The size and architecture of the property is quite impressive and imposing. From the inside it's quite impressive. We stayed in the Plaza room with pool view. The room size was good and room was comfortable. We found the service to be OK. The location of this hotel is quite far from the city, which was the reason for us to visit. It can be an issue with people staying here and who have to commute to the city. The major issues with the property is limited dine in options. Only one cafe cum restaurant is actually fully operational. The bar and another cafe is deserted and not practically operational. And since the property is so far from everything, the limited option at the hotel is the only option available. Another major issue is the paucity of elevators in the property. There is only one set elevator at the end of the corridor and it is quite far from the plaza rooms and the reception area. If you are looking to spend peaceful quality time with your family, this hotel can be a good option.

I had a pleasant experience at Ramada. The facilities, service, and amenities were all top-notch, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the hotel's distance from the city center, which might be inconvenient for those traveling from the city centre. Despite the location, the overall quality of the hotel makes it a worthwhile stay/celebrate events.

For the first time I saw such a place in a hotel in Lucknow. Built on Lucknow to Kanpur road, this hotel is very spacious, luxurious and grand, with very open space outside the city. They also have a huge lawn as well as two beautiful conference halls.. The hotel is of five star standard and inke has all the necessary facilities for any kind of event. I came here for a wedding.. the whole arrangement was very good, the staff behavior and the food both were very good...

Rishika and Mr Alok at the I have been here for 4 days and now the swimming pool is suddenly under maintenance, very disappointed with the service of the staff. I don't buy that the swimming pool was unsafe. Not coming back here... They locked the door. One day I went for swimming but the next day suddenly closed?

Situated at a distance of 20km from airport ,on lucknow kanpur highway, this property is huge and has ample space to manage huge crowds, good parking area and park area is present.One can easily organise big events at any capacity, Food is also good , only issue is with staff which doesnt have good manners, some.of the staff doesn't even care what you are asking.

I had been here in this Ramada Hotel to attend a marriage ceremony on 20th November, 2021, it is so called 7 starred hotel, and they charged per plate more than Rs 3000/-, but it is very shameful for this Ramada Hotel that served cold drink, coffee etc in paper mug/glasses. There 7 or 5 starred level should be downgraded by the appropriate authorities.

As per concern of Accommodation & rooms, it's quite difecult to access your room & as because of one side lift more over the passage for rooms are like train it's so narrow that you can't cross eachother without touch , on the other hand no places or an open place at Ist & 2nd floors where one can sit at open area which makes visitors uncomfortable _

वैवाहिक एवं अन्य सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए एक उपयुक्त स्थान है. लखनऊ से कानपुर रोड पर एयरपोर्ट के नजदीक हाईवे पर स्थित होने के कारण यातायात के लिए बहुत ही सरल और सुलभ है. बहुत ही बड़ी खुली जगह भी होने के कारण पार्किंग के लिए बहुत उपयुक्त है. बड़ी जगह होने के कारण एक समय में बहुत सारे कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा सकते हैं.

I like it a lot. FOR HYGIENE - FIVE STAR FOR SAFETY -FIVE STAR GOOD LOCATION . I DON'T GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I SAW LOT OF SPIDER THERE UNDER THE MAIN TOMB OF HOTEL WHERE ENTRY START. AND ONE MORE THING IS THAT THEY ARE NOT GIVING TEA AND SOME OTHER DRINKS AT MIDNIGHT .BUT I REQUEST HE DID IT WELL . THANK YOU . LOVE YOU LUCKNOW......

Everything here is beautiful.. Be it the rooms, the services, the surroundings, the food or the hospitality of the staff..... Just a bit far from the actual hustle of the city.... Definitely a 10 on 10.... Only you have to travel for 1-1.5 hours to reach the city from here.

It looks very nice from outside but it is said to be a high end shop with dull food, this is the condition of it, firstly the room service is average that the house keeping is not to clean the room, the door bell is very slow. There is a place to eat but there is no place to sit, you have to eat while standing, which I did not like.

Property looks good from outside , but very poorly maintained. Hygiene doesn't mean anything in this hotel, there was even spider webs in my room. Banquet hall is good but , outside service area is so small.. Overall very bad experience. Only good thing is Staff which really very cooperative.

U have to walk a lot as on one side all the rooms are there on the other side the halls are there so you have to cover a good space between the rooms and the function area secondly important the food is of ok quality you wouldn't say that it's of a very good quality food.

Good destination venue for grand wedding both indoor & Outdoor. Appx 30 kms from Lucknow. It huge property & can handle 4-5 weddings simultaneously. Though service is not upto mark & you have to walk a lot to reach to/from the rooms.

Got selected for indigo airlines cabin crew job. It was the best moment for me. I hugged one of your female cleaning staff as I didn't had anyone to share my happiness with but she. She was so sweet. Really appreciate that. So thanks

Amazing service. Vimal, Kirti and Pradeep were really generous and helpful with anything regarding our stay here. Very clean and hygienic rooms. Well organized. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Pros: Hotel is very good, very good parking facility, very good atmosphere., very spacious, rooms are very good.. cons: bathroom are very small, not good for marriage party.. bad management..

Banquet hall looks very plain and conference like. Plus it is really far away from The lawns . The lawns on the other hand is beautiful and spacious. A little too pricey per plate.

Nice hotel, good interior but poor Hospitality. I ask for first aid kit then hotel staff say I don't have fisrt aid kit.
