Range is conveniently located off I40 and Rio Grande. Love breakfast there. The red chile and Carne adovada is really tasty. They serve blue corn tortillas. The decor is eclectic and fun to view. The bakery items look delicious. There is a nice kid's menu and they can order any item at any time. Service was wonderful even though it got busy just after our arrival. There is a nice bar area which is great for alternative seating espe6if eating alone.

The food here is fantastic. The overall menu is quite unique. They have a wide variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner favorites but with their own signature take on each item. Each dish has fresh ingredients that are not what you'd expect nor would you find anywhere else. That being said beyond the food this particular location has a select few in management that will keep me from ever visiting ever again. Not only were they extremely rude and unprofessional. But seeing them interact with their employees (who I over heard had just started and was on her second or third day) was quite honestly so upsetting and outlandish, that I wouldn't doubt if one day she gets punched in her mouth for being so condescending and disrespectful. I actually called to get this manager's name. Brandy is the reason I will never return to The Range. And if I do I will stay far away from this location.

Food was delicious as always. We had two types of Nachos for appetizer. Dad had the Turkey plate, and I had the BYO burger-basic cheeseburger and fries, as well as the Red Chile chips. My only complaints were they forgot the cheese on my burger, and the chips were nothing to write home about. i ended up preferring my burger without cheese. Lastly, I ordered a quart of their Banana Cream pudding, to go. I’ve had it many times before. I HIGHLY suggest this dish-its AAAMAZING!! Benjamin waited on us-Awesome Waiter! He was gracious, timely and awesome nice. He regaled us with a neat story of a successful Elk Hunt. All n all, another positive experience at this location. We will definitely come back again.

Decided to try this place out and I am very glad I did! The inside of this place is pretty cool! The interior is very fun and whimsical. The staff is great and the gentlemen that waited on us was very friendly and made our visit enjoyable. I decided to try the papa's con carne with carne adovada. It was a very large serving and it tasted very good. My eggs were cooked perfectly (over medium is always hit or miss and they made them perfectly). My dish had a good amount of meat. I got the red chile on the side and ended up dumping all of it on my plate because it was so good. I also snuck a few bites of the burrito my friend ordered. I would definitely recommend the burrito as well. Overall I was really impressed with The Range Cafe. I had eaten at a different location years ago and wasn't very impressed. This visit changed my mind and I will DEFINITELY be going back. Enjoy!

First time was great, My second visit was awful. Breakfest: The eggs were served almost cold. Potatoes were tastless and saturated with deep fry grease or something, they were slightly warm \ cold. Bacon was slightly warm almost cold. It took a long time for anyone to take our order almost 30 minutes. I actually had to go find someone to take our order. Then it took about 45 minutes to be served. I can get hot meal at the truck stop for a lot less than this. Cost was $34 bucks for two people. Kind of expensive for cold food. Oh and the coffee was warm not hot at all. There is not much for a lunch menu only 3 or 4 sandwiches most are variations of chicken .

First time coming here and the inside decor was really fun. Everyone got delicious looking food. It was hard to decide on what to order. My husband and I ended up sharing a plate and they split everything for us and didn't charge us for the extra plate. The rice was great but it seemed to have onions in it which I was told none of our plate had onions on it. The enchiladas esp the meat inside was really really good. We did not eat the pinto beans. The chile relleno was too spicy for me, my mouth was on fire,I may have gotten a seed in my mouth but I wouldn't touch it after that. The taco was good but way too spicy for me and I could only handle about 3 bites. Overall, very cool place, lots of good menu items and I'd go back. Make a reservation if you can.

5 of us went for lunch, and while the waitress was great, the place seemed quite understaffed. It was not at all busy, but we had to wait on things like spoons, more hot water, and being checked on. The food was excellent huevos with Carne adovada, huevos with turkey sausage, Carne adovada quesadilla, and calabacitas tacos (which were his but lukewarm). We also shared 2 slices of 'death by lemon' for dessert - they were out of key lime.

This was fantastic. I've never been to this location, but I have been to the others, and this one is really showing what the range cafe can be. Our service was wonderful, and the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the biscuits and gravy deluxe and my wife had the oatmeal with cinnamon ice cream. Both were incredible. We now have our new favorites. My grandmother was a true southern cook, and made biscuits and gravy for me in my youth, but I have never found anything close to them anywhere else until now. They are almost exactly like what she made. If you're hungry, go get your food here. You won't be sorry one bit. Sorry about the picture of the biscuits, by the way. I had taken a couple bites before the picture was taken.

I've eaten at the one in Bernallio. I would highly recommend that location. It is quite beautiful with art and many celebrity autographed plated. I had the blue corn cheese enchiladas and the carrot cake. Both were exceptionally delicious. The miss here was service. Food order took long to out in and the check out process took even longer than the time to receive our order. I would absolutely avoid this location if possible and head to the one on Bernallio.

Really great food! The service is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars by itself. I only removed one star (should be a half star) because the rice had dried out and was too difficult to eat. You could tell that it would taste good otherwise, but it was hard. The beans are very good. Enchiladas con calabazitas are incredible, as are the braised beef tacos. Overall, we loved our experience and would highly recommend. EDIT: In response to the restaurant, we were there Monday June 13th around 3:30pm, probably after the lunch rush.

We happened upon Range Cafe by accident while passing through Albuquerque, but it was a great find! Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. Great respite while waiting for traffic to die down on 40w - super cute atmosphere, great array of food to choose from. Staff was friendly and attentive, even with nation wide staffing shortages (always keep this in mind when you have the luxury to go out and eat!) Possibly best breakfast I've ever had. Biscuits and pecan roll light as a feather and delicious. Gravy and eggs were perfect. The Range Cafe in Albuquerque, is worth the trip alone. Their take on Eggs Benedict is Hevos con Queso! Amazing! It is hands down the best food I have had so far in New Mexico. I have to say, the stuffed bear at the door, made me skip a step on the way in. I will definitely be back.

Ok so let me say I always enjoy the food here. It was very good food and everyone enjoyed our time there. The main reason they don't get 5 stars is because of simple errors. Eggs weren't over easy, only got asked if I'd like more coffee once an they never brought the promised condiments to one of the people in the party.

I was visiting from out of state and came here with a party of 12. They sat us almost immediately and our server Bobby worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed! The food was really good as well. Definitely recommend!
