Please Read very carefully, It may save your Precious Time and Money. If someone has any kind of medical issue, what he or she will do.?? They will go to a doctor to consult their medical issues/problems. And if their issue or problem is continue then they have only one option remaining, to consult another doctor, and everyone do this. Suppose you have fever and consulted a doctor and that doctor's prescription is not working for you, you need to go to another doctor, this is what anyone has to do. And this happens a lot with everyone. Because doctors may be good at their practice but this is not always possible that their medicine will be effective for every patient. Now come to the point, I am from sawai madhopur, one of my family member has fisher, and after consulting two doctors of sawai madhopur the problem was same. So someone told me to consult Dr. Kaushik. Of Rajdhani Hospital. So, I visited Dr. Kaushik, after waiting for 2 long hours, we got a chance to consult him about this medical issue, what mistake we did, my father told him, that sir we(for the family member) suffering from this problem and taking the treatment from some doctors but this is not working out. After saying this statement, What Dr. Kaushik said आपकी परेशानी दवाई से ठीक नही होगी, तो जब आपको सही होना हो, तब आ जाना, आपरेशन होगा। And at that time he got a call from someone, and picked up that call, and said us to go. (Means with a gesture to leave the cabin). That's it. No more queries, no more question, just leave. Because my father's line कि सर हमने 2 डॉक्टर्स को दिखाया उससे कुछ फायदा हुआ नही। hurt his ego. And he did not listen anything and told us to leave. We came out, but this is not the solution, we have paid 500 ruppes for consulting him, travelled more than 150 kilometers and what we got, his frustrated, arrogant and egoistic behaviour. But this thing hurt me deep inside, and I went again to his cabin. And what conversation we had, I'm writing that as it is. Me- सर आपरेशन हम अभी नही करवा सकते, 1 वीक तक, 1 वीक के बाद आ सकते है, तो तब तक कोई मेडिसिन हो तो प्लीज बात दीजिये। Dr. Kaushik- दवाई की ज़रूरत कंहा है, दिखाया तो हुआ है इतने डॉक्टर्स को, ले लो वही दवाई। Me- सर वो दवाइयां तो खत्म हो गयी है, आप बता दीजिए 1 वीक के लिए। Dr. Kaushik- (indicating patient) पड़ी तो है इनके पास इतनी सारी दवाइयां। Me- सर, लास्ट डॉक्टर ने जो लिखी थी उनमे से कुछ है। Dr. Kaushik- हां, तो डॉक्टर ही तो लिखेगा दवाइयां, गधा थोड़े ना लिखेगा। Me- (feel so cheated and hurt, by his words, a senior doctor don't know how to talk, don't know how to control his anger, don't know how to be polite) Dr. Kaushik- (took his prescription pad and wrote down some medicines and said) बेटा, बिना आपरेशन कुछ सही नही होगा, फिर तुम्हारे पिताजी बोलेगें की चार डॉक्टरों को दिखाया, और पांचवा में हो जाऊंगा। (Then I realised, why he is treating us like this, bcz of my father's sentence, the we have consulted some doctors earlier) Then after that, I formally asked him about operation, that when we can come, how long will it take, how many days are needed for rest. Then this question made him smile. Because this operation costs 25-26K. And suddenly his behavior change. He become polite. And answered, that it will take 2 days to complete rest in hospital. And 5 to 7 days bed rest at home. And after that we leave his cabin. Totally wasted our money and a full day... Means, seriously, this was the way of talking and treating of a senior doctor, rubbish... Doesn't even deserve a single star. Please take your decision, after reading this carefully.

FIRSTLY NO LINE SYSTEM . STORY BEGINS A PILES HOSPTIAL DOES NOT HAVE WASH ROOM FOR VISTING PATEINTS . Inside the hospital . बाहर जो था उसकी हालत ख़राब थी there was a old lady who could not stand , 30 mins wait करने के बाद उन्हें बोला गया आज नहीं देखेंगे । time up। जब मेरा number आया था तो बोला गया साहब पहले ADHARcard लाओ फिर रसीद , दर्द में सब करा । Staff बहुत ही rude and बतमीज था । और क्यूँ ना हो ….. Some how I got the chance to meet in last 5-10 Minutes. After physical examination dr said one thing operation Sey hee teek hoga . I asked Doctor I don’t want to get operation done . It’s my second visit, I got relief from medicines . Due to pains , I thought for a moment , I asked doctor ,do’s n DONT’S ko follow करें तो वापस तो नहीं होगा , operation के बाद । तो dr kaushik बोले बेतुका सवाल है । Dos DONTS की बाते कर रहे हो आप। मैं फिर confuse हो गया , then he said आपको विश्वास नहीं मत करवाओ । This can be cured by operation only .he said after a pause . And I seen patients THere who were talking ,it revives even after operation . so it was really confusing situation . अरे भाई I am in pain ,I will ask questions surely . Aap gussa kyun ho rahe . I paid for Covid test for the attendent also . To see doctor . And understand what he says . I said to DR ,I got relief from medicines please give me medicines , my wife was with me she tried to ask questions but he was rude with her too . But Doctors preference was to get operated. I asked again for medicines . I was already in pain , dr wrote medicines n gave very unwillingly , the assistant nurse took the paper and gave from table and said to take medicines from basement n come back . we got so annoyed with the behaviour , that we decided not to buy medicines and we just walked off . At night I again thought May be I am wrong let’s see reviews on google , when I saw reviews then was sure, I was lucky . And my decision was correct . my suggestion for free Please be polite , n calm . Patients have poor knowledge , that’s why they are patients , वरना वो Doctor नहीं बन जाते । They are in pain , so they may ask questions out of fear , poor knowledge ,.not because of distrust . One thing which really really hit my mind was They don’t want to talk about do’s n dont’s । जबकि इस बीमारी का सबसे पहला पड़ाव ही परहेज़ है । बाक़ी सब तो बाद में है । इलाज और आपरेशन ,बिना परहेज़ के successful नहीं हो सकते । If I would have been told in first visit तो शायद मुझे second visit तक काफ़ी फ़ायदा हो जाता । पूरा इलाज होने के बाद भी DOS N DONTS follow करना must है । Get well soon all । और भगवान इनको सतबुद्धि दे । सबका मंगल हो ।

