gonna steal something. If you have a bag, no matter how small it is, be ready for them to ask you for it if not they wont let you in. Also, they "close" like 20 minutes before theyre closing time. They told me they wouldn't sell anything even though they were still open.