The worst hospital PvT hospital i ever visited in Jaipur. The fully hyped hospital with even no clean washroom facility and smell all over. Poor villagers are recommended to go this place and they suggest operations to almost everyone without even any requirement or even for minor issues which are treatable by medication. I consulted Dr Kaushik who take huge fee INR 750 for a visit and he even doesn’t have one minute to talk to patient and their relatives. Only suggestion for operation but not even ready to share and discuss details about the issue. This is really unprofessional way to treat the patient. When a doctor politely discuss the issue and explain the details and procedures, a patient get lots of confidence and faith in the doctor in hope of getting beat treatment. He thinks other people know nothing about any medical issue and he is the only knowledgeable person on the earth, which is off course not true. I will never ever recommend this hospital and Dr kaushik to anyone. Hope management will understand the situation and hospital will improve the service by becoming patient and pocket friendly.

It's essential for healthcare institutions to be more inclusive and adaptable to different payment methods, especially when government initiatives aim to make healthcare more accessible to all. I hope the hospital reconsiders its payment policies to better serve the community and align with modern payment options. Until then, potential patients should be aware of these limitations before seeking care here.

I was reeling with fever and went for visit. They charged Rs. 500 for the consultation. The Dr initially said that do blood tests which I refused and said if my problem persists, I shall do and come next day. Later he gave me 3 medicines. After walking out of the hospital I visited 4 medical shops. No one was able to identify and give me 3 rd medicine on the list. When I contacted the hospital, they said that why did I not take medicines from their pharmacy. It's entirely my choice where to buy from and responsibility of the hospital to provide medicines which are readily available. I have wasted Rs. 500 today and waiting at another Dr clinic for alternate medicine. When I spelt out the medicine, the Dr on duty said that no such medicine exists. I got call recording of the conversation.

Dr kaushik is one of the best surgeon in Jaipur..my brother suggest me...dr Kaushik is good..but the staff behaviour very bed... बिलकुल घटिया डॉक्टर , VK Kaushik सिर्फ एक रास्ता है पाइल्स का वो बताते है ऑपरेशन छोटी सी दिक्कत का भी ऑपरेशन , लूट मचाई हुई है , मुझे तो लगता है ये डॉक्टर अपने मां बाप से ऐसे ही करते होंगे जैसे हम मरीजों को बोलते है मां बाप से करने को , डॉक्टर को ये नही पता भगवान के घर देर है अंधेर नही , बहुत बुरी हालत हो जायेगी आपके पास मरीज भरोसा लेके आता है , आप उसको ऐसे ट्रीट करते हो जैसे कोई आप एहसान कर रहे हो , भगवान कौशिक जी को जल्दी से अपने पास बुला ले , जिससे मरीजों को शांति मिले और इनको सद्बुद्धि

Worst over hyped place with full of ill mannered staff. They charge you very high that too in CASH only . During Corona times where everyone is encouraged to use digital payments the hospital staff asked me to pay only Cash which clearly states they are Chor. Even a small shop in village using digital payment. Card machines have been working even before corona pandemic. How these Idotis don't know about Digital payment H

Rajdhani hospital is now totally earned more and more money for their patient, totally waste of money and time here, please don't go there I recommend to go another hospital. In a 1st meeting they will suggest a operation. Here piles operation cost about 55k without any test and medicine's. Very bad experience.

Don't even give you proper consultant. They will recommend for operation (maybe coz they earn more from it). You can be decent with patients and their family this hospital's doctor and staff need to learn that. Even for fee 500 INR our consultancy duration was merely 1 minute and Dr. Kaushik asked us to leave.

It is a very nice hospital. The doctors are serious and strict, and the nurses are very nice and they take a very good care of patients. The cost of operation is fair and they will not write unnecessary medical tests and medicines. The hospital canteen also serves fresh and delicious food at fair prices.

नर्सिंग स्टाफ बेहद ही घटिया है। मरीज की कोई देखबाल नहीं है। दवाइयां ज़्यादा मंगवा कर बापस फार्मेसी को देदी जाती है। एक बार पैसा लेने के बाद 4-5 घंटे तक परेशान मरीज को बेड के इंतजार में बैठा जाता है । ऑपरेशन शाम को किया जाता है परेशान मरीज सारे दिन भूखा प्यासा बैठा रहता है। Dr. कौशिक पूरे मनी माइंड है।

Guys believe me, agar aapko ek nice dr required hai to don't go Rajdhani. Rude staff hai. Patient ko lekar gaya jin se baitha bhi nahi gaya to unko ek chair de di gayi. In some emergency aap dr ko bhi connect nahi kar sakte. Try to get the Dr no. You will believe it.
